Dark Mode makes your browser more comfortable, enjoyable and cool by changing the colour scheme to make web pages easier to read. Works especially well for people working during the night, in low light environments or when you want to match your browser with the new macOS dark mode look.

HOW TO USE IT
• Once you activate the extension all websites will display a darker theme. You can start the extension manually, you can schedule it or turn it on automatically (when macOS dark mode is active)
• Just press the toolbar button and you can change to a softer theme, an e-ink (paper) theme or cover the page with a translucent curtain
• You can apply dark mode for some sites only and deactivate the theme for any site

✗ Bizzare skewed colours make safari unreadableThe screenshots are misleading. It doesn't just darken the background and lighten the text mimicing dark mode. It also skews all the colours on the page turning most pages into an unreadable cacophony. It was expecting a css brightness filter or something similar not the bizzare inverted colours this disaster of an extension produces. On the wikipedia example screenshot the blue would have likely been a strange orange not the blue shown. I can't be sure. Safari looked so terrible with this extension that I deleted the extension/app nearly immediately..Androo.Version: 2.6.0

✗ Very limitedIt works on some sites, but doesn't seem smart enough to invert the colour scheme on pages that use inner containers with background colours. For those, there's "dark curtain" mode, but unfortunately it's not selective. You can't pick a dark curtain for just one website. So in practice, I'm only ever in Dark Curtain mode. Beyond picking a mode when first landing on a site, I have no interest in actively managing this stuff..Kosh32Version: 2.9.5
