✓ No It’s NotNo it’s not a great app. Don’t believe that 4 year old lie. We come up here every summer and have yet to have the app work. Starting with the big red banner over half the screen that says to check my connection, which is just fine. And you cant get rid of the big red banner. ✓ The call in center worked betterHere’s the problem. If you request a ride and miss it, the app assumes you are on the bus and won’t let you request another ride until the bus you missed arrives at its destination. Even if you crash the app. It made me so late. Plus the buses that arrive sometimes say Employees Only and the drivers won’t call out for the non-employee riders. It’s confusing. There is no option to call for a ride as of 2021-22 season. There is just a VM that refers you to the app..Spunky2637Version: 1.0.5

✓ Not great with timingGreat for getting around but there are a lot of kinks that need to be worked out. Timing constantly fluctuates, it will tell you one minute only to arrive 20-30 minutes later. Sometimes we will order it for the covered bridge and will tell us to go to another place and as we are making are way to second spot the bus will leave.
