40 hrs travel, 9 hrs time difference, zero jet lagI have been raving about this App … 40 hour trip from Australia to Spain via Thailand and turkey, 9 hour time difference. I followed the advice from the App and had zero jet lag. Amazing..Version: 2.1.3

London to Sydney with no jet lag!Arrived home this morning. My family are very tired while I feel fine. This is all because I followed the App while they did not. The App told me when to sleep, have caffeine etc. I was getting up earlier for a few days early (as advised by the App) and I slept on the planes when it said to. It has made so much difference.Version: 2.1.7

THIS IS AMAZINGThis app is totally incredible. I have suffered horrible jet lag for the last 20 years, just accepted it as part of being a regular traveler (usual LA TO London route being the worst). I followed this app to a T after putting in my flight details, I started the night before I flew and I had almost 0 jetlag. I went from sometimes feeling jet lag for a month after to having absolutely 0 jetlag symptoms by the 4th day and the only symptom I had the first 3 days was I would wake up at 1am for about an hour and then fall back to sleep blisffuly while sleeping 8.5 hours straight the first three nights - during the right hours for the timezone I was in. So aside from that one hour wake up in the night I had no symptoms. No brain fog, no fatigue, nothing. And by night 4 my sleep is totally back to normal. I did use Melatonin as well for the first time and I also did a red eye flight so maybe both those helped? Either way I will ALWAYS use this app from now on! I can't recommend enough, game changer!.Version: 2.1.7

Montreal to TokyoI followed the instructions as closely as possible, plus or minus two hours and it worked really well on a direct flight from Montreal to Tokyo. Looking forward to try it on my return flight! Thanks Tony :).Version: 1.2.2

This app helpsIt’s a great start to most of the info you need to reduce jet lag. Includes when/when not to sleep, get light, to drink coffee and to take melatonin. The light is the most important part if you don’t drink caffeine or take melatonin so it will still be useful for you. Hopefully, the’ll add in when to eat, how much, and protein/carb focus at a later date..Version: 2.1.7

Zero Jetlag - Recommended to EVERYONEIncredible! I had ZERO jet lag on my trip to Singapore from San Francisco. I had to an important site walk and business meeting in Narita airport during my transit on the way over and needed to be laser focused - no issue. While in Singapore, I was in conferences all day from 8am-6pm and then dinners out with colleagues. Nada! Here I am writing from San Francisco with not a single minute of jet lag. The only thing I would change is that your app assumes you can sleep on the last 1.5 hours of a flight. That’s typically when all lights come on and they do meal service. There’s no possibility of sleeping when this is happening. I had to move my sleep window up to account for this. Please consider this adjustment. But overall, WELL DONE! I recommended this app to basically everyone I know where I work....and we all travel a lot!!! Writing as an update having used Timeshifter for the second time for a business trip to Japan. You all have done it again! I have ZERO jet lag and have recommended this app to all my colleagues. I call Timeshifter my lifesaver and don’t know how I survived without it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I was able to do my work with laser focus during my 4 days in Japan! You guys are THE BEST!!!!!!.Version: 1.3.0

Best decision ever!I flew via the USA to the UK recently and followed the notifications from Timeshifter as best I could. I experienced the tiniest bit of jet lag in the first evening I was in the UK (maybe 10 minutes) and had a similar experience on return. Some instructions were a bit awkward, for example I was in the queue in LAX and had to wear my dark glasses and during one flight I needed to have bright light when the lights were dimmed on the plane, but I just opened my phone and did some reading with the brightness up. It was totally worth it to feel so free of the awful jet lag I usual get!!.Version: 2.1.7

Eight hours - no problemMy friend recommended this app. I live in the UK and I visited Oregon, USA. I make this trip every year so I am familiar with my usual sleep difficulties and jet lag experiences from before. On the way there I did not use melatonin. I did use caffeine. My sleep quality was significantly better than past trips and I adjusted about two days earlier. I had no difficulty doing things in the mornings or during the day. I did get very tired early in the evening but was able to push to 9pm the first and second nights. On my return trip I took melatonin and WOW. The difference was incredible. I was back to work the next day and went to bed and since then I’ve had no difficulties at all. I loved this app and it’ll be a repurchase every time I fly abroad (which is once a year so I’m not likely to subscribe long term)..Version: 2.1.7

Bliss - no jet lag, arrived like a celeb. We used Timeshifter coming back from France, followed the advice and arrived back in Melbourne refreshed. Usually we used to drag ourselves out of the airport, survive the hour drive back home, pat the dogs and be groggy for a couple of days. This time we were full of vigour and straight into living our Melbourne active life..Version: 2.0.8

Won’t fly without it!I do a bit of travel for work, mostly between Europe and Australia. Walking off a plane after 23 hours in transit and going straight into a meeting isn’t something I relish particularly when you realise it’s 3am back home! But with this app, I worry no more! It tells me when to sleep, when to see light, when to see darkness, when to drink caffeine (only if you want to). Once you realise that stopping jet lag is all about resetting your circadian rhythm, you will never leave home without this app to guide you either!.Version: 1.3.0

Great and aesthetically pleasing appReally enjoy using this app for the aesthetics, and the reduced jet lag is also fabulous. One thing I wish would be included in future releases - when to, and when not to eat (if possible). I find food to be heavily linked to my sleeping patterns so it would be great to get suggestions as when to avoid eating in order to sleep, or to eat in order to wake up..Version: 2.1.4

This worked!I was dubious, but this app worked. I entered the travel information and got my plan for a work trip to Canada. The actions it asks you to undertake are not always possible, for instance you can't get direct sunlight when you're in a meeting, so I didn't follow it to the letter and moved things around slightly to accommodate life, even so, it still worked. The other little issue, certainly for UK users, you can't get Melatonin over the counter, so I couldn't take any until I got to a drugstore in Canada. The melatonin, I found, made this...I don't think I'd have got the results I did without it..Version: 1.3.0

Timeshifter works! When flying from Toronto to Dubrovnik I used Timeshifter. Worked like a charm. Quite enjoy knowing when to do what…as the rest of the passengers sleep or try to. Zero jet lag!.Version: 2.1.7

Great AppJust used for a trip with a 6 hour time difference. Really helped reducing jet lag in fact I barely noticed it at all. Super clear screen to follow and useful locked screen notifications. I followed all the advice and it’s definitely helped!.Version: 2.1.7

Well worth getting if you travel (infrequently or otherwise!)I travel fairly regularly often across multiple times zones and have struggled with how to combat jet lag. I read about this app on the Points Guy website and thought I would give it a go on a recent short trip that would cross 10 time zones. Guess what? It worked! I’ve never felt as fresh or as productive on this type of trip. The recovery on my return was fantastic also. I particularly appreciate the regular notifications and easy to understand icons. My suggestions would be to include options for flight delays and for people who are shift workers to adjust the recommendations accordingly.Version: 2.0.8

Works like a charmI have had terrible jet lag on trips to Hawaii and Europe recently and saw this app was recommended in several travel blogs. I had a Saturday night flight to Paris scheduled and started following the instructions on Thursday morning. I selected the plan that allows for melatonin and caffeine and it was flawless. I can’t believe I’ve been in Paris for 4 days now with zero jet lag. I do think it would be much harder to do without the combo of melatonin and caffeine leading up to the trip. I don’t need any melatonin to fall asleep and it’s not a product I normally use. I look forward to using Time Shifter for the return portion of my trip and for every overseas trip in the future!.Version: 2.0.8

OutstandingEntered travel details for a trip from Eastern Timezone to Japan and was provided a plan. The plan delivered guidance on when to sleep, seek/avoid light, caffeine, and take melatonin (which I substituted with Tylenol PM without acetaminophen). I followed the plan closely, but didn’t really do anything special with light aside from be aware of light around me and make small adjustments such as opening or closing plane window. I arrived in Japan and actually had energy to explore some the first night there and got a full night’s sleep. My first full day in Japan I felt completely normal despite the 14 hour offset, and the normal feeling persisted for the entire trip. Upon return, I again followed the plan, and had normal energy for work my first day back. Coworkers were actually surprised by my alertness. I’m a very routine oriented person and don’t typically adapt so well to changes. This app is amazing and completely worth the in-app purchase, gave me an extra day of vacation and extra day of productivity upon return. Also very well designed..Version: 1.2.2

It worked!I used the Timeshifter app for a recent return trip to Australia from London and I followed it as closely as possible. On my outbound trip to Perth I didn’t feel any drowsiness/sleepiness on arrival, just a very mild headache for half a day or so. On my return trip from Sydney I felt slightly drowsy in the afternoon for two days, but then felt completely back to normal! I will certainly use this app again for any future long haul travel..Version: 2.1.7

Surprisingly great! So we’ve tried this app twice. Same route (halfway around the world, Thailand to USA), a few years apart. The first time, we did not follow it well at all, (had a 5 year old with us!) and of course, had jetlag. Couldn’t sleep at night, wanted to sleep during the day. The second time, we thought we better give it a good shot, (now had 7 yr old, who was excited to get up at 1 am!) and since we’d done the same route before, we would know how well it actually worked. And it worked great! Beyond the plan, we kept taking melatonin for 5 nights total into our trip. It was SO NICE to get to our destination and home and feel good. I will certainly keep using it in the future. Of course it’s a bit difficult the day before you leave, because you may have to get up early or stay up late, but dealing with that is so worth it. This time we even picked our flight based on what the app recommended. Try it and do your best to stick with the plan, you won’t regret it..Version: 2.1.3

Pretty good planCannot always follow re airports and situations ... but I think it helps.Version:

Loved itRecently travelled with 6 hours difference and had barely any jet lag. I followed the instructions as best as I could and it was really helpful..Version: 2.0.8

It works!I used this app for my first trip to the US - I travelled to LA so the time difference was 8 hours. I wasn’t sure about this but I followed the instructions about 95% of the time as much as it was practicable for me and I had no jet lag in LA which meant I could be alert the whole next day which was sightseeing while most people were jet lagged even after 3 hour difference flights. I then flew back to London after 7 days and this was a bit harder as I couldn’t sleep on the plane as per app instructions, however after a short nap at home I returned 100% to my normal routine the next day and felt great. The next trip I’ve got in Asia, which is the other day - 8 hours back, which I’ve heard is harder. However I’m sure this app will help soften the blow! Thank you!.Version: 2.1.7

Great appUsed the free trial for a flight from Australia to the US and had absolutely zero jetlag, having had it quite badly for similar trips in the past. Will be using again and would absolutely recommend!.Version: 2.0.8

TimeshifterFlying from Perth Australia means arriving anywhere in the northern hemisphere with terrible jetlag. It feels like living in a parallel universe and usually costs me the first 48 hours after arrival. This time, I used Timeshifter, which told me when to sleep, wake, drink coffee etc. from the second we landed, I was ready to go. When I return from the UK in 4 weeks I will be using it again, such was the difference. Thank you Timeshifter for changing the jet lag issue for the better. Maxine Duncan Australia.Version: 2.1.7

