✓ App CrashingThe app continually crashes and is unusable. Been trying to use for weeks with no fix..Version: 4.3.16
✓ Super useful, but....keeps crashing!I was new to this style of life and the app helped me because it has a lot of tips and valuable information on how to use each oil. I like that you can search by symptoms or by oils really easily. I got exited with the new update because my first language is spanish, so sometimes i had to google some word in order to fully understand the use of an oil. So I appreciated it the change. However, its really frustrating because it keeps crashing whenever i try to use it. Hope this can get fixed soon!.Version: 4.3.2
✓ Essential life appThe app itself is really good, I find it really useful and easy to navigate through. My only issue is that I have been overcharged twice, yearly. When I try to rectify this, I am asked to spend more time than the extra $7.99 is worth. I now have been charged, and have no access to my app, due to the fact that admin don’t really believe me and they say that the first ‘payment’ doesn’t actually come out, when it does, and I have no way to prove that google acc is from essential life. Not happy at all..Version: 4.3.13

✓ Can’t actually access appThe app doesn’t work for me - I’ve paid for the subscription but every time I try to access the app, it just keeps looping me on the ‘pay for subscription’ page. If I hit ‘restore purchase’, it just loops me back to that page. If I try to pay again, it loops me back. Have emailed but not gotten a response, this seems the only way to give feedback…?? ✓ Terrible password retrieval systemHi there, I accidentally got logged out from the app and even though I chose “remember password” option, it kept on saying that it is the wrong password. I then chose forgotten password for a link to be sent to my email to reset it, only for the link to go to an invalid webpage as it does not take me directly to the app (tried a few times). There is no support system here (email support etc) and this is the only way that I can contact you guys! Is there an email address that I can reach you guys on? ✓ Won’t let me login without payingI really wanted to try this app but when i would try to sign up it would only let me sign up if i payed for a subscription which i didn’t want to do. Personally I cant afford a subscription so there’s no way that i can use it without one. In my opinion I think it seems like a rip off because in the app store it says it’s free when really you can’t even get in the app without paying. ✓ Cannot access my appI registered with the app on my phone and enjoyed it the first time I used it. However, the next time I tried using it I was told my (saved) password was incorrect. After several failed attempts at remembering my password, I clicked the button to reset it. I then switched to my email where I received a link to do so, but each time I try to access it, I get an error message indicating the page cannot be opened because the address is invalid.
