✓ Best Deal in the App Store! 🤙I have been a fan of racing games since I got my first iPad 1 almost a decade ago...I don't write a review until I have submersed myself into a game. As the top level player in the world of Real Racing 3 (over 1 million miles raced) for more than 5 years, I tossed it in the trash about a year ago after investing thousands of $ over time. Why? Too much $ involved for redundant and stale content... This game is refreshing! One price gets you high caliber physics & graphics. I already put almost 100 hrs in and own most of the cars which I have incredibly customized, not only aesthetically, but fine tuning the mechanical aspects of handling is beyond any other racing game currently available for mobile devices. There are a few things that I would improve on, but for 1/10 the cost of barely starting to upgrade one car in other games, YOU GET EVERYTHING! ✓ Update is a treat for “Sega Rally” fans!I’ve been a having a ball playing “Rush Rally 2” on the iPad Pro with Gamesir M2 controller the last 6 months. Now the 3rd instalment is here! and thankfully it is a ‘full-price’ game - a far better marketing model than “Free-mium” games on App Store. Do yourself a favour and play this with a Game Controller MFI OR PS4 - with iOS 13 ;) (**Update!**) This game has been updated with nicer hi-res car textures and looks stunning on a larger screen. Game can also run at 120fps on iPad Pro (Target FPS = Max) The DLC car pack is awesome - an essential purchase for me! My two favourite “Sega Rally 2” cars (Toyota Celica and Lancia Stratos) are included ;).Version: 1.71

✓ SpectacularI always begrudge spending money on apps, but after reading some of the reviews for this I decided to give it a go. Firstly, I am absolutely gobsmacked that this is only £3.99. From a lone developer this is an absolutely stunning game! The physics engine reminds me so much of my favourite ever game (Colin McRae Rally 04) with the perfect balance of realism and arcade-esque fun. How you’ve managed to re-create the experience on a touch/tilt oriented game I have no idea, but you have and it is brilliant! The control-customisation is just brilliant, allowing anyone to be competent and positioning the controls anywhere on screen at any size. Graphics are equally stunning, again, I can’t believe this is made by a lone developer! As well as console quality graphics, game progression is console quality, steady progress means the game doesn’t get boring and its longevity means great value for money. ✓ Fun and challengingThis game offers what Real Racing 3 doesn’t - realistic rally racing. But the great thing about this game as opposed to RR3 is that it doesn’t cost heaps of money but still delivers an enjoyable driving experience. Good job. Question though, when in career mode and the car needs repairing does the repair screen come up automatically? It seems when I go into repair mode the timer never seems to start timing down..Version: 1.98

✓ Love the racing game unlike any car game I have playedI really loved the quality of the game in 1080p 60fps but my iPhone 7 Plus literally heats up and I mean the back of my iPhone gets very hot since this is a console level game brought to the smartphone. Though, it’s highly recommended to play in the latest iPhone and play in the iPad Pro 11inch or iPad Pro 13 inch for the highest and richest experience. I can’t play this game cause it get my iPhone hot and drains more than half of my battery from 100% to 40% in just in less than 10 minutes lol. I highly recommended to play in the iPad Pro 11 inch and iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2018 model so that the extra processing power and larger battery can easily handle this game or the iPhone 11 Pro Max and iPhone XS Max. ✓ Great game, but 2 suggestions.I love the game first of all. Second of all everyone that’s bashing it probably isn’t a racing game fan. But overall the game is amazing. However, I do have a few things to say. I wish I could adjust the seating in the car or the mirrors or something because when I’m racing against other people I want to be able to see them in the rear view mirror for example without taking my entire focus off the road ahead so that’s a suggestion I don’t know if it’s possible to introduce that in the next update but let’s see. The logos aren’t showing up for me to add them to my cars. I can only use the ones on the car before and change them. If I have a car with no vinyl on it, I can’t add anything besides letters, shapes and numbers. I want to add company logos without having to use a set template if that makes sense. ✓ If you like rally games, this is for you.This is such a good phone version of the classic style rally game. You can customize it to how you like with many different configuration settings available. The game has a nice reset feature that lets you loop certain sections of the track if you are struggling. You can also rewatch races from different angles and take pics if that’s your thing. There’s some DLC to throw cash on if you want. It kind of plays like an original Xbox rally game, a bit better graphics than the OG Xbox though. ✓ Excellent gameI remember when I first got Colin McRae rally on the PS1. Compared to this game on a mobile it was not even close. But, this game manages to capture what was so good about the original. It’s realistic enough to be challenging but it’s still a game not a sim. It looks great, handling varies nicely between the cars and nice variety of rallies to try. The negatives? I’d like a broader selection of cars, in particular the Subaru Legacy, classic mini, Porsche 911, Lancia Fulvia, mk 1 escort, Saab 96 etc. The US rally is just one massive stage, which whilst fun takes too long to be practical. Would also be good to get Ireland included as well as it offers great tarmac rallying down narrow country roads. Other than these minor points it’s excellent..Version: 1.104