Incredible. Zero jet lag. This app is absolutely incredible. You enter your flight details and preferences for adjusting your schedule (whether or not you want to take melatonin, etc.) and the app produces a plan. The plan is straightforward and easy to follow with pictures that communicate when to sleep, when to see light, etc., all aligned with your flight plan! I used this app on work travel from Texas to Kenya, and even though there was an 8 hour time difference, I felt none of it on either leg of the trip!!! It was amazing because I needed to be alert upon arrival. I’ll also add that I had some questions before my departure, and the team has an in-app feature to chat with them to which they respond within a couple hours! Great team and incredible app. I will be using this from here on out!.Version: 1.3.0

Worked for meI used it for a return trip from Australia to the UK and it seemed to work really well. Using it again on another international trip and hope the results are just as good as the first time. The instructions are laid out really well and are easy to comprehend. The notifications are helpful and don’t feel invasive..Version: 2.1.7

Now getting little or insignificant jet lagAs a regular long haul air traveller I was keen to use this App to reduce my jet lag and have now been a subscriber for over 8 months. During that time I have used the App’s programme for 4 return long haul flights involving time zone differences of 4-9 hours. It is not always possible to follow the exact timings of when you need to sleep on planes but I have always followed the advice on caffeine intake and exposure to or avoiding bright lights. I only used melatonin for the last trip as it’s difficult to obtain in the UK . I can safely say it has made a marked difference to the amount of jet lag experienced which was negligible on a trip just done with a time difference of 5 hours, as compared to all of my fellow travellers (not using the App). What I like about the App is that it is based on the established scientific understanding of sleep ( known as chronobiology).in addition, it is personalised for you taking into account your normal sleep habits eg when you usually wake up/ go to bed and how long you like to sleep. Once that’s in the system all you need to do is put in all your flight details of departure and arrival locations with timings , including any stop overs. The App then works out your programme which is displayed as an easy to follow timeline chart with symbols . I would thoroughly recommend this App to all regular long haul travellers as it has worked for me every time!.Version: 1.2.2

Jet Lag GoneMy wife and I used TimeShifter on a trip from Boise, Idaho to Bali, Indonesia. After inputting our flight information and using the coffee modifier, we set out on our trip to test TimeShifter. We tried to follow the directions as closely as we could. Not having an alcohol modifier, we imbibed lightly. That said, we were flying business class where the seats reclined flat. I am 6’2” and could not get comfortable sleeping but tried to rest for the given amounts of time. The results were great. Both my wife and I experienced very few problems from jet lag. We will definitely use TimeShifter for our next long trip. Ken S..Version: 2.1.3

A great app when travelling long haul.Travel long haul with no jet lag, made for a more enjoyable start to the trip. Easy to use app, with easy to follow instructions, it will be a must for our next trip overseas!!.Version: 2.1.7

Amazing results and easy to follow programmeI used this for my normal business travel, where I thought I had managed to avoid jet lag as best I could. But this eliminated it for me! Can’t quite believe how much energy I have had on this trip because I have slept so well! 100% worth following this programme..Version: 1.3.0

Great app! Really worksGreat app. Flew Nz to Usa direct which was 17hours, and the 4 days we spent there we had little effects made possible from this app!!.Version: 2.1.7

No jet lag!!I never thought preparing a few days ahead of a trip could make a huge difference. I flew from Vancouver Canada to London England and had NO jet lag! First time ever. Anyone who has had jet lag knows it ruins the first few days of a trip and I didn’t want to miss any! Highly recommend this app!!.Version: 1.2.2

ScepticalI was sceptical of this app but it worked quite well. I followed it as closely as possible but not perfectly - eg, an hour late to go to bed, missed a chance to have an in-between nap, etc. but nothing serious. The killer for me was not having coffee after 12 but I felt I was drinking too much coffee anyway - so it was a convenient excuse to ease up! Since finishing the timeshifter process I have normal periods of tiredness like I did when undergoing the process. But I haven’t woken up at 3am unable to sleep. I haven’t fallen dead asleep during the day. So I would definitely try this app again!.Version: 2.1.7

It actually works! Was recommended this app by a friend who also travels a lot, have to admit I was very sceptical at first but decided to give it a try on a recent trip from the UK to the US. Really easy to setup and simple instructions to follow, I didn’t follow it to the tee and my first day in the US (where I find I wake up in the early hours of the morning) I had virtually no jet lag at all! Decided to continue following it and after the week out there, got back home and settled straight back into my usual routine. I was worried if I kissed some of the steps it wouldn’t work but it does, I’m converted and am using it on all my long haul trips now!!.Version: 2.1.4

Like a PA for your sanityI love this ap! I travel regularly between Australia and Europe (and Australia and other places). It is one of the most soul destroying things of my job - the jetlag. I’ve spoken to flight attendants and other regular travellers about the emotional turmoil of the travel and also how to try to cheat the system. Now timeshifter is here. It’s completely changed my relationship to travel and adjusting to new timezones feeling fresh and excited to travel. Help yourself out and give it a go. It’s simple, specific and clear. Like a PA for your sanity. Keep it up Timeshifter!.Version: 1.3.0

Awesome!Great app, it worked awesome, thanks so much.Version: 1.3.0

Holy moly this was amazing!First time using this app and it worked wonders. I always have horrid jet leg while traveling and then when I come back and this app was a game changer! I realized I would just try to drink coffee throughout my past trips to stay awake and following this schedule (which felt weird some mornings not having caffeine) made me realize I was doing it all wrong!.Version: 2.1.3

I’m sold! This app is amazing!Recently flew from JFK-HKG-ICN-HKG-JFK. I was worried because I usually get pretty hard with jet-lag, even on flying shorter distances - and I really had to hit the ground running when I arrived. Well I can honestly say that I never experienced any jet-lag effects during my trip - or upon my return. . My colleagues were all complaining and they would hit a wall at around 3-4pm and complain that they woke up in the middle of the night and could not go back to sleep. Meanwhile I was bright eyed and bushy tailed. One of the people I was visiting in Seoul, even commented on how refreshed I looked, given I had flown almost 20 hrs the previous day. I followed the app as close as I could. I also utilized those blue light blocking glasses when I was supposed to be avoiding light - but couldn’t completely control my environment. Regarding melatonin, I find that most people take too high of a dose. I would start with a 2.5 mg dose prior to sleep. If I woke up at least 4 hrs before I planned to - and felt I would have trouble falling back to sleep, I would take another .5 to 1.0 mg dose and would fall right back to sleep. On my outbound 16 hr flight to Hong Kong, my flight departed at 9am - and the app instructed me to sleep the first 7 hrs of the flight. Taking the low dose melatonin each time I woke up (approx) every two hrs - really helped. Will definitely subscribe to the annual plan and rely on this for all future long-haul trips..Version: 1.2.2

Fantastic AppI used this for the first time traveling from Auckland NZ to San Diego return from 1/5/19 -10/5/19. It really works and I have recommended to several friends and colleagues. I really loved the alerts that reminded me of each phase and action step to follow..Version: 1.3.0

Very helpful!Great for those long flights across time zones!.Version: 1.3.0

Perth-GlasgowHubby and I both used the app to adjust for our trip. We followed the plan as closely as we could and had very little jet lag! Considering the Timezone shift it could have been much worse! Thanks!.Version: 2.1.7

Game changerWhile some people seem to naturally do well with jet lag, it usually makes my life miserable. Having a plan and guidelines to manage it has been a huge help and I feel confident on every trip that I’ll be functional and ready to get through full days of work or leisure as I step out of the plane. There is a correlation between the adherence to the plan and the results. I make it a priority to stick to the plan for my well being and I never regret it. Great travel tool, totally worth the money. Tip: bring your own caffeine drinks in flights because you’ll for sure be off the service schedule!.Version: 2.1.3

Absolute life saverI just returned from a month across Europe and followed the app as best I could. I felt amazing on the way over and experienced little to no jet lag, just a little bit lethargic here and there. (I was cognisant that I was also walking around 25k steps a day so that was likely the culprit for any exhaustion of course haha). I was most nervous for the way back, adjusting from BST to AEST. I followed the app religiously, and my god, I have felt amazing! There have definitely been a couple of nights where my partner has had to watch me like a hawk in the evenings so I don’t fall asleep in front of the TV before bed, but I’ve woken up each day with so much energy and haven’t felt the jet lag one bit. I have been singing the praises of Timeshifter from the rooftops and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks for building such an amazing app!.Version: 2.1.3

34hrs of Travel outbound, 24hrs on the inboundWow 🙌 this app is seriously a game changer, i live in Sydney Australia, I just used this app to help avoid jet lag when going home to the U.K, it really works, I did use melatonin when the app suggests todo so, it’s made a huge difference, I landed on Friday morning in sydney and stayed up until around 9:30pm then went to bed at a normal time on Saturday night 🤙 will use again for my next trip.Version: 2.1.3

Highly recommended!Straightforward, well designed app that does what it promises to do. Used it on a multi-stop series of flights from Canada to New Zealand and back. Insignificant jet lag both directions..Version: 2.1.4

Great way to prepare for travelI used this app recently on my trip to Paris. It gave clear instruction on when is the optimal time to be sleeping vs awake and when to avoid caffeine or light. I didn’t know how it would go but I followed it to a tee. When we arrived in Paris I did not feel jet lagged at all, not even once as I was so well rested. I’m very impressed! Thank you Timeshifter.Version: 2.1.7

I was skeptical, but. . .Since the first time use was free, I thought I'd give it a try flying from the west coast of Canada to the U.K. I've done it many times and always had jet lag both ways. This time - not at all. I found it hard to believe. My spouse did, too - he said I looked so rested when I came home. This App is only for people who are committed to reducing jet lag even if it means giving up coffee, meals, and movies on airplanes (when necessary), and wearing (or not wearing) sunglasses. But it works - IF you follow it!.Version:

Bye bye jet lagI travel around the globe for my work. While it sounds glamorous, it’s work. And most of the time I fly 12-21 hours and pass thru many time zones and need to have my body clock adjusted a full day ahead so I can work and function properly. Same thing when I get home. I was losing days and sometimes a week just to get my body clock back to my normal time zone. I was desperate. So up pops Timeshifter app. It literally saved me days and weeks. I now religiously plug my flights into my app and follow when it tells me to sleep, have caffeine or stop caffeine, see bright light or any light and when to shut it down. I have been using the app for the past 6 months along with the melatonin, it suggests to take at night when I travel, and it really was a game changer. I now feel like myself from the moment I land, thru the trip, to the moment I get back. No more lost time with my family. No more sluggishness the 2nd day in. It’s not always easy to follow 100% but definitely most of the time. And again it truly was a game changer for me. So thx Timeshifter for coming to my rescue!!.Version: 1.2.2

Really worked — I was a bit shockedMy jet lag has been so bad historically that I have felt it wasn’t l worth it to travel unless I had over two weeks because half of it would be lost to jet lag. So I tried Timeshifter on my first travel since the pandemic — two weeks in Ireland flying from central PA. In the three days leading up to departure, I followed the program exactly, including caffeine and melatonin, light exposure and sleep times, even though parts of it made no sense to me. I actually emailed Jacob thinking there might be a glitch in the program, and he explained that the scientific basis is not intuitive. Directions were very clear and It was generally easy to follow, though getting light in darkened plane cabin can be challenging. I would have been thrilled if following the program had reduced my jet lag by a couple days, but I can honestly say it was insignificant, barely noticeable. I was enjoying myself completely from the first day there, and adapted to the new time right away. Leading up to the trip back home, I followed the advice, but not quite as closely. Jet lag entirely manageable. I am functioning normally. No issues..Version: 2.1.3

