In your brain, you have a 24-hour circadian clock that regulates nearly all of your biological functions. Jet lag is caused when your sleep/wake and light/dark cycle shift too quickly for your circadian clock to keep up. The only way to reduce jet lag quickly is by shifting your circadian clock to the new time zone.

✓ Amazing, made my trip from UK to NZ enjoyable as opposed to exhausting!I would advise taking a couple days off work before you go anywhere, this enables you to easily follow the rules without feeling pressured to be without coffee or have sunglasses on or get up early and seek daylight. It may seem marginally extreme at times, but it’s honestly amazing and works so well. I was coming home for a wedding and only had a couple days to acclimatise to the time zone, but even from day one I have been fine..Version: 2.1.7
✓ It Works!I use Timeshifter for work and pleasure. Anything from 3 plus time zones is worth it. You can’t get rid of jet lag but by following the plan as closely as you can it makes a real difference and allows you to be in synch with the locals more quickly. Especially useful for conducting business with a clear mind. On a recent trip to Hawaii my wife was struggling to make it to 9:00pm and I was not even tired! She told me to “stop using the darn Timeshifter App!”..Version: 2.0.8

✗ Can’t Accommodate complicated flights and I couldn’t reach supportI try to enter a flight from Dar es Salaam through Zürich through Toronto ending in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. The app asked me to check the details as it complained that the flight was too long. The details were indeed correct and spanned about 26 hours in total. This is in line with many international flights. I could not get past the vague error message and there was no way to contact support via the app (probably because the app is stuck on trying to create this trip) nor could I contact support via their website. There are more complicated itineraries than this. How could this app fail on this particular routing? Given the inability of the app to provide guidance on how to get past its error message and the inability to reach Support, I think this app is overpriced and not ready to handle International two stopover journeys that are available to customers in the world..Version: 1.2.2
