✓ I health careI used to be so lazy not taking of my eating habits, had to changed, though not completely yet, I had to checked my BS, curious about the results, take my medications as instructed, the device given to me inspired me because it records the result thru my CP. The results aren’t discouraging because it will encouraged me to be more interested in my health and wellness. A few things I got out of this call is *Reading & understanding the Nutrition Facts Specifically carbohydrates- should have only 15gr And carbohydrates - a mixture of different sugars like potato Another eye opening fact was *when I take my diabetes medication and then don’t eat. The app in combination with doctors care, their hardware and real time feedback from licensed nutritionists goes far to control and treat the disease. From my experience, understanding the subtleties of diet, timing and it’s impacts on the body is not simple really. The highly knowledgeable staff helps to point out facts and practices not evident from just general knowledge of the disease.Version: 1.8.23