This app is great!I followed therecommended protocol and didn’t have any jet lag on a recent flight from Central America to Europe! Magic..Version: 2.1.3

0 jetlag!I made my mom follow the app’s recommendations before/after her flight from Europe to Australia. She had 0 jet lag upon arrival! I’ve downloaded the app after the 1st free trial and will try it myself, looks like it works :).Version: 2.1.3

Great app, easy to follow and IT WORKS!I just completed an 18 hour flight to and from Singapore, spending a week there. I conscientiously followed the app’s recommendations on when to sleep, when to have caffeine, when to ensure that I was exposed to bright light or/and ambient light, and (with the help of a few sleeping aids at night since I’m a poor sleeper in any time zone :-)), I did not experience any jet lag. Especially on the return trip, I didn’t want to sleep when the app said to sleep, but I did, and I’m feeling really OK and it’s almost bedtime now. I also did not experience any tiredness in the middle of the afternoon, no hangover feeling when I woke up, both things I’ve experienced when doing this trip in the past. My traveling companions and I really think it’s great to have traveled so comfortably. TRY IT!!!! You won’t be disappointed..Version: 1.3.0

Excellent appI had to travel to the Uk from New Zealand for a weeks work and flew premium economy . This app really helped ensure o did t get any significant jet lag in either direction - I was able to work productively the day after I landed at both ends - would fully recommend.Version: 2.1.7

Very helpful app, so I could hit the ground runningI found Timeshifter really helpful. I followed it as best I could and it allowed me to hit he ground running when I landed in the USA. I had a jammed packed schedule so couldn’t afford too much downtime, so arrived with minimal effects of jet lag. I’ll definitely use timeshifter for future trips! 🌏.Version: 1.3.0

Worth itI hate arriving and not being able to function properly & was giving me anxiety plus made me want to extend trips to help overcome jet lag before arranging key business meetings. Used this for a trip from EU to Asia and back and the results were really good - no brain fog and able to get on with the reason I was there. I did follow it as much as possible which was a bit antisocial before I left (early wake ups) and on the plane needing to skip meals and have light when everyone else was sleeping but luckily in business class this was possible. Will be signing up following this free successful trial..Version: 2.1.7

London- LA round tripI followed the plan very diligently, though with a little scepticism and am more than delighted with the results. As my trip was a short, wedding dress shopping with my daughter who lives in LA, one (5 days), adjusting immediately to local time meant I could take advantage of every moment. When looking at my return Timeshifter plan, I realised I had entered the incorrect flight departure time. I used the Timeshifter chat and had a very quick response, where the problem was resolved by deleting the return journey plan and re-entering the correct flight time. On the return journey I was not popular with my immediate neighbours when I turned on my reading light. However, I feel it certainly assisted my adjustment to uk time. Once home, I had to fight against the urge to sleep in early evening, but persevered and had a full night’s sleep and since then have felt completely back on UK time. I’ll definitely be using Timeshifter again in October for the wedding in LA!.Version: 1.2.2

It really worksI was recommended this app by someone who used it in a multi-leg Australia to USA return and had to try it. All I can say is that it worked super well for me and I had no real jet lag in both directions after following the directions close as I could. Have paid the annual fee more as a thanks than anything else. Well worth it..Version: 2.1.7

Jet lag WHO?Montreal-Dubai (8 hours) has never felt so easy! Super easy plan to follow once the app generates it for you, and super easy contact with support in the app..Version: 1.2.2

Appreciated the ScienceHaving suffered significant jet lag on my last trip to Europe, I needed help mitigating the effects on an upcoming trip. I was drawn to the Trip Shifter app because it’s based on science and took the guesswork out of figuring out what to do for my trip from California to Ireland. I mostly followed the easy to understand plan the app set up (sometimes hard to avoid bright light). Jet lag upon arrival in Ireland was insignificant and allowed me to hit the ground running. Upon my return home, I felt fine during the day, although my nighttime sleep was a slightly disrupted (woke up way too early for a couple of days). I’ve recommended the app to several folks and will definitely use it again..Version: 2.0.8

No jet lagThis app works if you follow the advice. A recent trip from U.K. to USA (5 time zones) was completely jet lag free both going there and coming back. Normally on the return trip I feel like death for 2-3 days and it takes a week to fully adjust. I woke my first morning back at 7:15 am with no alarm clock!! I had no jet lag but I have to say I followed the recommendations exactly. I used portable SAD lights when I needed bright light and I wore two pairs of sunglasses and kept the curtains drawn when I needed to avoid light. It may raise a few eyebrows (I wore light therapy glasses in the taxi to the airport) but it’s worth it to be productive from your first day in a new time zone..Version: 2.0.8

TimeshifterI used Timeshifter on a recent trip to Europe I followed the plan quite closely, except I found it hard to avoid light in transit for 3 hours but still after 13 hours flying west I had little or no jet lag I must say I was pleasantly surprised I’ll be using it on the return leg also Well worth the minimal cost of the app.Version: 2.1.7

It works!Love this. I’m a bad sleeper at the best of times, so worried that I wouldn’t be able to use this effectively, but it worked! Just back from a trip to Japan with an 8 hour time difference and 12 hour red eye flights both ways and I had minimal jet lag. Used the free trial but will definitely subscribe before my next long haul trip..Version: 1.3.0

Fantastic App for TravelersI can’t recall where I heard about the Timeshifter app but it has been fantastic! I often take 7-10 day trips to Europe. Before using this app, I’d be on a new time zone just long enough to start to get acclimated and then find myself back home and severely jet lagged. Now, we’ve all experienced the not so subtle jabs of coworkers who didn’t get to take vacation when we returned from our trip tired and barely functional. Not anymore! No one can even tell that I left the country. I come back and hit the ground running. It’s easy to use and best of all...it really works! Sure, sometimes I look funny wearing my blue-blocking or sunglasses at the prescribed times but I’d rather that than the feeling of jet lag and lack of productivity of the past. I’m sold and have a been touting the benefits of this app to friends and flight attendants..Version: 1.2.2

Easy - and effective!I downloaded Timeshifter based on rave reviews from friends - and I’m happy to add mine to the pile! I was traveling from LAX to Copenhagen and was super concerned about jet lag as I was scheduled to run a relay race just hours after landing (oof). It was quick and easy to set up the app for this trip, and I followed the recommendations (light exposure, sleep/wake times, melatonin use) pretty much to a tee…and ran my fastest 5k ever just hours after getting off the plane in CPH, no jet lag in sight!!! I’m on the back end of the trip now and once again followed recs for my return, and I’m absolutely delighted to report I had a full, normal night of sleep and jet lag on day 1 back. The graphic interface is great, as are the science-backed explanations - and it’s worth a few bucks to have the algorithm do all the math for me. I plan to use this for all overseas trips!.Version: 2.1.3

Timeshifter worked amazingly on trip from U.K. to Australia!I used Timeshifter for the first time on a return trip from the UK to Australia. I needed to be up and running right away in Australia for business. I was stunned at how well it worked - I felt really good even on my first day in Oz. I'm recommending Timeshifter to all my colleagues and friends. Follow the plan - it works!.Version: 2.0.8

Excellent appMelbourne to Mexico- 4 planes. I always find it really hard to make such a long trip and fight the jet lag. With this app, I barely noticed any jet lag. It helped me stay up and connected in the times I needed to the most and share good moments with my family without feeling that brain fog sensation after a bug trip. Definitely recommend it!.Version: 2.0.8

No jet lagI decided a trip to Australia was as good a time as any to try out this app. I’ve flown internationally before, but never across the international dateline, and having only 10 days in the country I didn’t want to waste any time dealing with headaches and sleepiness. The best part of this app is that it explains the science behind what it’s telling you to do. And if you’re unable to fully follow the recommendations, it gives you ways to modify to still get the benefits of time shifting. I highly recommend this app. I landed in Australia and was immediately able to begin enjoying my trip instead of feeling sluggish and slow. And coming back home I could get back to a normal pattern within a day of landing. Try it out! First trip is free!.Version: 2.0.8

Best recommendation...A friend of mine recommended this to me the day I landed in Germany, for 2 weeks, from Vancouver. Simple to use, great guidance and was helpful. My return home, as I had more time to fully engage with the process/app, I literally was back on local time in 3 days!! If you have ever had issues with jet lag, try this. :-).Version: 1.3.0

This is a game changerI can’t remember how I found this app but we recently had a trip to Europe so decided to give it a try. I have been many times and always suffered jet lag both directions. My husband had never been overseas. We followed the plan pretty closely. It was harder to follow once we got on the plane but we did the best we could. I was a little sleepy when we arrived because I didn’t sleep well on the plane. But I wasn’t exhausted. We went to bed at the recommended time. The next day NO JET LAG. I kept thinking it would show up but it never did! We did the same for the return trip and also had no jet lag. Unfortunately my husband doesn’t know how great the app is because he has now not experienced jet lag. This is a great app! Give it a try. You won’t be sorry..Version: 2.0.4

Great for World TravelersWe have traveled to Europe a few times and tend to have a small amount of jet lag, once we get home though, it is pretty bad. We used timeshifter for our first trip to Indonesia and with the big time change, it was super helpful. On the way there we followed the plan about 85% and expereince no jet lag upon arrival or during the trip. We followed the plan about 40% on the way back (who really wants to go to sleep at 7pm on their last night of vacation :( ), but honestly, knowing the key parts of when to sleep on the plane or stay up, really helped and we only had a small amount of jet lagg that lasted the next day. We will definetley be using this app on our next travel adventure!.Version:

No Jet Lag WhatsoeverI love this app when travelling overseas. I have used it on three occasions now and can’t believe how I pulled up after the flight. I had none of the jet lag that can be so debilitating after long haul flights. I will use it every time I fly now. It’s easy to follow with relatively minor adjustments to your lifestyle. So easy..Version: 2.1.7

Timeshifter , our new best friend .I used Timeshifter for the first time this month for a trip that took us through multiple time zone . I was pleasantly surprised by the app . Easy to navigate and every recommendation clearly given after we gave the details of our trip . We did not suffer from jet lag and were just a little bit tired in the morning but nothing like what we are used to . I would highly recommend this app . Well done !.Version: 2.1.7

Jet lag be goneAfter my fiancé made the journey from NZ - UK and suffered horrendous jet lag I decided to look into ways to combat my jet lag for when I would be making the same journey a few days later. I saw an article recommending Timeshifter and with a free trip trial decided to give it a go. I have managed to feel back to my usual self after one good nights sleep and am absolutely amazed. I cannot recommend this app enough! I have told everyone about it and I will be sure to use it for every long haul trip from now on. I am pushing for my partner to try the app for shift workers as he will soon be doing night shifts with his job so can’t wait to see how that helps! Please now develop an app for flight attendants and I will be over the moon!.Version: 2.1.7

