✓ DisappointingThe web application is way more usable than the iOS app. There’s not really much you can do from the app. The mobile app should make it just as easy to create bots, monitor, and all of the other features that you get with the web application..Version: 2.4.1

✓ Scam!There is no “blue cancel button”. When contacting support - Irakli - you only have a little more than 24 hours to respond or you case will be considered closed. Then Eduardo apologizes and states he’ll pass it on to the finance department to have them do something. Upon no response after 2 days and no monies back on PayPal account. Update.... It only took 8 emails with three different employees to get this sorted out. PS I love the blanket use of “full details on our refunds policy is located...” A company with that type of response (especially when I explain my dilemma) shows a lack of empathy and attention to details..Version: 2.3.1
✓ Auto refresh is a dealbreakerEven the simple crypto apps can update at various intervals. One shouldn't have to pull down to force an update either on the iPhone app or the M1 enabled iPhone app. Not sure why the developer was so uninspired to not enable this feature when the subscription cost is so high. As for myself, I'll add one month to the 3-day trial period just to see how useful a service this really is despite the bad press out there. Instant updates, though, would go a long way to making me a long-time subscriber. Just saying..Version: 2.7.1

✓ DisappointingWhereas the platform is pretty good, I guess that I was expecting more from the app. Especially as they are a tech Company. It gives pretty basic info with little to zero ability to do anything except view. Could be an awful lot better especially if you have paid for a pro subscription on the platform. ✓ CrashI have as on 3 commas for 2 months I did the paper account first which was great and I made a lot of money. So I decided to give it a go. Real trading is completely different from the paper trading. I had major issues trying to set up a Binance account api and I got charged a lot of money For having too many accounts. Also you need usdt to fuel your crypto and usd. So like like starting off again from the start, the paper account was a waste of time. Also you will need £3000-4000 at least to make a decent profit on trades. I was really disappointed when then market crashed 12% I lost money and there was no safety button that turns all your bots off if this happens. So I decided it’s just too risky for me!!.Version: 2.7.1

✓ App needs improvement reallyOn most apps you get similar functionality to the website, just layed out differently. Unless I am totally missing something, with this one you have virtually no control over your DCA bots and no access to some useful data that you have on the website (which is fantastic by the way). I mean things like assess to change all the variables in a Bot or see the profit from one bot compared to another etc. When you have full control via the app it will be great..Version: 2.3.1
✓ What have you done!?Your updates says you improved the DCA bot view. Some nice additions but now you can’t see your Take Profit point in the deals list and often doesn’t show you active deals even tho they are active. Very annoying. ✓ Not much hereThe ap doesn't offer any control so its functionally not much use. At minimum all I wanted was a “Bad bot! Turn off now! Emergency!” Button but nope. Its just a few account stats from your exchange which are better visualized on their own native apps. Oh well. ✓ Mobile app doesn’t workThe mobile app does not work with 2FA turned on. It allows me to login, and then immediately kicks me out back to the login screen, making the mobile app unusable. ✓ Immediately lost moneyThe bot ran for 5 minutes and lost me over $50. The trades that bright profit were smaller than the fees. I just watched as my account ticked downward with every trade. It also threw 50% of my bitcoin into ATOM even though i said only to use 25%. All in all, not impressed at all.Version: 2.1.1

✓ Pros and ConsThe service as a whole is pretty good, so I’ll just point out the areas that need improvement. First, and by far the biggest issue I’ve had with the app is a lack of nicknames for exchanges you configure. If you have multiple accounts at and exchange, they’ll be listed by the same name everywhere in the app. This makes it difficult if not impossible to know which account you are transacting with. Next encompasses a lot of cons, the mobile app is a second class citizen. Meaning it only has a fraction of the functionality of the web interface. This greatly reduces its utility, as many things can not be done from it..Version: 2.9.2
✓ Wanted to love itI do love it and have been using smart trade with almost all of my trades, however I use this with kucoin primarily and when clicking on market sell through 3 commas, it does not sell all of my position which is the point of a market sell order... I have had to manually sell the rest of my position through kucoin after 3 commas had failed to sell all of my position causing me to lose more money from not selling fast enough- not once but 3 times now. I wish this wasn’t a problem otherwise it’s efficient and trust worthy. The support team gets back to you fairly quickly which is good. There is no way to use the 3 commas features with margin if you are in the USA. Make compatible with kucoin futures and fix your market sell bug and it is the greatest 3rd party trade enhancer out there....Version: 2.8

I accept the website is the main portal, but I can’t believe it’s that hard to add the same features to the app. All I seem to really be able to do via the app is turn bots on and off. The app is so glitchy with account handling and portfolio management, the browser not working even allowed me to delete my account (different email from the one in my review - so they don't say they couldnt find an account with these details). The tech is not worth it all, wasted 2 hours of my Sunday afternoon trying to sort 2 simple tasks...connecting an exchange, removing an account from my protfolio, deleting my account (and not yet sorted as well). Not clear intructions proper support. Such a shame..i wouldnt join even if it was free, dont know how they got 4.6 reviews here, clearly not for me. Took my account from in the green to in the red by inaccurately calculating average buy prices and then automating sells based on that.
