✓ Recommended - This one does it all...You would think that iPhoto or iMovie would allow you to extract a single frame from a video. Can’t believe how much time I wasted with apps that wanted me to pay in order to actually save the frame as a photo. This one does it all. It allows you to scrub through the video, play the video in real time, go frame by frame, and extract any frame as a still photo. It even tells you the frame rate of your video. All for free!