Amazing! As a regular long haul flight taker and jet lag dreader I was willing to try anything to help for my recent flight to Australia from the UK. I followed the instructions diligently and can honestly say it was amazing how much better I felt on the few days after my arrival. No middle of the night wakefulness or early waking. I would have struggled to obey the bright light instructions whilst in the plane if I was in economy, and was grateful that I was able to look at my lamp while everyone else was sleeping. I am totally delighted that the scientific approach works. Thank you!.Version: 2.1.7

AmazingMy travel was from Australia to Europe in summer. Usually on the way there the jet lag is not too bad, just a couple of days. On the way back I usually feel like a zombie for about a week 🙃. And with Timeshifter: on the way over I stayed up until 10pm the first night there and then slept normally from that night onwards. On the way back I followed the plan as best I could, especially the bright light exposure. I slept okay the first night home (but was tired after the trip). After that I kept waiting for the jet lag to hit but…NO JET LAG AT ALL!! Timeshifter is complete gold. I have been recommending non-stop to my friends and family. It seems bizarre but it really works! Thanks guys for developing this wonderful app 😊.Version: 2.1.3

Worked like a charm! This saved me on a quick trip to Spain. It allowed me to enjoy my vacation to its fullest. Highly recommend..Version: 2.1.7

Amazing appI used this app recently for a very long haul flight & it was fantastic. Not only is it very informative & you can learn from it, the interface is very easy to use & is a must for anyone wanting to avoid jet lag. I had neither on both journeys to date (both 23+ hours)..Version: 1.3.0

Timeshifter is brilliantI used it in 2022 for a return trip from UK to USA. Usually I’d be feeling ill for weeks, but this trip was easy. No jet lag. I’ve used it this week for an even longer flight to Thailand. Again, no jet lag. So glad we discovered this app..Version: 2.1.7

Game changerI’ve always felt like a zombie travelling from Canada east to Europe. Heard about this app in the Globe and Mail. It’s fantastic. It lays out a plan a few days in advance and after flight. Felt great on arrival and I adapted effortlessly for my vacation. 👌.Version: 1.3.0

It really works.Ok, so I was sceptical but the prospect of a 3 sector trip with 2 of those 15 hour flights back to back crossing 16 timezones was just too much, so I gave it a go CBR-SYD-DOH-IAD. The app prepares you several days prior adjusting your sleeping and on the day of departure, tells you when to wake, eat, sleep and drink coffee. I followed it closely going over and had virtually no jetlag, but flying Westerly that’s usually less of an issue. The trip back flying Easterly, on the same route with similar sector times was the acid test as it involved two full nights and days. Once again followed it religiously and what would normally take me a week to readjust, took about 2 days. Highly recommended but stick to the schedule. My only gripe is the price which I feel is high given it’s apparent complexity. Corporate travellers won’t baulk but leisure will probably give it a skip..Version: 2.0.8

Best way to beat jet lagI love the app, so easy to use and we are feeling great on day 3 post return trip. I hope people take the time to read all the info to understand the why, makes a big difference to making sure you follow the plan as closely as possible..Version: 2.1.7

Amazing AppTimeshifter is easy and straightforwards to use but, for me, amzingly powerful at helpig me to adjust to timezone changes. My first use was one without Melatonin and subsequent long haul trips have been with it. I am a coffee drinker. All my trips since using the app have been west to east and back again with time differencs of 7 hours or more. Given that I find the outbound more challenging then this app is unbelieveably effective..Version:

ExcellentHalf way around the world.. first time trying the app. Zero jet lag. Looking forward to trying it again on the return!.Version:

This Really WorksTimeshifter has a very intuitive interface including alerts on the iPhone and Apple watch. I knew the plan ahead of time and the boddey clock adjustments before departure are clever. The app is predicated on light-dark cycles and when to use caffeine. It's amazing. I experienced very little jet lag in my destination or when I returned to Australia. The flights were a slog but it was worth it! Thank you!.Version: 1.3.0

Best in class, works like a charmThis app actually works. I travel a LOT for work, visiting multiple time zones per week. This app really does help cut down on the jet lag and allow me to be at my best. There are some improvements that could be made to the user experience, though I would only want this if it is not at the expense of the IP (which in my opinion is pretty flawless). My main suggestion is - pop up notifications when something changes in the routine (eg. Time to sleep!). I don’t want to be constantly opening my phone to see what I’m supposed to do.Version: 2.1.7

I think it works!I followed the plan as much as I could and it seemed to work. The real test will be in the other direction, going West to East on two long flights totalling 21 hrs.. but I’m definitely going to follow the plan..Version: 2.1.7

No jet lag at all. This really worksI decided to try this for the first tome travelling from London to Australia for business. I knew I would have to be on my game arriving one evening, straight into work the next morning. I stuck to the plan 98% of the time, adjusting my patterns as per the app updates, before starting my travel and I arrived in Sydney perfectly set to the local time. I had no jet lag at all, to the point where my colleagues are now using the app as well, due to me appearing so bright and fresh in the office. I can not recommend enough 5*.Version: 1.2.2

Extremely useful and effective! We decided to try out Timeshifter during a recent trip from Canada to Europe, during which there was a time shift of nine hours. What a tremendously useful app! We followed it as closely as we could and experienced insignificant jet lag. We appreciated the notifications reminding us when to avoid caffeine, when to get bright light, etc. Would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone hoping to avoid jet lag!.Version: 2.1.3

It worked for meThis is a bit of a late review. I felt the need to write it now because I’m in need of it again as I’m going on my first long distance flight since the pandemic. I used this as instructed for my trip to China in 2019. It worked great. I suffered none of the typical effects from jet lag..Version: 2.1.7

Excellent ResultsTimeshifter was recommended to me by my cousin who travels a good bit and I used the complimentary first trip for my last international itinerary from Atlanta to Paris. I followed the advice and guidelines presented by the app regarding (1) light, (2) caffeine, and (3) sleep time using melatonin (as closely as I could given the hour of my flight to Parus), and I was amazed to find that I had little or no jet lag during my first day back at work yesterday. Usually, international travel from west to east kills me and it takes me three or four days to get over it. With Timeshifter, it was as if I didn’t even have a time change. The only negative for me is the price, which I find a little high ($25 for an annual subscription or $10 per trip), but since I travel this route a few times a year, I might just make the investment. Bravo..Version: 2.0.8

Science based and effectiveThis app is a timesaver as well as a timeshifter… instead of being slammed by jet lag it really does help you land and be in good shape almost immediately. The interface is clean, straightforward and informative, with instructions that are easy to follow. Started using this pre-COVID and forgot how good it is! I wouldn’t cross timezones without Timeshifter..Version: 2.1.3

Bicoastal blissWith a pretty and easy look and feel, this app has helped me successfully navigate bicoastal business travel over the last quarter. Even redeye flights and week-on/week-off arrangements have been made easier through the very simple but smart tips. I wish I’d found this app earlier!.Version: 2.0.8

UnbelievableI thought this app was too good to be true but I cannot tell you how good it is! I’ve just followed its instructions to arrive in Melbourne- the ultimate jet lag challenge. My husband travelled a week ahead of me and was still struggling with jet lag when I arrived. He was shocked to see how little jet lag I had and I was so happy! I won’t lie, it was difficult to follow the instructions to stay awake about half way through the plan but I persevered and it was totally worth it! I am definitely following the plan on the way home. Thank you Timeshifter!.Version: 2.0.3

You Can’t LoseI first saw this app at a business travel conference, as I’m in that industry. Before giving it out to the travelers I manage, I wanted to try it for myself. I was doing a one-week work trip to Spain from USA. It was so easy to accurately set my flights that the trip was set up in 30 seconds. It then started sending me reminders in advance of what to do for reducing jet lag (it told me, “in 30 minutes, see some bright daylight,” for example. I did as close as I could with the plan, but not perfectly. It helped me re-adjust my body so that there was no yawning during meetings and so on. I consider that a success. I will use the app for a two-day trip to China next week and expect it will be just as efficient. And the support when I have chat questions is excellent. It couldn’t make it any worse - I recommend trying it..Version: 2.0.8

A wonderI used Timeshifter for the first time on a 30 hour flight. It was the best thing for not getting jet lag. I would highly recommend to anyone who is travelling so you don’t have to waste time adjusting 😃.Version: 2.1.7

There is something in this! It’s worth it’s costI was very sceptical at first and downloaded it and used it and I must say that it made a big difference to my jet lag. I wouldn’t say it reduces the number of days after your trip when there is some sort of jet lag but it did definitely reduce the intensity and I had insignificant jet lag. I flew from India to Sydney overnight and in a day flight with a total journey time of almost 18hours.Version: 1.2.2

Unbelievably good appUsed twice in one year, first major trip was to the UK from NZ and with a family of four we all used it (boys 11 and 13) and none of us were impacted by jet lag on either side of the travel. I t Thoroughly recommend using! It made us hit the ground running and start sightseeing immediately in London with no downtime!.Version: 2.1.7

Totally worth it!I just travelled from Canada to Australia, with no jet lag! I had more energy than my Australian relatives! Can't wait to yse Timeshifter to travel home!.Version:

A great guide to help with jet lagSo easy to use by just adding in your flight details . The visual displays are great & you can quickly see what the recommended activities are e.g. sunshine, caffeine, sleep. Thanks so much from someone who traveled across 5 time zones & had insignificant jet lag..Version: 2.1.3

I’m a convertI was sceptical of this app, to say the least, with a looming round-the-world ticket return journey consisting of 3 stop-overs ranging from 3 hours to 8 hours, over a 3 day period of travel. Add to this the fact that I usually suffer debilitating jetlag. I downloaded Timeshifter, followed my personalized plan as closely as possible (naps during the working day are a luxury I can’t afford, nor sunglasses indoors), in conjunction with my usual onboard travel routines, with the surprising end-result that I didn’t miss a wink of sleep once at my final destination, and sailed back into my normal routine. This app is a must, it’s as simple as that. Brendan.Version: 1.3.0

Follow it & REALLY works - recommend to AllI came across the name of this app in an article and have since come across it in more online articles since downloading and using it. I was doing some simultaneous research on my upcoming trip to Europe (from the US) and also on helping my mom reset her circadian rhythm, as it’s become a major quality of life issue for all of us. I downloaded it onto my iPhone, for this first free trip, And was determined to use it as an experiment because I remember in the past having terrible jet lag upon arrival in Europe. I admit that I followed it to a T and started following suggestions on the app starting four days before departure. I know from experience that I was in a much better state of mind upon arrival. I’ve recommended this to friends and family, particularly for the distance that you have to travel, specially for those that travel often and or for business purposes. I really appreciate the simplicity and beauty of the app with the visual cues and also the ability to read more and learn why and how things work. Because I plan to do more traveling in the coming years I will definitely purchase use of the app. I have them for their review online and found more information and research behind the app and I’m sharing this with my mom who really needs to reset her circadian rhythm but has no guidance on that. Kudos to an exceptional app that is extremely user-friendly!.Version: 1.3.0

