✓ Missing calendar integrationWith today’s technology I don’t understand why this app doesn’t have a calendar integration. Without that it’s not worth more than 3 stars. Update. Got response from Support that pointed out I had missed the calendar sync. If you don’t use Apple Calendar it’s easier to do it from their website instead of app as it pushes you do it through Apple calendar first but the calendar integration works great once set up. ✓ As a former agent selling my home using it...Really easy to use... I get text + email confirmations so if I forget one method at work the other reminds me 👍🏻 I really appreciate the "end of showing" notification so I can go home since showings inconvenient me if I wasn't at work. I wish showing feedback was more IRL / real-time or within mins of the showing ending, but human nature will always be elusive 🤦🏼♀️.Version: 1.6.2

✓ Easy to use, wish it had a calendar viewIve sold several homes in the past and always had realtors do things the “old fashioned way”. I love the app because it makes scheduling and communication so much easier. My only suggestion would be to have a daily calendar view showing the times appointments are scheduled so owners can easily tell the timeline for the day. The current method is like sifting through an e-mail box that doesn’t put appointments in order by time each day. Having to go back through the notifications to figure out if a slot is available when a request needs to be confirmed is more work than it needs to be. The daily calendar view would make confirming appointments and planning your day much easier!.Version: 2.0.7

✓ Easy to respond to showing requests quickly.At first I wasn’t sure of how to respond to buyers but now I do and my phone doesn’t leave my side. I like how it shows the realtor name and company and gives an option to delay or cancel on my side. I’m working with GentleTransitions who help 55+ to sort, pack, move, recycle, donate and discard. We’re still weeks away from clearing my condo but had a repeat showing over the weekend. Maybe an offer soon? I have a lot of medical issues and now have a senior apt with no stairs that’s bigger than my condo. Hoping, to attract competing investors who will renovate for a homeowner. Thanks!.Version: 2.0.10

✓ Home showing AppWe love this app for appointments! We travel a lot and it’s so nice to be able to check periodically to see how things are going and especially love the potential buyer comments. ✓ Great organizationWhen moving and buying a home, our property is partially packed and inaccessible, and the rest of our property is sometimes tough to get to. Like everyone else. Calendars and schedules for showing the house that we are selling is essential to get right and have no errors. This app does that. Quick and easy. ✓ Great for Out of Town SellersMy rental house was a three hour drive from my hone in another partvof the state. Showing Time was so great in that all I had to do was leave a key in the lockbox on the door and Buyer’s Agents scheduled their clients through the app. I then either approved the appointment or rescheduled it if I had painters or repair companies coming at the requested times. This was a very convenient feature. I also liked the Buyers’ survey section where I could read what they thought about the house. My rental property hsd two offers within a week and the sale went smoothly. Now I am selling another rental house that is a two-hour drive away. ✓ This was great!!Hadn’t sold a house in years. I live in CA and am selling our rental in NY. Our realtor at C21 uses this app for the sellers and MLS agent showings. As a seller with a property manager, I can’t say enough about how easily and effectively everyone was kept in the loop. Easy to use even for a “non tech” person like myself. Lots of good features. A great way to do things and light years ahead of the former ways of scheduling and communicating, especially now, given all of the COVID restrictions. ✓ Very Efficient!Loving the app however is love the option to only get push notifications without having to get texts as well. I like the push notifications because I can click right into the so from the push notification. With the text, I have to open the text and then close out of the screen and open up the app. The text creates an unnecessary duplicate notification and step. It can cause confusion..Version: 2.0.2

✓ Easy way to keep track!Love this app, as we had many appointments in a day. Easy to communicate as a seller with buyer agent and leave notes. The only thing I wish is that there was a calendar to see all appointments at once. ✓ Great idea, almost great executionThis app worked great for the first several hours. During that time we had listed our home and began receiving numerous requests for showings. I was delighted at how useful, convenient, and easy this app made the process of scheduling the showings. The following morning I checked the app and I had been logged out. Over the next several hours I had to log in three more times. I just looked and I have been logged out again, no more than 45 minutes after my last login. This is the only issue and why this review is four stars instead of five..Version: 2.0.1
✓ Four out of five starsI’d love to see one small change. It would be great for me, as the seller, to be able to limit how late (or early) in the day a potential buyer can get a viewing. I don’t want to decline anyone’s viewing. It would just be great to have a little leeway in forming a day that works better for us as the owners occupying..Version: 2.0.10
✓ It’s good but could use improvementThe app is helpful in scheduling showings, but it could use some improvement. I would love to use the calendar syncing, however, it syncs literally everything - including appts you cancelled/denied. Why would I want that on my calendar? I only want confirmed, scheduled appts on my calendar. So that essentially makes that feature useless. Also, I want to block out certain times of the day & apparently only my realtor is able to do it. To me it would make a lot more sense to have this feature available to the person who’s actually showing the house - the homeowner. There are some days we can be available throughout the day & others only in the afternoon/evening, and I don’t want to constantly bug my realtor to block out multiple days for this, or have to keep denying appts because people request times we’re not available for (we have 3 dogs so we need to be there to take care of removing them). The app could definitely be stellar in its use, but just needs to be a little more user friendly..Version: 2.0.10
✓ Handy Home Sale appNot only does this app keep track of showings and appointments, it also has a "feedback" tab where buyer's agents can provide useful feedback after the showing. The only negative is that I get ghost notifications. There's been a notification on the app badge for three days. But I've gone through the entire app and don't have any pending notifications. ✓ Game changerWhen we sold our house years ago it was so much more time consuming to schedule viewings. With this app, I as the seller can immediately say yes or no to the request of the other agents request to view the home. The agent is allowed to schedule any amount of time they think they need which makes it much easier for me to schedule my day!
