✓ Over complicated a simple taskTechnology does not need to be in everything. I should not need an account, password, email, credit card and smart phone to wash clothes. This upgrade is overkill. The laundry card system was fine..Version: 2.89.0
✓ Ridiculous AppI put in 3 different credit cards which all failed to make payments. During the payment setup it asked for me to select between 2 options RUT and OTR but gave no explanation for either of those acronyms. Then it asked for Document ID and again no explanation for what that is either 🙄 Seriously, why not simply integrate to Google Pay and Apple Pay and remove the barriers for international credit cards. Then the navigation - who designed the workflow on this thing?! You can't add a payment method when you download and setup the app, you have to wait until you are at the laundromat with the specific ID to be able to add a payment method. Amateur software hour at it's finest..Version: 3.4.0

✓ I’ll fix my review if you give me customer supportHow on earth do I get in touch with customer support? No one answers the live chat and that’s the only option. The app is telling me my “daily transaction limit has been reached”. What if I need to do more than $20 worth of laundry? Is that not allowed? I even put in a different card. ✓ WILL STEAL YOUR MONEYI DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS APP FOR LAUNDRY SERVICES!!!!! I loaded $35 onto the app to wash and dry my comforters and pillows. The app would not start my machines I kept getting error messages so I had to drive to an atm to get cash to start my machines. I reached out to support to have my money refunded since neither the app nor the payment center would start the machines and I was bounced around to multiple people and I still don’t have a refund nor am I confident I will receive one. If you have the option to use cash for your machines, I recommend you do so. This app has been nothing but a headache and a waste of time..Version: 2.64.0

✓ Money WasterJust put your money in the machine and it'll be added to your account! Except when an error message pops up, Huebsch customer service says to talk to the manager on site, and the manager on site tells you too bad, so sad, go away. Put cameras on the cash input slot so the manager can't just lie and screw customers for an easy $20..Version: 3.1.0
✓ Needs upgradesThe app is very convenient but they need to have a feature for us to transfer fund between different locations. I don’t want to have to continue adding money if I have money on the account at another location. I don’t live in that area anymore which is why I need the funds transferred but they do not have an option for that. Which is a waste of money. And I can’t get the money off the account either if I’m not going to use it. One again the app is convenient it just needs a few updates..Version: 3.1.0
✓ Need more options in “Add Funds”Used it for only one wash session so far. App would be great if you can add funds by increments of a dollar, or at least $2-$3. Also, the laundry mat that I used it at (Bossom Laundry), they had the numbers backwards between the physical number on the dryers and the dryer number in the app. Had to hunt down the dryer that I added funds to on the app, because the numbers don’t match..Version: 2.79.0

✓ Phone number problemI can’t find in the app where to get help so I came here hoping for help. I recently changed phone numbers and updated my info in the app. I need the laundry service to be able to reach me but my number in the store comes up the old number. ✓ The absolute worst!They take no accountability for lost money and they have terrible, inefficient customer service. The laundromat that used this app in my neighborhood discontinued the use of this app and the app didn’t even let me access the money I had left over. I couldn’t even contact them! ✓ No Chat or Email SupportWhile this application says it has support with options for email and chat, none appears supported. With chat, it keeps you waiting for an agent but then disconnects after a minute or so. This pattern goes over and over. With email, despite your email account being available if you click the option to email support you're denied with a warning that email is not supported. Therefore even for matters involved loading money, requesting cancellation on a wrongly prompted payment (even if the washer is not in use) there'll be no way to request support. In other words if you do the wrong action on this app, then there's no chance to undo your mistake. Terribly disappointing and bad user experience. Unfortunately they seem to be the only option where they operate. Otherwise I doubt anyone would use this app or business..Version: 3.4.0
✓ Needs workI love the idea of this app. It does have a few bugs that need to be fixed. I kept getting an error when trying to use Apple Pay. Sometimes the app would charge me twice. Please address these issues promptly..Version: 1.54
✓ Inadequate instructions, poor UIIt’s just laundry. Why does it have to feel like rocket science? Maybe it’s just a failed first impression. I loaded the app, went through the process to start a washing mashing, but was ultimately unsuccessful. Retrieved my laundry from the machine and I’m off to find another laundromat. It’s unfortunate because this location seems updated, clean, quiet….Version: 2.69.4
✓ Customer service.Recently tried out a laundry mat that offers to pay with app, after I added funds the washers would not connect had to go and spend more money to buy a laundry card then would not get a refund from customer service even after multiple attempts that said they would offer me a refund..Version: 2.58.0
✓ Lost my account with a credit still on itI used the app a few times and now all the sudden I can’t log in ... tried resetting password but it now says “user doesn’t exist” and I know I’m using the right email... I still had a credit on my account but that’s disappeared into the cyber abyss... disappointing ... user at your own risk.Version: 2.31