Toronto to TokyoTravelled with family to Japan for two weeks. I was the only one who used the program ....and I clearly was the winner! It really helped avoid that groggy feeling typically felt with a big time change. I was able to ‘hit the ground running’. I am starting it now for the return trip and will subscribe - I have a busy travel year ahead. The app is straight forward and easy to use. A definite recommend..Version: 1.2.2

Worked great!!Used it for a trip from Maryland to the Czech Republic, a time difference of 6 hours and had no jet lag issues. I am an experienced traveler but had never gone to Europe. Prior to the trip, I had spent 30+ days in South America and had been back for less than a week, so it was kind of like an extra hour difference because of the time difference there. I followed the Timeshifter roadmap as best I could, which was about 90%. The hardest part was sleeping on the 7 hour plane ride to Dublin on the first leg, but I rarely can sleep on a plane. Despite that, I didn’t skip a beat after arriving. I did take a morning nap after a morning jog about three days after arriving, and that may have also helped. But we were lounging around that morning as was. I’ll use this app again for sure and would recommend it highly based on my experience..Version: 2.1.3

LHR to Melbourne and no jet-lag 🤩I read about this app in food and travel magazine and was keen to try it on my long trip from London to Melbourne and back. I followed the guidance to the letter (much to the dismay of my seat mate on the way back!) and did not suffer jet-lag at all. It felt like a brilliant secret to be sitting there with my light on during the inbound journey when everyone else had gone to sleep. The airline lights are managed to prepare you for the immediate journey but don’t take into account any connections you may make pre or post that leg. Timeshifter factors that in as well as your normal sleeping and waking hours, to keep you on your normal sleep pattern. I was very impressed and would definitely use again..Version: 1.2.2

It works!!!I was sceptical but was willing to try anything to ensure my work trip went well and I wasn’t plagued with jet lag due to a 12 hour time difference. This worked! Follow it and you will be good to go!! Will definitely use it again!.Version: 2.1.3

When your flights cancelledSo I began following Timeshifter to the T days before my trip took off. One thing I wasn’t expecting was to have my flight turned around in route because a guy on my plane had a heart attack. That delayed my flight by a day and threw my Timeshifter calendar off. I was freaking out and tried reaching out via message in the app. They weren’t very helpful. I was surprised to find however that I still had an insignificant amount of jet lag! It worked great. I guess the days of time I had out in paid off in the long run and the one days hiccup hadn’t altered me. I’m flying back now and had another flight delay due to poor weather 😵. Because of this my plans are off again. I’ll see how it works. My advice would be be prepared to PAY for this app because chances are your trip will change-it’s life! But it’s also worth it if you fly a lot..Version: 1.3.0

Really works! But could get even better. This app does what it says. Even if you can't follow the "prescription" to a T, it still helps in overcoming jet lag. If I were to rate the importance of the different items, I would say the caffeine planning is by far #1. The melatonin and light recommendations are 2 and 3 respectively, only because the light recommendations are often difficult to follow in the "real world". I have used this app on trips from South America to Africa, Asia to South America, and every direction and every locatoin in between. The big piece that is missing is meal timing. There is quite a bit of research on food and circadian rythm. It would be great to have eat/fast recommendations included, perhaps parameterized by the users tolerance for different lengths of fasting. That would make this a slam dunk!.Version: 2.1.3

Jet Lag ? Don’t know herSuch a simple and effective app Follow the steps as close as you can- it is so worth it !.Version: 1.2.2

This works!Used this app for my very first Europe trip as I had heard the horror stories about jet lag! Followed it almost entirely. Even my family followed it after initially laughing at me. It works! I was back to work the next morning after arriving home at night and I was back on track with my usual life and time zones. I would fully recommend this app!!.Version: 1.3.0

It really works!Usually I’m quite disciplined when it comes to international travel: as soon as I can (usually in the lounge), I shift my eat/sleep times to my destination, and use melatonin/coffee to help me sleep or wake up (and stay up!). Timeshifter was great as I felt I acclimatised even quicker to my destination and needed to use less melatonin/coffee to regulate sleep and waking/staying up. Just felt more energised. Very happy with the result. Wearing sunglasses (to avoid light) in the office for a couple of days before I left caused a bit of conversation tho!.Version: 2.1.7

A very helpful app!Used thjs app on a trip to/from Atlanta- Hawaii. More than 12 hours in air travel with 3 hour layovers each way in Seattle. 6 time zones. The app flawlessly walked me through when to avoid light, when to sleep, when to use caffeine, when to make sure I was taking in as much light as possible. It gave me reminders that were very helpful. I'd previously used Ehret's Overcoming Jet Lag for the same purpose and it had helped as well, but it is a bit more involved and doesn't have an app! The app is a game-changer. I had very little jet lag either coming or going; it was a non-factor. Very pleased to have had this app recommended to me and plan to use it anytime I have to cross time zones in travel..Version: 2.0.8

A wonder resultThank you Timeshifter. We travelled from San Diego to Heathrow last week having followed the Timeshifter app which we found easy to implement. We’ve experienced minimal effects from our long journey which is different from our usual experience Thank you Timeshifter, we’ll definitely be following the timeline again..Version: 2.0.8

Yep, it worksI flew home from San Diego to Los Angeles then onto Sydney, and as much as possible followed the advice of the app before, during and after. I arrived back in Australia and I felt great (I’ve flown between Sydney & California several times and I never feel great when I get back!). I’ve recommended this app to all my Australian friends who travel internationally. By the way my husband was on the same trip but he did not have the app and did his own thing and had a rough re-entry into Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time..Version: 2.0.8

It worked!I flew Melbourne to Boston, 17 hours time difference. Timeshift really took the edge off. Travelling that far you can’t help but be tired, but I didn’t have the jet lag symptoms of waking up at 3am wanting to eat a steak or something. I was able to turn up the next day after arriving to a conference and concentrate all day. I’ll definitely use this next time I travel..Version: 2.1.7

Highly recommended!!I’ve recently travelled from New Zealand to the Southern States of the USA, then a quick turnaround back to Aust before heading back home to NZ. I needed something to help with reducing the impact of Jetlag when I hit the US, then to guide me back across the Timezone shifts as I travelled back to Aust five days later. I found Timeshifter intuitive to use and follow. I liked that I could enter all of my flight legs and that it gave me useful notification to help me along the way. I have and will recommend Timeshifter to anyone travelling internationally and wanting to be at their best when they get to their destination..Version: 2.1.3

No jet lag😃❤️My husband and I are on the first leg of our trip. We flew from the West Coast of Canada to the UK 4 days ago and have been fresh as daisies! We’re both very impressed with the app and will definitely recommend it. Also Tony, one of the developers was super helpful figuring out how to enter a trip with a week’s stopover. Great communication! Thanks again Tony!.Version: 1.3.0

Jet lag be gone!I downloaded the Timeshifter app for a trip to Italy. It was easy to use and they provided a thorough guide of when to utilise caffeine versus when to sleep/nap. I stuck to the guide in the days leading up to the trip and a few days after we arrived! I didn’t use melatonin but it was fine without it. I felt I didn’t have any jet lag at all, and was able to enjoy my holiday without the usual fatigue and irregular sleeping patterns. Highly recommend the use of the Timeshifter app for your next trip!.Version: 2.1.7

Great AppI can highly recommend this App. Very simple to use and clear instruction. There is always going to be some jet lag at times but I do think this helped significantly on a recent trip to Japan. My travel details also changed and I was able to easily update. Would definitely use again. Sometimes it was tricky to follow exactly due to work commitments but it just using the app and understanding things like how light exposure is key helped a lot..Version: 2.1.7

It works! Two words are all that are needed. I was preparing for a weeklong vacation to Japan, a 14-hour flight and time difference from home. I didn’t want to lose a moment of this long-anticipated vacation to jet lag. In addition, I knew that as soon as I got back, I’d be starting on a new project at work that would require me to be sharp and awake from my first day back. I did some research and saw Timeshifter was highly recommended, so I downloaded it and programmed my trip details. The recommendations were easy to follow—as simple as “get some caffeine now” or “avoid caffeine right now.” “Get some light” and “wear sunglasses if you’re outside and it’s sunny.” That and following a consistent bedtime. I was thrilled with how well it worked. I was exhausted from each day’s explorations (and 20k+ steps walked) but had no trouble adhering to the recommended sleep times. I did find myself waking up once or twice at night, but went right back to sleep. And upon return, I found myself slipping right back into my usual schedule. I’ve been recommending this app to everyone I know who travels. It simply works. Thanks, Timeshifter team! You’ve created a winner!.Version: 2.0.8

A life changerSometimes it's the small things that can change your life. I used this App for the first time travelling with the family to Canada and I didn't want to waste anytime feeling awful. It was easy to navigate, made sense and worked! Using it on the return leg was also a life changer. We landed and the kids returned to school the day after with very little disturbance to sleep. I will always use this App for travelling O.S..Version: 2.1.7

AMAZINGI travelled home to aus from the UK and let me tell you, everytime i do this flight i am severllyyyyyyy jetlagged after each flight back and forth. this time however, NO JETLAG AT ALL!!! SHOCKED!!! I followed the plan pretty closely, if i couldnt then i did the best i could and i was absolutely shocked at the results. the way everything is explained and set out is 10/10. I have already recommended to everyone i know and i will be using again for my future flights! thanks so much.Version: 2.1.7

Much less jet lag!A friend told me about the Timeshifter app and I decided to try it for an overseas trip. I tried to follow the Timeshifter advice as best as possible but was not perfect. I flew from JFK to Johannesburg and was shocked at the small amount of jet lag I experienced. Coming back to the US I flew from Dubai thru Athens to Newark. For this trip I was not able to follow the guidelines much at all and experienced more jet lag but not a crazy amount. I will definitely use Timeshifter again...once travel starts up again after this coronavirus period. I also want to say that the guys who run this app are excellent at customer service. Anytime I had a question they got right back with me..Version: 2.0.8

No Jet lagAfter suffering for 2 weeks of horrendous jet lag after a trip back from Europe earlier in the year I was almost dreading a trip I had planned to the US. Someone had suggested the Timeshifter app, which I enthusiastically Downloaded and applied when the time was right. I cannot believe that on my journey to the US and then more importantly after my journey home to Australia from the US I did not and have not had any significant jet lag at all. An absolute winner for me!.Version: 1.3.0

No jet lagFollow the program- do not deviate. Works perfectly. Thanks.Version: 1.2.2

Amazing appI usually really struggle with jet lag when travelling but I had minimal jet lag after using time shifter. I have recommended this to everyone else I know that travels!.Version: 2.1.7

Definitely helpedCompared with previous trips, our jet lag was much improved after using the app. We had to adjust some timings a bit due to travelling whilst in India the day before our flight home, but all in all it worked quite well for us. Would definitely consider using it again but not sure we would pay the one off price.... it seems a bit too steep. Sorry x.Version: 1.2.2

It WORKS so well.27 hours flying from Australia to Singapore then Johannseburg and Cape Town. 8 hours time zone change on top. Using Timeshifter I managed the timing of my sleep, caffeine consumption and exposure to light so well that I have never before felt so good - almost fully avoiding jet lag issues. Now merely two days later I feel normal. Timeshifter has given me so much value by allowing the first two days after arrival to be active and feel 90% normal. I slept properly both nights - that’s never happened before after long haul travel. Love it..Version: 2.1.3

