This App is available to residents of Albany, Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Dutchess, Erie, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Genesee, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Montgomery, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Orleans, Oswego, Otsego, Putnam, Rensselaer, Rockland, Saratoga, Schoharie, Schuyler, Seneca, St. Lawrence, Steuben, Suffolk, Sullivan, Tioga, Tompkins, Ulster, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Westchester, Wyoming, and Yates counties, at this time. ✗ Doesn’t allow file/photo upload thats already takenI was really looking forward to using this and it working. Now I find out it’s only for taking photos and won’t let me upload the document pictures I already took. Like everything else in New York State is ended up not being useful, not working, and leaving me unable to submit my documents. Another let down. I can’t take a picture of a digital document and have no way to print them or get paper copies. Let’s face it, my body is probably shutting down and I’ll probably be dead before I get any help from New York State..Version: 1.5.1
