✓ The Best!!!!Soap Lab is literally the best place to do your laundry. The place is always clean and tidy, the workers are always available to help, they offer free coffee and there’s a cool library corner. Also, there’s a play area for the kiddos. ✓ Fantastic laundromatMy washer stopped in the middle of a load and the repair would happen in 4 days. My clothes sat in water for 1.5 days and smelled terrible. I arrived at this place and immediately knew this was not an ordinary place. I asked the attendant for guidance and she was so kind to explain about the app and even helped during the registration process. Later after my laundry still smelled of standing water and she helped me by adding a special product she had to remove scents. The laundry was wonderful and the driers were fast! ✓ Nice but expensiveI consider our complex here in The Bronx to be lucky to have laundry on our property, however, the cost to use these machines is outrageous. It cost $3.50 to use the dryers and $0.50 for an extra 10 minutes. In a place where elderly people live on a fixed income this isn’t okay..Version: 2.89.0
✓ Clean laundry Fort DodgeIt is always clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They help without hesitation. They have helped carry in and carry out laundry for guests. Great environment. ✓ Mostly good, except for random “offline” times.Things are mostly good, but sometimes when going to start a machine, it will randomly go “offline”. This is incredibly annoying and happens quite often. You just have to wait, close & reopen the app & hope it comes back online soon. Very frustrating.