Do this and follow the guidance - Amazing!!I was genuinely quite concerned about my 7 hour time difference going on a long haul holiday and the impact this may have on our plans. My husband thought I was nuts donning sunglasses to limit light in the lead up to the trip and I think others on our flight didn’t understand why we were not following the sleep schedule of everyone around us however I have to say we arrived in Bangkok in the evening, went to bed at 11pm and woke up at 7am - ta dah!! Literally zero jet lag - soooo relieved!! Total kudos to the guys who made this app!.Version: 2.0.8

Amazing results!Wow ... this was my first BIG long fight (14 hrs) then another 2 hr fight. I had heard horrible stories of what jet lag was like so decided to try Timeshifter. It was wonderful. I may have been very tired when I started the flight but this made sleeping on the flight so much easier. Following the instructions ensured everything felt normal very quickly on arrival. Amazing!.Version: 1.2.2

Flying for work- awesome!I fly for work frequently and just used timeshifter on my last 2 flights and it’s really helped with landing ready to go into meetings!.Version: 2.0.8

AUS to USA- worked a treat!Three flights there and back with 24 hours of flying time, there for a week and 13 hours difference from home. It worked a treat! Pay attention to the bright light recommendations, even if everyone else on the plane is in darkness and asleep. Business Class helps as well!.Version: 2.0.7

Excellent AppI suffer badly from jet-lag as I travel at least once a month with anything from 6-8hrs time difference, using this app and following its advice I have significantly reduced the days I suffer from jet-lag. I highly recommend this if you travel a lot between different timezones..Version: 2.0.8

Brilliant appUsing this app has transformed my business travel. I'm not using melatonin as I don't have a reliable source in the UK, but even without it and following the programme as faithfully as I can, I've have negligible jetlag. It means I can travel and work immediately on arrival (admittedly using business class with a flatbed). Sometimes it’s not possible to follow all the instructions inbound as I’m working but nevertheless it’s 100% better than before. I have recommended to colleagues who are also benefiting from no/reduced jet lag. Thanks Timeshifter team..Version:

It Really Worked!I had a 23 hour flight from the East Coast to Australia in January, the longest segment of the trip was 15 hours. Learned about Timeshifter through an magazine article and gave a try. I had problems setting up my initial flight on the app and lost my free trial. I contacted Timeshifter and Tony promptly replied and assisted me through the setup and restore by free trial. Once setup, the app was easy to follow, with various alerts telling me when to adjust my exposure to light and when to sleep and nap to aclimate to the 16 hour time differentce between the US East Coast and Australia. I followed the program as best I could. Though I have near flown this long, I was pleasantly surprised, I was alert and pretty well adjusted to the time difference with insignifcant jet lag. I think it really worked!.Version:

Game changer!I’ve been doing something similar to what this app does for about a year. Trying to time my food intake and sleep pattern immediately before and during the overseas travel to help me adjust to the local time zone. Saw the difference. But this app takes it to a whole new level! Makes it easy to consider and control additional variables such as light exposure and caffeine intake to make the transition super smooth! I live on the west coast of the US and used the app while traveling to Belgrade, Serbia. Today is my fourth day in Serbia and I was never even close to crashing since I’ve been here. All my work meetings were smooth and I’m feeling fully adjusted now. Wow! Highly recommended for anyone traveling across time zones..Version: 2.1.4

Timeshifter app works!Take it seriously and follow the recommendation and you won’t be sorry. We experienced limited “jet lag” and were functioning fully all days of our trip!.Version: 2.1.7

Sydney to London with two kidsI followed the plan as closely as possible. This was the easiest we have ever found! The jet lag was so insignificant and I’ve recommended it to everyone who has asked how the jet lag has been on our trip!.Version: 1.3.0

Goodbye Jet Lag! Great Design, easy to use and it worksTried out Time Shifter after a friend of mine highly recommended it. Being a frequent traveler and living in NY... every trip back to Europe was followed by a hideous 3 day, zombie-like, mid conversation dozing off, jet lag. After trying everything from Boise canceling headphones, over dosing on coffee, use sleep pills and much more... I Had nothing to lose but TimeShifter a shot. Long story short. IT WORKS! Arrived in Europe and was up and about. Obviously one has to follow in order for it to work. Although I didn’t stick 100% to eat because life happens, it worked. I felt a tiny bit of tiredness the day of arrival but back on top of the world in the morning. I highly recommend trying it. The next test run will be traveling to Australia... if the Jetlag can be avoided here as well... sign me up for a lifetime membership please!.Version: 1.2.2

Works wellUsed this for a trip from Australia to America and didn’t feel anywhere near the exhaustion felt previously not using the app. My two travel companions who scoffed at using the app were trashed on arrival and for a few days after - serves them right! Would definitely use again, thanks.Version: 1.3.0

Worked well for meThis app worked well for me. I followed the advice fairly closely but not quite to the letter. It does mean you might be sleeping when the rest of the plane is awake but by following the guidance I had no real jet lag after a 10 hour flight from the UK to Sri Lanka. The advice was also really easy to follow - it just adviced me to start sleeping much earlier than everyone else and wake up whilst the rest of the plane was sleeping. I used my phone and the tv screen as sunlight and felt great the next day ; waking naturally in the morning in Sri Lanka..Version: 2.0.3

It workedSome of the instructions were tough — like staying awake for hours mid-flight (especially when the plane is dark) — but can’t argue with the results. I settled in quickly going from Australia to NYC..Version: 2.1.3

At last my life is completeWell not really, but I generally suffer jet lag, and have tried many different sleep adjustment patterns but never knew what I was really doing. Using this app I didn’t experience any jet lag. At times it was hard to stay awake but no where near as hard as experiencing jet lag! A wonderful app..Version: 2.0.8

TimeShifter works!!I have been using TimeShifter for the last 3 or more trips and traveling from New Zealand to Europe is the big test. I was amazed this time that when I followed the protocol and took the melatonin tablets I arrived with no jetlag. Travelling east to South America is a little harder but again I arrived reasonably well adjusted. Within 3 days I was normal. After 20 years of travel I am amazed at the difference following this protocol makes. Alan Stewart..Version: 2.1.3

It Works!I use Timeshifter for work and pleasure. Anything from 3 plus time zones is worth it. You can’t get rid of jet lag but by following the plan as closely as you can it makes a real difference and allows you to be in synch with the locals more quickly. Especially useful for conducting business with a clear mind. On a recent trip to Hawaii my wife was struggling to make it to 9:00pm and I was not even tired! She told me to “stop using the darn Timeshifter App!”..Version: 2.0.8

I know it works cause it’s my systemI was doing all this before this app! But that’s not a slam to it. I know it works cause what I do works, and this app tells you what I do! Excellent. I don’t have to tell anyone any more. Took too long to explain..Version: 2.0.8

It worksI need to travel long haul for work to a destination with 5 hours time difference. The App was easy to use and follow. I didn’t use melatonin because it’s difficult to get in UK but the program still worked and I had almost no jet lag symptoms at all. I will be using it for my next trip..Version: 1.2.2

Awesome app - give it a go!Thought I would give Timeshifter a go on my journey to Australia and back seen as I’d never done a trip that far before and had heard terrible things about jet lag….and I wasn’t disappointed! Really impressed with it from start to finish and would recommend giving it a go to anyone..Version: 2.1.7

It works!I was recommended Timeshifter by a family member as I queued to get on a long-haul flight from Europe to west coast USA. After falling in love with the look of the app and how simple the steps were to set it up, I was following the plan before id hit duty free. To cut. Long story short of it. I arrived in Portland awake and refreshed after 6 hours sleep. Ready to hit 4 hours of back to back meetings, feeling great. It works!.Version: 2.0.7

No jet lagFrankfurt - Vancouver 10 hours flight : ABSOLUTELY NO JET LAG. I followed the advise only as guidance as it was not possible to follow it all the time but it worked wonderfully for me and my colleagues while all the others are yawning and complaining!.Version: 1.2.2

It Worked For MeLike others have mentioned in their reviews I learned about this app in an article and decided to try it. I used it for a trip from Seattle, Washington to Sydney, Australia where I went for a two week vacation. Sticking to the plan took a real effort but it paid off. For example, at one point on the plane all the lights were off and everyone was sleeping with masks over their eyes except for me. The plan on my app told me that I needed to be exposed to light so I was the only one on the plane with my overhead light on and the TV screen in front of me on as sources of light. Later, when everyone woke up and the lights came on I had to go into a blackout phase where I had to put on my sleep mask and limit any light that I received. So yes, it was an effort. But I didn’t have any symptoms of jet lag when I arrived and I felt like my body was already on Sydney time from the moment I landed. It’s been fantastic and I’ve been telling other travelers about this app. I’ll be using it for my trip back to Seattle. I leave on the 18th and the plan has me starting to adjust on the 16th. It’s really cool and it’s easy to understand the science behind it. You should give this a try if you want to avoid jet lag..Version: 1.3.0

Flight Attendant approved!!!I have been a Flight Attendant for 18 years and just “dealt with” fatigue and jet lag thinking it was just “part of the gig”… But I recently started doing a lot of transatlantic routes and wanted to try and minimize the effects this had on my body so I could still show up and be productive in ALL areas of my life. Timeshifter App took all the guess work out of planning naps, use melatonin, strategic caffeine use and when to expose myself to light (or not) to get my body to flip safely and naturally to the time zone I’m in. THANK YOU TIMESHIFTER!!! 🙏🏻🎉 You have a customer for life now!!! #livingmybestlife Joëlle Flight Attendant Canada 🇨🇦.Version: 2.0.8

Review of TimeshifterI downloaded the app as I was travelling to Australia from the UK and had not done long haul before. I found the app beneficial when using the app , I reduced my caffeine intake 4 days before I travelled as the app stated which helped ,kept to my regular bed routine bed at 10 pm waking at 6 am before I got on the plane Once I arrived in Australia at 5 am I stayed awake until the evening and kept into my routine of waking up morning/ sleeping at night and not drinking too much Tea/coffee during the day in fact I drank lots of water The app suggests to avoid sunglasses during the day and go to sleep at night which I followed Once home I have repeated the routine of the app by reducing coffee/tea going to bed at my regular bedtime at 10pm waking up around 5.30 am I’ll be honest I don't know what jet lag feels like and after speaking to people they said you would know if you had So to that answer I have felt actually fine I definitely would recommend the app if you have never done long haul before I really think this has helped me a lot so a very positive from me xx.Version: 1.3.0

I’m soldI started using this program a couple of years before it became available via an app. To the extent that I follow it, I get excellent results. I use it mostly for vacations. I usually follow the pre-travel program rigorously before outbound travel but not very well before return travel; I give higher priority to enjoying my vacation. Particularly impressive was my experience when I spent 35 hours, and two overnight flights, traveling from Seattle to Botswana. My first afternoon in Botswana I took a game tour with some tourists who were amazed that I had just arrived and was functioning normally. I had gone to Botswana to work and had scheduled a recovery day before starting work. The recovery day was quite unnecessary..Version: 1.2.2

