✓ Solid, usefulWhile definitely not sufficient alone, this app is excellent for practicing non-roman letters and alphabets. I’ve found it to be an excellent companion to apps like Drops and Duolingo, which never really help you with individual letters much. The interface is clunky and the drawing isn’t as responsive as I’d like, but this is still a worthy download for sure. I used for Russian and Thai so far..Version: 2.2.2
✓ Great selection of hard-to-find languages!I downloaded this app because I can practice the Burmese and Georgian writing systems - 2 languages I couldn’t find writing practice for on any other app. There are many other hard-to-find languages here. As an aspiring polyglot, I say this is a huge plus. I do wish Persian Farsi would be added, and I wish the app was built natively for iPad. But if you’re looking for an obscure language you’re having trouble finding on other apps I definitely recommend checking here. ✓ Chouette application!Après plusieurs essais sur différentes applications, j'ai été très agréablement surprise par celle-ci! Les méthodes utilisées pour l'apprentissage sont simples mais très efficace et amusante. J'aime qu'on nous montre comment tracer avant de pouvoir s'exercer, j'aime l'association avec l'audio et la façon d'amener l'apprentissage dans le concret directement, en voyant et vivant l'utilisation des sons dans les mots construits. Ce qui serait à améliorer selon moi: - j'ajouterai la traduction des mots en français, juste pour être certains de l'association avec le bon mot de la langue originel et l'image. (Ex: Keito, c'est la laine? Le tricot? Les aiguilles?) - le pinceau lors des tracés est parfois un peu sensible et peu avoir de la difficulté avec nos essais par moment. Ceci dit, cela ne brime pas le plaisir de l'apprentissage car ce n'est pas à chaque fois. De plus, bien écrire fait surement partie de ces tracés en dessins! J'aime beaucoup cette application! Très ludique, pratique et gratuite en plus! Bien meilleure que d'autres qui requiert achat et publicité. Cette application fait du bien ! Merci!.Version: 2.8.7

✓ Great appI normally dont wrote app reviews but- i love this app it lets me write it at my own pace and i dont feel pressured into trying to be fast and perfect in one go, it makes learning the alphabet much easier for me, it feels like such a breeze and since the feeling of being timed isnt there i can also use it to write in my notebook on the way to write. its fun and easy and i would recommend it if you feel as though the usual methods like books and videos arent helping when it comes to writing..Version: 2.8.7

✓ Learn scripts by WRITING them!This app is an excellent way to learn world alphabets and scripts. They show you sample characters and have you trace them on screen, over an outline showing writing direction and stroke order. Then they quiz you on the few letters you just learned. Really helps learn to recognize the characters! I am using it for Thai to prepare for our trip in a few months. After that I hope to use Write Me to refresh my skills at Japanese hiragana..Version: 2.8.7

✓ A language app that actually WORKS!Wow! I can honestly say that using this app has changed my life and allowed me to understand and interact in ways I couldn’t before, and for that I am very grateful! See, I’ve been living in Thailand for over 1 year and have been doing my best to learn to read and write in Thai, but nothing has really helped... other apps, books, YouTube videos... they all have some positive aspects but then you’re left feeling lost and confused. Since I’ve found Write Me and completed about 75% of the lessons currently available for Thai, I can now read street signs, menus, advertisements, etc. I actually feel like I belong here and not just an outsider. My friend didn’t believe me that in just 2 weeks I learned how to read and write Thai, until he pointed to sign after sign and writing after writing as I quickly and clearly read what it said. He was shocked! While I have not gone through lessons for other languages, I can say that Write Me is the best app on the market to learn a language. It provides engaging lessons that reinforce your memory and allows you to ramp up your learning 10x. ✓ Great App to learn writing ThaiI am an intermediate learner at Thai language but the app is great for people of all levels. it’s clear, colourful and easy to understand with objectives and sounds. It teaches you the alphabet then asks for you to write the character next to an outline, after a few attempts the guides are removed and you are tested. ✓ A few bugsIt doesn’t seem to be accurately giving me points (been stuck on 3600 for like 5 lessons now) and some lessons don’t show as complete even though I’ve done them without mistakes a few times, I keep having to select “restore purchases” every time I go in so I can access past lessons, and Facebook login doesn’t work, but for the most part, I’m really enjoying this app to help me learn how to read Thai!.Version: 2.8.7

Easy to delete progress and have to start over (logout or click refresh by mistake) Dictionary has nice categories and pronunciation but not translation.
