✓ Bait and SwitchI had been using this app for over five years, paying for lifetime usage. It suddenly deleted itself from my phone. When I went to re-download and restore purchase, it asked for 20x the amount of money I paid for one year with no explanation. Unsure if there is any recourse other than leaving this review, but definitely leaves a bad taste when there are so many other options out there..Version: 1.8.6

I have reached out to customer service through messages on Facebook and emailed them from the website email address. Will somebody please get back to me? ✓ Ok so here’s the thing…..I was so excited to use this app because I enjoy making pictures that I can’t make with photos or other apps. Well I would find the different things auto could and couldn’t do. It worked at an ok level and I would just fix what it did wrong and I even found I got pretty good at it but it’s kind of annoying. It was actually easier just to use a different app. Well I finished with the second part of my project and well I found out that transparent backgrounds are premium and that was so annoying. I do apologize but I worked so hard on my project only to realize I had to re-do the second part from scratch on a different app. I do wish I could have found a use for it but a majority of my projects need transparent backgrounds. ✓ Good but bad~This is just a warning for the future.So basically this is a really cool app with lots of nice updates and new things to do to photos and videos . 2 things that are a bit annoying is that after you use for a while, it will eventually just start kicking you out of the app and then you can’t use it anymore, no matter how many times I have reinstalled it and/or restarted my phone. Another thing is that before it started to kick me out, it had always asked me to use premium and it always appears on the app’s Home Screen before I even click on anything, and when editing a photo/video, there is always some limit to the amount of editing I can do. For example, if I wanted my photo to blend in with a background, then put a filter to make myself look more animated (for example) it would not let me, the least the creator could do is to change the settings of the app to only have to ask once for premium and have the premium options for extra details, not the ones that nearly everybody needs or wants in their photo so it looks nice… (This review is not a way of offending anyone it is just a recommendation which I think many would appreciate if it were to be done).Version: 1.7.0

✓ I love it, but there’s a few glitchesThis app is amazing, I love all of the features it comes with, I just wish that the little glitches would be addressed especially since some people pay for this app. For example, when you use the doodle icon to edit your picture the doodle shifts away from where you originally put it when you click the finished button. Also when I use the smooth icon under the selfie button, I click the manual button, not auto, but it still turns my whole photo blurry. Also, when you click on certain icons to edit, the app will shift the picture and some spots of the picture you won’t be able to reach..Version: 1.1.0

✓ Good but needs workThe app is not very good at actually letting you edit the way you want to. When I add backgrounds, the background “coloring” is to thick, and it covers the person, animal or anything I have in the picture. It is not a bad app, but I feel that if you were to get it, ask them to fix a few things, so that we have editing choices. I also don’t like the pro thing. I know it is to make money, but I can:t use certain things because of it, and I will not get the result I wanted. Overall the app itself is not bad, just not great..Version: 1.1.8
✓ Fantastic App Let Down By SupportHi I have been using the Pro version of the App for over a year and it’s awesome. A few weeks back I kept getting messages on my iPhone and iPad Pro that something went wrong and to restore When I try I then get a message “Ooops Something Went Wrong”. The new AI Image facility became available which again was excellent and quickly used my five trial credits. Tried ordering and paying for another set of credits twice and although charged for twice no credits appeared on the app. Emailed technical support last four days ago and have heard nothing other than a refund from Apple for the two let’s of credits.