I’m impressedI just came back from a trip to Germany to Los Angeles (9 hours time difference)and used the app for the first time. Going to Europe is usually ok for me but coming home messes with me. I literally downloaded the app and typed in my flight data as the plane was shuttling to take off. (Bonus: you get the first trip for free). I followed the instructions pretty closely throughout the flight and the following 3 days and are happy to report that I had nothing but a few minutes of being tired during the day (the doughy jet lag feeling) each day and some night waking which I used to meditate until I dozed off again. No melatonin, no nothing. Just the wake, sleep, bright light (try to be outside)/no light and caffeine/no-caffeine schedule. I’m very happy with the result. The app itself is super user friendly, beautifully designed and gives scientific data if one is interested. Definitely a keeper!.Version: 2.0.8

This app is a lifesaver!!I recently traveled to Geneva (9 hour time difference) for a work trip. I downloaded this app and used my free trip (skeptically) on the advice of a European colleague. It wasn’t complicated, but suggested that I get light (or not have caffeine) at times I wouldn’t have normally done so. I felt so good upon my arrival in Geneva that I went for a run and slept the whole night on night one (which has never been the case on previous trips to Europe)! The ONLY sign of jet lag that whole week was a slight difficulty sleeping at night...next time I might take the melatonin suggestions. But I felt alert and awake all day through several days of work meetings and then came home and felt terrific from day one back home. I will never travel long distances without this app again!.Version: 1.3.0

Really works!Used it in a trip to the Canaries Islands, Started to follow the program 5 days before leaving. This is the first time the second day home after a trip to Europe that I did feel any effect of the jet Lag I recommend..Version: 2.1.3

Worked for me!I have just used this for the first time after reading a feature in the on-board BA magazine and I definitely noticed a difference. I struggle to sleep on the plane so couldn’t follow the advice at all times, but i think generally the advice has been helpful and i will consider subscribing for future long haul trips..Version: 1.3.0

Life saverAfter suffering truly horrible jet lag for 10 days following a long-haul flight I decided I needed to find a solution and, whilst researching online, stumbled across the Timeshifter app. I bought some melatonin but on testing it out a few nights before my subsequent journey I discovered it had an adverse effect on me, so I used Timeshifter without melatonin. I followed the instructions largely, though not 100%, and have to say had no jet lag to speak of, even after traveling East - the source of all my past adjustment problems. I'm so delighted with this result and recommend Timeshifter to anyone making time zone jumps. I'm sure the damage to my body has been significantly reduced too..Version:

Timeshifter works!I went in my first and furthest trip I’ve ever taken from San Francisco to Bali, Indonesia. I stumbled upon this app after looking for other possible jet lag soothers. This program seemed a brilliant and natural way to support via the body rhythms. Although it did take a little attention and focus, starting the program a couple days before I left really prepped the mind/body to know it was going to be on Bali time. I actually felt myself shifting after the first day. By the time I arrived in Bali (23 hours after leaving SF) I was feeling great! Slept normally and the whole trip I had fresh energy. I will say the return to SF I wasn’t able to follow as closely due to the darker environment on the 11 hr plane ride, but even focusing and following as much as I could, I still feel mostly adjusted after awakening this morning. Oh, and the customer support was awesome!!! Thanks Timeshifter! I’ll use your app each time I travel the world!.Version: 1.2.2

No jet lagWe flew from Toronto to Melbourne and used Timeshifter to prepare. We had no jet lag upon arrival..Version: 2.1.7

Best way to eliminate jet lagI recently used Timeshifter for a trip from New Zealand to the United States. This app was incredible and ensured I had no jet lag. This meant I could have an amazing time celebrating my friends wedding!.Version: 2.1.7

Fantastic - worked a treatI had a business trip down to Sydney, just for 6 days, so avoiding jetlag was key. Previously I had to take 3-4 days to get over the shift. So got this app to help. I entered my preferences (I do drink coffee, what time I normally go to bed and wake up, and that this time I would be using melatonin). And entered the flight details. Then I tried (as best as I could) to take the app's advice. I do think the melatonin helped as it made me sleepy, and I had got a flight that arrived in Sydney in the evening - but the result was beyond my expectations. The next morning I woke normally and had NO jetlag to speak of. Able to do 3 solid days work with no tiredness. In my experience, this app does what it claims - helps minimise the effects of jetlag on long trips..Version:

This app WORKSMy god if you don’t download this app if you are a regular long haul traveller then you have no business being one. I followed the advice given as best as I could (some of it was difficult to do due to flight times) but I tried my hardest to access light and stay in the dark where I was told and I am now day 5 in Sydney having travelled across from the UK and not a SNIFF of jet lag do I have. Last time we came here we were bed bound for two days with hideous tiredness. I have felt the odd moment where I could have perhaps had a nap but honestly they pass as quickly as they come. This app has honestly saved us time feeling sick and tired and all we did was follow the clear instructions on the app. Amazing... Thankyou so much.Version: 2.0.8

Brilliant!I Used this app for my first long haul flight from Auckland to London as everyone kept saying we would need 3 days to recover from jet lag. I didn’t want to waste 3 precious days so searched for help online and found this one. I can honestly say there was no jet lag, in fact the hotel manager where we stayed for 3 days in London could not get over how good I looked and was very interested in learning about what I did! I felt no different really and slept really well straight away. Second day in London we walked 8km sightseeing!! That’s how normal we felt. This app is the best and I am one day away from starting for the trip back. Thanks!!.Version: 1.3.0

Excellent!I heard about this app on TikTok and upon downloading I found out they have a free trial for your first trip, and as I was on a one-way ticket to Australia this worked out perfectly. Regardless of only using the free trial, I would 100% recommend paying if you are a regular traveller who suffers jet lag. I followed the schedule as much as possible (give or take a few later nights) and really didn't struggle at all in my first week in Australia. This was also my first time flying East and the furthest I've ever flown. Thanks Timeshifter!.Version: 2.1.7

The best App aroundWhile I was at first sceptical about if this app would work,I have to say it is out of this world amazing!! I have flown many times now using Timeshifter and I have not had an ounce of jet lag. Normally I would suffer very bad jet lag that would last a week or two. After flying from New York to Australia last week I felt great as soon as I landed. I’m so grateful to have found this app..Version: 1.3.0

It really worksI largely followed timeshifter’s plan to a T for a trip from London to guatemala (6 hour time difference, 24 hours of travel time). My jet lag was insignificant. Was really pleasantly surprised. The suggested plan works. I used the free trial. I don’t do many long haul flights so the price point of a subscription probably doesn’t work for me. But if I travelled long haul regularly I would definitely purchase..Version: 2.1.7

No jet lag !I recently returned from a long trip needing 3 flights each way. I traveled from Toronto to Botswana and back with transfers through London, Johannesburg and Frankfurt. The 5-6 hour time difference was effectively adjusted to via the app. I wasn’t able to follow the entire plan accurately, but it was enough to make any jet lag insignificant. Some parts of the plan was difficult to follow (ie. little light during daytime hours and staying awake for a whole overnight flight), but whatever I could do seemed to have helped. I really appreciated the Apple Watch notification feature..Version: 1.3.0

Yes it Works!I recently completed a month long trip that included legs from the west coast of the US to Australia and back. I followed the instructions about 90% on the way there and about 80% on the way back. I had little to no jet lag the way there, a bit more on the way back but I actually used that to my advantage because I needed to get up at 3:30am anyway to drive to Los Angeles and arrive before traffic hours. I work for myself from home so it was less difficult to do the light restriction part in the mornings two days prior to departure that involved closing drapes and wearing sunglasses than if you worked in a typical office environment. Did I mention how tough it is to read a computer screen with sunglasses on? 😉 I will use for future trips, absolutely!.Version: 2.0.8

Great appEasy to follow and we had good success on our trip.Version: 2.0.8

Follow the plan and it REALLY worksI have used this app 3 times now for trips from the US to Asia (+15 hour time change). It is fairly difficult to follow the plan to a T, but the more you follow it the better it works. For my trip to Hong Kong I woke up my first night there at 7am ready to seize the day and never had a backslide. My most recent trip I was unable to follow the plan very well and I had a more difficult time adjusting. The hardest part is avoiding/seeing light at the right times but that is the most crucial! Wearing sunglasses indoors until noon on the day before your trip is a small price to pay. Oh, and the $10 per trip (since I only take 1 trip per year) but it’s worth paying the $10 vs pounding energy drinks to stay awake all day! Give it a try and you’ll never go back..Version: 2.0.3

It works!!I have travelled between the US and Australia at least once a year for the past 25 years. I suffer terrible jet lag when I fly east back to the US - insomnia for a week, brain fog, lack of appetite, nausea and sometimes even vomiting. I just flew back to the US three days ago, following the advice of Timeshifter (beginning three days before I was scheduled to leave), and for the first time ever my jet lag is very mild. Even though I have been waking every two hours for the last three nights, I have been able to go back to sleep. I have not felt sick, and my brain fog has been minimal. I will no longer dread my trips home to Australia now that I have access to this fantastic app..Version: 2.1.0

The Best App Ever!I travel the same punishing long haul route regularly for work and couldn’t recommend Timeshifter more highly. I’ve now used the app on two separate trips and was impressed both times. Both times, the colleagues I was travelling with were struggling severely while I was basically unaffected by jet lag. One tip would be to use the option for melatonin cues in the programme, if available. The first time I used the app, I travelled without melatonin supplements, the second time with. The Timeshifter programme reduced jet lag symptoms both times but when I was also using the melatonin, I managed to get 6-8 hours good quality sleep every day that I was travelling. As a result, I had next to no jet lag symptoms to report..Version: 2.1.7

TimeShifter is a game changer and a life saverI’m a 68 year old retired surveyor who has flown around the world since the age of 10. Jet lag was just something you worked through. Hideous and unavoidable. Not any more!! TimeShifter had enabled me to do the following this week: 5 am Friday: Arrive in Sydney after a 23 hour+ flight from London. Follow the plan, nap from 7am-9am. 9.15am: Get given care of 3 year old granddaughter till 4.30pm. Repeat Saturday. Sunday. Monday. Tuesday. Wednesday and most of Thursday. No jet lag. Seriously. A little tired but that’s down to age and running around the park and the beach! I followed it to the letter. It’s been totally life changing and thank you..Version: 2.1.7

Works for me!I regularly travel long-haul and some of that in economy, where I struggle to sleep, I then get terrible jet lag when I get home, which sets me back a week or so. I was interested in the science behind this app, and even though I didn’t follow the routine perfectly, and was exhausted following the plan on the way home (9 hour time zone swing west to east) I can say I have had zero jet lag, and have gone straight back to my normal routine, which is awesome! One minor gripe, the plan may call for having bright sunlight/lights on, during odd times to get you into the right circadian rhythm, which if you’re not in business or first can and will annoy fellow passengers. I had this on my flight back with people actively closing my window blind or switching off my lights. Still, they probably have jet lag now and I don’t 😃 Get an eye mask, get some melatonin, and experience jet lag free sleep next time you stretch the time zones..Version: 2.0.8

