✓ Confusing layout, extremely buggy, app needs work.I use the Polarr app all the time, so when i discovered there was an app that lets you use styles on videos, i was ecstatic— since Polarr does not support video or gif format on their app. however, within the first few moments of using this app, i found myself getting already frustrated with it. the layout is confusing, it isn’t user-friendly at all and i find it quite a hassle to get to my styles after each video i want to import. there’s too many ‘tabs’ to choose from and overall i just want a more simpler user interface to go with, what should be, an app that provides a simple function. i had this same issue with Polarr after the major update. the second thing that frustrates me about this app, and is unique to 24fps in particular, is the amount of bugs. the amount of time this app freezes and crashes, forcing me to restart the app is so frustrating. it really makes me feel like this app was rushed by the developers, like this app was released while still in its beta. it needs more polishing, a simpler layout (that involves a better way to get to your styles) and these bugs have to go. until i see a change, 3 stars is as much as i’m willing to give..Version: 3.0.1
✓ Some issues need to fixed.The app crashes many time when in the middle of editing. Maybe it may have to do with the videos that was shot in 4K at 60fps. Nevertheless, it shouldn't happen because of that. Once I was done, I wanted to save or share but that process NEVER got completed. Always closed and force quit. Also forced my phone to restart WITHOUT SAVING MY VIDEO 😞 Fix this and try to recover raw video, then i’ll come back. Thanks! ✓ I’m CONFUSEDI downloaded an app called 24FPS that allowed the user to record stabilised 24FPS videos. Now I see an app called 24FPS that does nothing but splash filters on videos you’ve taken elsewhere. The only problem is, most of the apps that allow you to record your videos already have some measure of fillers attached to them which means there’s very little incentive to add extra steps to your workflow by opening and digging through this app. Was there a change in management? ✓ Disappointing 😢I enjoyed recording with the 24FPS app and making videos with the app. I enjoyed creating memories in high quality cinematic view but you took that away. I don’t see the point of it just being filters, I can go on other apps for that. I understand if it was an added feature it would have been an amazing bonus after recording with the app. But there is no option to record with it and I’m actually disappointed. ✓ Major Issue!I love the app 24fps especially as you can now use your own polarr filters to colour videos, but a major issue is that i cannot scroll to see all of my effects! This is horrible as I cant see how to delete ones i don't like anymore, the only way I can scroll is when i apply so much pressure that my finger hurts and even then its a 50% chance i cant scroll to find them. ✓ It was nice at first but then ummOkay, honestly, I was in love with the idea of using polarr styles/filters in video editing and was very happy that you had an app which you could do another interesting thing to experiment with but recently (not really, it’s about months already) I have the issue with importing styles from the polarr. I can’t understand why because it was working and the last number of filter I had on my device was 21 and that number refused to increase no matter how hard I tried. I couldn’t find fast answer on support page because 24FPS content is kind of rare there. ✓ Can’t use more than one song on a single videoI tried multiple ways to add more than one song to a 10 minute video I created. I even downloaded the full video into my photo library with one song then uploaded it again and tried to add a second song but this program won’t that. ✓ Glitch After GlitchI am getting fed up with this app. I sent a complaint in on 1/5/22 and haven’t received anything back, but I’ll just start from the beginning. The only reason I purchased this app was because I had purchased video presets and this was the recommended app to use. I loaded the presets into the app fine, however getting them to apply to my videos is another thing. First off, when I open the app it defaults to a green and purple filter I can’t seem to get rid of. Once I get my video into the app and click my preset it doesn’t apply. I have to close the app and re-open it and then my preset will be there over the video. After that when I export, almost every single time the preset is not on the saved video. I then have to go back into the app and re-save, sometimes up to five times before it finally saves with the preset. I paid for the year for this app because I purchased these presets for my videos and I’m only about a month in and I’m ready to just call it a total loss because this app is so frustrating. I am hoping some of these issues fix with an update but for now, I’m just really disappointed I paid money for this to not work correctly..Version: 2.2.4

✓ They ruined this app, don’t buy it.I was one of the very earliest users of this app, from back when it was first made available to existing Polarr users in testflight. The old version of this app was excellent; it had great stabilization built into it and most importantly the app name MADE SENSE - there was a camera with great controls which filmed at 4k 24fps with very smooth zoom and stabilization controls; ones that I could use my own imported LUT files with. I purchased the premium upgrade for the longest period possible; when you go and fundamentally change the primary function of the app, you are defrauding your customers. I’ll be requesting a refund from Apple though I doubt i will get it I suggest anyone else with similar issues do the same. Will never be using anything made Polarr again. Imported LUTs no longer function, and after deleted and re-downloading the app, it now gives a prompt that you must have an account to save styles. It never comes up and o want more filters but when I try to import the scan, the filter doesn’t show up. Other wise the app is great. I like how it has other fun filters not just the polar ones. It sometimes has filters already there for you so you can use a lot. All I want is for you guys to fix the import scan bc that’s really annoying!.Version: 1.3.12

✓ Okay but...I wanted to use this app to post videos with the same polarr filter that i use in all of my posts. so i downloaded and imported the filter but the filter doesn’t look right! why? because some of the adjustment tools are NOT in this app so the filter doesn’t come out the right way such as the dehazing adjustment. i tried using the filter in the polarr app and it came out as it should but when i tried it in this app it didn’t come out right! now i can’t post videos because the colours won’t match!!! please add in all the other adjustments like in the original polarr app so that the filter works properly in this one! please!!!.Version: 1.3.8
✓ Awesome app! But don’t rely on itAmazing filters, incredible real-time image stabilization, easy to use, free! But I’ve lost the sound to many videos I have saved, just records the first second audio then clips off for the rest of the video. Other times the audio won’t line up with the video. If I can spare the time to take a video with 24fps and then the camera then I’ll use it. Otherwise don’t trust on it alone for an important moment..Version: 1.3.12
✓ RuinedUseless without the camera function that was removed. The camera allowed you to see on the spot what filter will work best with the lighting conditions. You could simultaneously preview all your saved filters through the camera and see in a second what was the best. It was a dream function that is now gone. No reason to use this app anymore..Version: 3.3.0
