✓ Over reliance on gestures makes this a pain to work withI want to like this because it isn’t another one of 1000 “subscriptions” and is a one time purchase. Big fan of this, but the user experience is a huge let down. Palm detection is bad: there is seemingly no differentiation between pencil and finger, meaning simple stuff like scaling proportionally becomes a nightmare as the app tries to figure out if you’re zooming, panning, or doing all at once, leading it to freak out. God help you if you’re trying to move/select all the elements in a layer. I still won’t know how to do it. There is also no way to create actual compound shapes. Booleans are a start, but they keep the masking/additive elements “alive” for you to randomly accidentally move. Frustrating. I would steer clear to avoid tearing your hair out trying to do simple things..SmashedUpTVVersion: 1.4.4

Finally getting option to save work for later… Okay, great… But without being able to export work in any resolution for free? People, how dare you? ✓ Have found some showstopper issuesAlthough very promising, have found some critical errors and omissions in this app. 1. After a style of freehand pen has been selected, it should not revert to the default setting every time a new sketch within the same document is started (defaulting to no colors selected). And when a freehand fill area is selected to edit the shape, selected fill colors should not disappear every time a line is moved. This is extremely aggravating. 2. Please add ability to mirror selected objects. This is a useful feature for graphic design and pattern making. 3. Please consider adding a way to duplicate an action. For example, in Illustrator if an object is selected and Option-dragged on the canvas, it duplicates the object, then merely typing Command-D will repeat that action. ✓ Very disappointedThe app was great—the controls were easy to learn and I could tell I could learn more. This app had a lot of potential for an aspiring vector artist like myself. I was going to recommend it to others due to its intuitive nature. However, what made the deal shatter to pieces was having to pay premium to export my drawings. There was zero indication that I needed to pay to export, and it’s not even listed within the help section. I skipped the tutorials because I have firsthand experience drawing vector art. I completed my first piece of art there, satisfied with the way things were going. Until it rescinds the subscription model for exporting, I am NOT recommending this app to other people. ✓ Had Great PotentialThis could be an amazing vector app. When they first launched they were listening to feedback and adding important improvements. Sadly, the app seems to be stagnating now. For example, how clipping masks are implemented is tedious and unintuitive, and could easily be improved. Clipping masks are one of those core essential feature in vector illustration, and getting it right can make a big difference to artist productivity.