36+ hours of travel across 12 time zones - NO JetlagAt first I thought “no way this is going to work,” but I figured there was no loss in trying. Afterall, this was my honeymoon and I wanted to minimize my jet-lag. Boy was I happy I used Timeshifter!!! (My wife chose not too. “No way an app will work,” oh boy does she regret it) I travel a lot for work and get minor jet lag just going across the US. This time, we were literally as far from home as we could get without going to Antartica. Our one way travel was 36+ hours, across 12 time zones and just one out of three flights was 17.5 hours. ZERO jet lag when we arrived and easily gained back an extra 1.5 days that would have been lost to jet-lag. Even more impressive, and to be honest, I was a little hung over when we left for home and I still had ZERO jet-lag when I got home (40+ hours later). The next day, I was back at my desk with client meetings at 8 am and feeling great! Unfortunately my wife elected to be the “control group” and is battling horrible jet lag. Unable to move. This app will stay in my Travel routine. Will absolutely swear by it. Thank you Timeshifter for gaining back time and allowing me to enjoy our destination honeymoon to its full extent!!.Version: 2.0.8

Really worked for me and my daughterWhen to Japan where there is a 13 hour jet lag from where I live. I followed every thing that Timeshifter suggested and it worked like a charm. The easiest time shift I had ever experienced. The app is super nice and pretty and easy to use..Version: 2.1.7

Works as a charm.I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go returning from Europe back to Australia over the Christmas break. And oh boy what a result! When I did a similar trip last year, I was sick and tired for days. This time however, I went straight back to work and I didn't have any issues at all. This app is a life saver!.Version:

Dr Phil BowerAs a retired medic increasingly susceptible to jet lag as I get older, I approached this with cynicism. However, over a trial of 2 flights (UK <—> Japan) I had no jet lag. It is difficult to disentangle the light, coffee & sleep advice from the (not short acting) Melatonin I took. My gut feeling is that the app works….give it a (free) try..Version: 2.1.7

Jet lag no more!I discovered this wonderful app just prior to traveling across 11 time zones. What a life saver!! Easy to use and notifications/reminders were perfectly timed. I highly recommend this app to any traveler!.Version: 2.1.7

Amazing, made my trip from UK to NZ enjoyable as opposed to exhausting!I would advise taking a couple days off work before you go anywhere, this enables you to easily follow the rules without feeling pressured to be without coffee or have sunglasses on or get up early and seek daylight. It may seem marginally extreme at times, but it’s honestly amazing and works so well. I was coming home for a wedding and only had a couple days to acclimatise to the time zone, but even from day one I have been fine..Version: 2.1.7

Worked well for recent tripHad to jump 5 hours for a recent trip, and wanted to be productive after a red eye flight. Had great success!.Version: 2.0.8

A game changer!

Worked amazing!I’ve never written a review on an app before, but I knew I had to for this one. I had never been out of the country and was headed to Paris which is a 9 hour time difference. I do really terrible with no sleep, so I knew I had to do something to help beat jet lag. Before I left I followed this pretty religiously and to my surprise I experienced zero jet lag! We landed at 8 am and had a full day ahead so granted I was still exhausted, but I slept through the night and was perfectly fine the next day. On the way home I didn’t follow it as closely because my schedule was jam packed and it wanted me to sleep until 11 am when I had to be at the airport at noon, which just wasn’t realistic. Regardless, even following it a little bit seemed to really help! I will definitely be paying to use this on any future trips abroad..Version: 1.3.0

Insignificant Jet lagWe traveled to India which was a time difference of 12 1/2 hours from home. We followed the time shifter recommendations (90%) and it worked out great. We are hoping for a similar outcome on our trip home..Version: 2.1.4

This app really worksI tried this app out thinking it wouldn’t really work, as I always get jet lag. I thought it was impossible not to get jet lag. Well, I was wrong. Turns out this app is amazing and really does works. I went from US to Italy and got no jet lag for the very first time ever in my life. Best part is that they give you the first trip free, so you can really know it works before spending money on it. The other best part is, that they explain the why question. Why do this, why do that. So that you really understand. Possibly one of the best apps ever created! Also, I love the design, art and simplicity of this app!.Version: 2.0.8

Great app! This app was recommended by a friend who traveled from the UK to the USA (West Coast - California). I used it for the opposite, California to UK. The app took into account what my usual sleep schedule is and if I wanted to take melatonin. I chose not to, didn’t want to risk any side effects. I followed the app’s instructions beginning two days before my trip, sometimes wearing sunglasses in the evening and not at all during the day. The app didn’t know that I couldn’t sleep sitting up on a plane, neither did I, but I managed to get some rest during my first day to catch up. By the second day I was out site seeing, visiting with family and enjoying my trip without feeling sluggish. The app also said not to think about what time it was at home, the UK was my new time zone. I found that very helpful. I would definitely recommend Timeshifter and will certainly use it on my future trips!.Version: 2.1.3

Worked for me!Could not always follow the plan but did my best and it worked for me. I know I would normally be suffering from jet lag after returning from a 9 hour time change. No jet lag at all! Great App!!.Version: 2.0.8

TimeshifterHi I read about Timeshifter in the New York Times Sunday edition about 5 weeks ago. I was intrigued because I had a trip to Tel Aviv from Toronto coming up and it was an 11 hour flight. I was joining a group that had arrived 2 days before and I thought I would be a mess! My husband and I downloaded the app- learned a lot about light ,eating and sleeping! We were fine when we arrived at 10 in the morning! We joined the tour and never stopped for a moment. I highly recommended it! Safe travels.Version: 2.0.8

Travel to AustriaI have just returned from a trip to Austria. I was amazed that I was not really bothered by Jet Lag goin over but the biggest surprise was that coming back I was not really bothered either. I was not really able to follow Timeshifter 100% but did follow the instructions as best I could. I am thinking of getting a membership for sure. It is really easy to follow and their reminders are most helpful! Definately won't leave home when crossing time zones without it!.Version: 2.0.8

As good as it getsSolves a real problem, simple design, it just works and does what it should. Impressed..Version: 2.0.8

If you travel GET this app!Timeshifter is a total game changer for long flights. Last time I flew over 12 hours it took me 3 days of feeling awful to enjoy my vacation and time away. This trip I took a chance with timeshifter. I followed their advice pretty closely, used the melatonin, caffeine and light / dark recommendations. I slept or tried to sleep when I was supposed to and VOILA! I arrived feeling good, was able to be present with my family and has a great time. I will definitely be using rhis every time I get to travel far for visits with family or just for fun. If I were working it would be a life saver! Do yourself a favor and get this app..Version: 2.1.4

It really works!I travel a lot and there are all sorts of tricks folks recommend to manage jet lag - I was looking for something that was actually proven in an research type of way (I’m a technical guy). I tried Timeshifter on my recent trip from Houston to Guam since I was crossing dateline - i plugged in my flight schedules and dates for the trip and it gave me a nice detailed plan when steps to take each day (including days prior to travel and after return). It also sent me me regular notifications of each step while I was on the trip What I found was that if you follow the recommended sleep times, light, and caffeine intake/avoids - it really made jet lag a non-event. I didn’t quite follow it religiously - I might miss the sleep times by an hour or so and light recommendations are sometimes not easily accomplished BUT even with this effort I found myself easily adjusting to time zones and more importantly the return home was really easy. My colleagues were all dragging about and saying I’m so tired - I was like I’m not - let’s work! So I guess you can called me a true believer in timeshifter and will use it in my long trips always. PS I asked several questions along the way and I always go a response from them very quickly - that’s nice.Version: 1.1.0

Vacation MaximizationWhat a great App! I hate spending the first 2 days of my travels adjusting to a time zone difference! I mean, I don’t work for some tech company that gives unlimited vacation days, so those 2 days are precious. And it also helped on the back end of my trip so I was sharp at work upon my return. I simply answered the questions and followed directions. It was so simple. Drink some coffee...okay. Get ready for bed, sure why not? It’s amazing how slight the changes felt, but what a huge impact they made. My travel partner didn’t take my suggestion to download the App before our trip, but when she saw how energized I was right off the plane, she was on board for next time. Thank you for making me feel like I hit the vacation jackpot!.Version: 1.3.0

Great app!I love this app. The free 1st plan was great and the team give really fast feedback. Friendly and helpful. Travelling east, I find the recommended plan very counter-intuitive which fascinated me. The final staying awake stints on some of the plans are tough, but my jet lag has significantly reduced / disappeared (6 hour time difference) I gladly purchased the 1 year plan and am still enjoying this after another long haul trip with 4 hr time difference. Looking forward to testing it out later this year on an 8-9 hour time difference..Version: 1.3.0

Wow!My past two international trips had me so exhausted I couldn’t fully enjoy being there. So this time, I wanted to try and manage my jet lag, and I figured there was an app for that. And sure enough this is the app! I was delighted by how user friendly and easy it was to follow the directions. My flight was delayed and I was worried that it would throw everything off- but I just waited to put my eye mask on until the plane boarded, and was heartened by the advice from the app, that it’s ok if you don’t follow the itinerary perfectly. Well, it worked!! I’m amazed! It’s totally different from how I felt without the app. I feel normal and full of energy!.Version: 2.1.3

It works!!Takes into account your flight schedule and by basically managing your coffee intake, light exposure and time to bed from a few days before it allows you to smoothly transition into your new time schedule. Proven with a time shift of 8 hours (Amsterdam > Colombia) and with a time shift of 12 hours (Colombia > China) this is the maximum time shift someone can experience in earth. It's an inversion!! And i was only one night asleep..Version: 1.2.0

No jet lag for me :)In the past, traveling internationally always left me with almost debilitating jet lag that would last for a week, sometimes longer. As I prepared myself for an upcoming flight which would require 20+ hours of travel one way and a 9 hour time difference, I searched for the antidote to jet lag. Enter Timeshifter! Cautiously optimistic, I input my flight info. The app generated an easy to follow plan detailing when to go to sleep, when to wake up, when to nap, when to drink caffeine and when to avoid it. I also opted in for the melatonin usage, although the app indicates that melatonin isn’t required to avoid jet lag. I followed the plan to a T round trip and I am thrilled to report, I did not experience symptoms of jet lag. What? I’m still blown away. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking to avoid jet lag..Version: 2.0.8

Best App for JetlagAs an entrepreneur, I travel at least 1-2x per month. On a recent trip from Toronto to Bali, I experience zero jet lag or time difference issues coming back. I followed the app quite closely, and I can’t believe how amazingly it works. I’d you travel, highly recommend you download this app..Version: 1.3.0

Life Saver!Used Timeshifter on my recent trip to India. The time difference was going to be tough and I was concerned that I’d miss many opportunities because of jet lag. The app did NOT disappoint and was instrumental in me arriving in India with zero effects of jet lag. Definitely will use again and continue to recommend it to my colleagues. This was a life saver!!!.Version: 2.1.7

No jet lag!I had a busy work trip flying from Australia for 3 days in UK followed by USA. I followed the program from the few days before departure and had no jet lag in UK at all. Will be using on all international trips from now on!.Version: 2.1.7

This is a must have travel appI recently used the app for a Tokyo trip. I followed the directions and literally experienced zero jet lag. I was a little tired on my second morning returning home; it was not unmanageable. Previous trips without this app made my jet lag a long and painful process. Get this app!.Version: 1.3.0
