✓ Really good resourceIt’s an amazing resource for all the main courses of nursing school. The quizzes you can test yourself on make the app definitely worth it. I’m giving it three stars because there’s couple of things that bug me about the app. First: when you watch the videos, it doesn’t adjust the full screen. You’re still staring at the small slides regardless if it’s full screen or not. Second, if you’re 20% battery notice comes up, a text message, or anything disrupts the screen, the screen turns black but the audio keeps going. There’s no way to go back from full screen and no way to pause it or go back. You have to close the app, reopen it, and then find where you were in the video. This gets frustrating after the third time when you’re reviewing material. Again, the material is amazing and I recommend it to classmates all the time. I bought the subscription because I saw a ten point difference in exam grades after using it. It’s just really hard to utilize the material on the app..Version: 3.3.3
✓ The app version is awfulNo where am I able to find my CCRN videos ANYWHERE on the app… I paid $250 for the study course and only have access for 90 days apparently, so I would think they’d at least make those videos I purchased accessible on the app. The website itself is okay but they also don’t have the CCRN vids in a very convenient place either. Hopefully this changes soon..Version: 6.01
✓ ExpensiveIt’s very informative but you have to pay $40.99 (CAD) to access the material for one month. I wish it gave you the option to buy the material as you go. This is extremely expensive!!.Version: 2.1.1

✓ Good, not greatI wrestled with the idea of paying $40/month for a awhile and finally decided to give it a shot. PROS: there are plenty of NCLEX questions to practice before tour exams. The app is convenient to have, but has bugs. CONS: It is EXPENSIVE! I love the practice questions, but I may have to discontinue because it’s too pricey. I know the rest of my classmates won’t pay that much. I think it would be worth it in the long run if you made it cheaper because more students could afford to use it. Sometimes when I’m taking a quiz it tells me that I got it wrong, but the rational says the one that I chose is correct. Probably happens to 3-5 questions per quiz..Version: 4.01
✓ Cannot view your study plans on the appI love NRSNG academy! It has helped so much with nursing school! I was excited when I heard there was an app for the website because it would be more convenient than logging on through the internet every time. However, you cannot view your customized study plans on the app, which is disappointing and frustrating...Version: 2.2.7
✓ Frustrating NavigationThis app is an awesome tool to use with great content. However, it is so frustrating to navigate that I don’t utilize it as much as I would like to. When you watch a video under a topic and go back, it doesn’t take you back to the topic. It takes you back to the Home Screen. Super frustrating when I want to watch and take quizzes for the whole series of a topic. Searching topics in the search bar also doesn’t seem to be very effective. Because of this, I canceled my subscription. Too expensive to have these issues for me. If this ever gets fixed I would love to use it again though! It really is a helpful tool other than these inconveniences..Version: 6.1.3
✓ Can’t Log InI’ve been waiting for this update being hyped like crazy, but I haven’t been able to experience it because I got logged out and every time I try to log in through google, the app crashes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, however this is not fixing the problem..Version: 6.0

✓ CrapI tried this program and I didn’t like it. First, use is very confusing. Second the lack of real customer service to call if I have issues. 3rd I can do only 50q per quiz. Why???!!!. Also every day emails with annoying generic messages are just too much!.Version: 5.9.0

