So I’m not subscribed and this is what I have to say about it: it’s fun but I’m not subscribed and it makes me feel gloomy I just feel like there should be more unlocked like I can’t even open a chest without subscribing it makes me mad and there should be more unlocked then just pixel art for drawing I didn’t think that I couldn’t just draw. ✓ Crayons are the bestI have nothing to say this game is so fun I thought on the back of the crayon box so I decided to download it when I download it I was so excited because all of it looks so fun I noticed that you can make pets make statues and everything it was also really fun because there was a lot of colors and joy added to it it was also really fun for me and my twin brother because we had a lot of fun making pets animals and fun statues we also love decorating it I hope one of the developers add to this because this is the best app ever.Version: 1.55

✓ My daughter loved it when it was free!!My daughter, who is 4, loved playing this game. We had it on my phone for over a year. We downloaded it before it blew up and had all this extra stuff on it and was still a free game. Then it got upgraded and turned into a pay game but I guess we were grandfathered into it since we had it as a free game. My daughter tried to play it one day and accidentally deleted it and has lost everything and now it’s wanting to charge us to play it. That’s messed up. I already have to pay a monthly fee to get into where the game is stored and now you want me to pay $4 a month for her to be able to play this game that she maybe spends a cpl hrs a month playing that’s messed up. ✓ This app is a treasureMy kid plays this app, not me, but as a parent I love it. It has a variety of things to do and keeps my kid interested, it’s all creativity-focused, there’s no upsells for more “coloring books, and nothing in it that feels like it’s playing on addictive game mechanics. Unlike some apps, the coloring isn’t just tapping to reveal a predefined colorful image, so you can pick unconventional colors, scribble, etc (it seems like there might be some subtle help for staying within the lines). The videos with artists drawing are fun, too. I hope this sticks around, because it’s one of the best iOS apps for kids I’ve seen in a while..Version: 2.17.0

✓ App not working even after paying for membershipThe app is a lot of fun for my daughter. I registered for the subscription and it started her free 7 day trial. Today the free trial ended and they charged my credit card for the next month but the app stopped working and will only show the register for a membership page. It is now asking for more money per month and won’t let my daughter play. I expected better from Crayola. I have sent an email to their customer service. Waiting for reply. This issue keeps happening over and over. It works for a few weeks and then suddenly stops for awhile, even though we have paid automatically through App Store. She loves the app when it works. ✓ My ResponseI saw that you guys responded to my latest review, and I’d like to tell you that yes, i’ve unlocked everything. Also I’ve had this game in since 2019, and at that time I was able to find those mermaid coloring pages? So I’m assuming you deleted them, if you did please add them back. I don’t wanna have to ask again. And when I was able to find them I remember them being in the fairytale section and when I check there, those coloring pages are nowhere to be found..Version: 2.5.0

There are some that are directly learning-centered and others that focus on problem solving, creativity, etc. My 3yo is able to easily navigate the app independently and he absolutely loves it. The subscription is a great value for all that is offered in the app. I had an issue when my trial version ended and subscription should have started. ✓ App Update CrashMy children love this app and were so excited about the new updates that we subscribed for the year. It works great on our newest iPad, but continually crashes on the old one. We have verified that it is updated past 12.1 and there is plenty of capacity to sufficiently run the app. We have closed and restarted the app, reinstalled the app, restarted the iPad... ✓ We LOVE this appMy family absolutely LOVES this app and LOVE Crayola and Create and Play! My son is really big into arts and crafts and having this app where he’s learning about how crayons and paint are made and well as how to mix colors is really great! He recently discovered his favorite color, which is Cyan. Not just blue but cyan. What 4 year old knows that?? And as far as the support, we recently had an issue getting access to the app from our iPad. I emailed customer service from the app and our problem was fixed with in just a few hours. I’ve never had that kind of experience anywhere else! We will definitely keep our subscription going!!
