Can’t access branded gearHave not been able to access any of the branded clothing for several weeks now, have contacted them on multiple occasions and they tell me it’s because they are doing an update… how long does an update take?! All the rest of the stuff they sell is just the standard tat you can get anywhere so the app was a waste of time for me. ✓ ClothingI ordered 5 pieces of clothing months ago and I am not happy with them at all!! They are paper thin and see through, not true to sizing. The photos of the products that’s have been put on the site are not at all true to how they actually look. I am very disappointed after I sent a fair bit of money on them. ✓ Cheap prices cheap items send wrong itemsOrders 2 items that came quickly and slightly damaged allowed it due to low price. Second order of 6 items. Only one item was half decent quality, the rest didn’t match description and the watch didn’t even work. I contacted customer service who offered me 50percent refund then nothing. 3 days later they said they only offer 30percent and still 3 weeks no refund. ✓ Don’t rlly recommendI ordered off here after getting an add for it , and I ordered this pink and white striped dress , it looked so nice in he picture and dyer ordering and reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if it would actually turn up, but by my surprise it turned up after just under 2 weeks. They send the right size but the size is MASSIVE, the dress was meant to be tight but it is a bad material and big , I tied it into a top and it is somewhat wearable but still not great quality. I bought it for £10 but that was on ‘sale’ from £100!!!! If it was that much I would never have bought it and would be deeply underwhelmed.Version: 2.2.4

✓ Products are good, but customer survive is appalling.I recent ordered three pairs of shoes, two of which did not fit correctly, and were far too small. This wouldn’t have been a problem if their “15 day return policy” was true. I request for a refund 6 times for both pairs and each time there was some sort of problem with my request. When I finally had no issues with my refund request, the customer service was nowhere to be found and I have received no response for over a week, meaning that I can no longer return my shoes anyway. ✓ False 24h Quick refund policy & poor customer service!I ordered 2 necklaces from this app. One was absolutely fine, however the other was sent already defective from the seller. I contacted customer service to let them know and their customer service representative on their chat service agreed to refund the full amount for that necklace. Within 24 hours they changed the refund amount to partial refund without notifying me! I contacted them again and I was advised to DESTROY the necklace with a hammer, take a picture of it then I could get a full refund!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Firstly they went back on their word when agreed to refund me the full item price then tells me to completely destroy the item. I HAVE NEVER heard of any company asking their customers to destroy an item in order to get a refund. That is disgusting. AVOID USING THIS APP. ✓ Doesn’t work and doesn’t delete accountFollowing a system update hardly any items show up for the majority of people now, eg. for bags I have about 7 options max show up and none of the them are the ‘inspired’ ones everyone looks for on the site. Tried multiple different suggestions of people who were able to view the popular items but none of them work. Tried deleting my account after giving up and instead says ‘system maintenance, try again later’ so looks like it won’t even let you delete your account. Noticed it also remembers your details once you’ve logged out even if you don’t choose to ‘remember details’ when first logging in. Would probs avoid as it’s useless for the only reason people actually use this site (the cheap ‘branded’ items). I created an account and was hoping to be able to view and buy many (fake) branded items but alas no designer “named” brands appear for me. ✓ Removed all of the dupes to some people go to DHGate !!!!So I downloaded the app after seeing tik tok hauls of amazing quality affordable dupes. I was able to see and save these items for when I could buy them. Now they have all disappeared. Yet I am still seeing some people buying hauls of these things. Contacted customer support who were about as much use as a chocolate teapot and said they are aware and are working on fixing the problem …. It’s been over a month what kind of knuckle heads do you have running your platform?