✓ Do Not Purchase SubscriptionI had an unsatisfactory experience when trying to prepare for the NCLEX. This program did not give me confidence in successfully preparing for the NCLEX. When watching the videos it can be seen informative but from what is considered informative from the video is not enough to help those practice what is learned on the short quizzes. As for the simclex, the wording of most questions are not comparable to NCLEX styled questions. This program did not institute confidence but doubt in my preparation for the NLCEX and even with this kind of experience they still will not provide a refund based on this unsatisfactory experience..Version: 5.2.1
✓ Great info! But some bugs..This app is amazing. The content is so helpful and has really helped me learn the more difficult topics through nursing school. However I have a lot of bugs when using the app. I’ve never been able to view the courses, I just see a blank screen and have to search for topics. And when I watch videos the screen goes black sometimes and I have to close the app and restart the video. But if you can get past the bugs I highly recommend this as a study tool..Version: 3.1
✓ Not worth the time or moneyThe app crashes all the time, often in the middle of me doing a quiz. Today I’ve been kicked off and the app won’t let me log in at all - but it will let me log in on my computer. The rationales explaining questions are lacking and nothing compared to competitors. The videos are confusing and don’t explain things clearly. All around disappointing for something I’m paying $300+ for. If I could give 0 stars I would..Version: 6.0
✓ Clinical Skills > Course MaterialIf you are looking for help with clinical skills or NCLEX review, this will be more helpful to you. Course work wise, this didn’t line up well with any lectures I had. Part of that is my fault for not spending more of the 3 day trial ensuring my material would match. I would have given this 3-4 stars but the app was frustrating to navigate and took a lot of time to just find the individual topics o needed. Videos can be placed on a study plan playlist, but I could not find an option to have playlists for individual classes. I could only find the extra study materials on the website, I’m not sure if they’re on the app. It’s not to say I don’t think this app or it’s materials can be helpful, but personally it did not help me with what I was looking for. I wound up finding another program that lined up with what I needed and with an app that was easier to navigate. I wanted lecture supplement material but this was more of clinical and NCLEX review..Version: 6.5
✓ Very poor customer serviceI absolutely loved the content, however, I was charged but unable to use the app or the website for service. I reached out to customer service via email. The rep confirmed the charge and directed me to send her shots of the error message I received when trying to access the app or log into the website. I did and received no response. I sent several emails to the rep as well as another email seeking help from customer service but did not receive a response. I canceled subscription because I didn’t want to be charged for a service I could not access. I was charged, did not receive the service and no efforts were made to resolve my issue..Version: 5.2.1

✓ App Should Mirror Desktop VersionI have not used the app because when I want to study a lesson, it does not begin where I left off. It is a bummer to have to waste time to have to remember what lesson you left off at then search through the courses to find it. Having a dashboard similar to the desktop version would be beneficial. In fact, having the app mirror the web version would be an excellent addition to the app..Version: 5.6.1
✓ Recent update is abysmalIf you get a SATA question wrong, the app won’t tell you which answers were right and which were wrong. It also seems that even if you get a SATA question correct—based on rationales—the question is marked incorrect. What’s more, if I try to review a recent quiz, the app closes. For $300 I would expect more. This is especially frustrating and disappointing this close to my NCLEX test date. Fix it now!!.Version: 5.5
✓ Mobile app problem.When you answer specific questions, the app will automatically shutdown. That’s why I don’t answer NPQ in mobile app, this is sad. ☹️ I still need to turn on my slowpoke computer.😞.Version: 5.9.0

✓ Unable to view cheat sheetsI gave this app one star because i’m not able to view any of the cheat sheets unless I find it through a lesson. That’s really annoying considering i’m paying a decent amount of money to access this content. The desktop version works great and I have no complaints, but the app version is clearly underdeveloped. I can’t even see the pictures attached to the covers of each module. It makes the app look very blank..Version: 5.2.1
✓ Does not work, don’t wast the moneyI’m doing a trial of the online NCLEX prep and got this app to study on the go. Even though I have a relatively new phone, the app doesn’t work for me. Almost none of the graphics load and even whole sections and pages won’t load. I can’t take any quizzes or do anything in this app. I’m very, very disappointed considering how much they charge for this. If you’re hoping to use an app to study, your bet would be to use uworld..Version: 5.2.1
✓ The content is great. Layout of the app needs improvement.I love all of the content on the app. I wish on my iPad, I was able to rotate the screen horizontally. I just end up using the website on my iPad instead of the app because of this. It’s a bummer that you can only have the vertical orientation.
