✓ Standout great bankBeen with Up practically since they started. What’s not to like? The best customer service experience you can have, bank or otherwise. They always pass on rate rises for our savers. They constantly take on feedback and ideas, and they actually act on them. I really don’t have a bad word to say. The savings and budgeting features you get for free with Up are things you’d usually have to pay subscriptions for in other apps. If there’s one downside, it would be not being able to deposit cash anywhere. In todays world that’s barely a problem, but I do have an open account with another bank purely for that purpose. You can’t go wrong with this great bank..Version: 2.5.4
✓ Best bank ever!!I have been using Up since the end of 2019! I can honestly say I have never been with a better bank and I will not be leaving! I love the flexibility of being able to open as many saving accounts as I would like. I love the round up feature, I have saved so much money rounding up my purchases to the nearest dollar. I have used the chat feature a couple of times and have had a reply usually within an hour or 2 and they’re always so polite and helpful. I like how it shows your available and spendable account balance, so I know how much I can and cannot spend! It makes it so easy. I could go on and on about every little feature and how much I love it but I don’t want to bore anyone haha! Seriously though, if you’re on the fence about joining Up, fall off now onto the Upside!!.Version: 3.2.0

✗ Customer Service and Interest Rates declinedI used to love this bank and this app. Recently, things have taken a turn. The customer service portal is completely useless. I lodged a fraudulent charge 5 weeks ago and have been asking for updates for 3, which is entirely unacceptable. I haven’t even gotten a response other than “someone will contact you soon” nearly 20 days ago. When I first joined this bank, it had really competitive interest rates. Now my other two accounts have higher rates, and given the level of service I receive, I am very close to transferring all of my money out of up and into one of my other accounts. Do better!!!