✓ Game is great.BUT I think the game needs more variety when it comes to engine sounds and even more cars. For example the Audi S1 should have a wayyyyyy different engine sound since it has a 5 cylinder engine. And the Nissan r34 doesn’t sound like a r34. This would make the game more unique because lots of racing games don’t do that. I think a good addition would be some kind of “freestyle mode” in which you just drive around a big map with jumps and such to just mess around and do some nice stunts. ✓ I want a sequel!!! Best game on the market!!!This is a fantastic game with top notch gameplay! Using my PS4 controller really felt like I was playing a console game but on an iPad. Subjectively speaking, I think this game is superior than other blockbuster titles like Grid Autosport in terms of the gameplay. You can really feel the difference between driving on gravel, snow, dirt, asphalt, etc. The steering also feels realistic and satisfying. Drifting around a hairpin requires absolute dedication which makes me feel I like a pro rally driver risking his life on the line. I sincerely hope that the developer consider making a sequel. I would like more championships but less races. I think that will help me save some events later instead of trying to complete a championship in one day. Really great car selection! To expand the garage, I would like to have Renault Alpine A110, MG Metro 6R4, Porsche 959 Dakar, Alfa Romeo Alfetta GT, and Suzuki XL7. One suggestion though would be to add a “random stage” mode where you can drive on a random map from around the world. ✓ A breath of fresh airI’ve just completed the jr rally series in the game so I’m not the far in and I wouldn’t say I’m a “hardcore rally fan” but after hopping in and playing just what I did I can say that this is indeed everything a racing game on the App Store should be. The totals is challenging enough to keep me wanting to get better. I’m always thinking of ways the take a hairpin or flow through a long curve to gain a few more seconds. All this coupled with the quality of the gameplay makes for a great game that I will be sure to recommend to my friends. ✓ Rush Rally 3. The iOS version of DiRT RALLY 4(IT IS WORTH THE $8, TRUST ME!) I absolutely LOVE this game This isn’t a casual game so buckle up and start racing This game is the game i’ve been looking for. it has good cars, challenging rallies, mental skills required in certain situations. once you put all of these aspects into one big pot and mix them together, you get this wonderful game called: Rush Rally 3. The IOS version of DiRT Rally. The cars are amazing, You get cars from the 80s, 90s, group b and the new stuff! EVEN A WRX FOR GOD SAKE... All cars drive differently with maybe more speed or less braking power or just a really hard handbrake The cars also require tuning to perform at there best so mechanic knowledge is really good for this. From the moment i pressed the career button, and saw more then 3 careers i knew it would suck my life into this game. With every career throwing new courses and skills at you, you actually get better as you play! you feel it and see it and it’s rewarding. After the consist restarts and tempts to succeed by pressing reset every 6 seconds, the less you press it over time because like i said, you actually get better at this game and feel like you accomplish something after many frustrating days and resets. instead of a boring “take a left and then a right and oh, look out for the jump” in free rally ios games, this game throws you into a: “2 Left DC 60, Following Hairpin Right 100. Keep Left Over Jump then 6 Right etc etc” It’s seriously intense when your going above 130+ mph and your co driver throws a hairpin at you because if you have the gearbox on manual (like me) it’s really stressful and difficult to figure out where to brake and stop the car correctly because one wrong move and you press reset to get the best time you can get. The only thing would I add or change is: More clearer calls from Co-Driver, like: Square Left Acute Right Corner Opens left Corner Closes Right 4 Left Keep In 3 Right Keep Out Right 5 Camber Left 3 Bad camber Right 2 “Be Brave!” 1 Left “Deceptive” and also add country flags to customiser tyty xx So that’s all i’ve got to say, Hope a dev respond to this and stuff Love the work guys, Sincerely, Mitchell.Version: 1.42

✓ Steering wheel and driver delete??I don’t usually write reviews but this game is really well done. It’s one of the few mobile games which you can play using the in car view with the device as the steering wheel. I personally think for race sims, physics are more important than graphics. The close racing in the Rally Cross mode is really amazing with the bumping, grinding and close passing in packs. Also buttons are really small and the placement isn’t ideal...move a couple millimeters and you’re not steering. Tried tilt and that was even worse. ✓ Don’t judge at first glanceI was skeptical of this game for a while because of the lower than console-quality graphics and the generic name, but boy was I wrong! This is undoubtedly the best rally racing game in the App Store, and one of the best racing games period. I could tell a few seconds into the first stage that this game feels right. The physics are spot on and the controls are perfect. And while the graphics are not as polished as other games, it still looks great and doesn’t take me out of the experience at all. I’ve played other rally games on the iPhone, and none of them have come close to capturing the feeling I had playing Colin McRae Rally when I was young, except for this one. ✓ Every problem with 2nd title solvedI play on an iPad and always had a problem with the ergonomics of the controls, however with this edition I can move the pedal controls to where I best please. Using the wheel and placing the pedals so I don’t have to lift my thumb off the screen. Also the tuning mechanics seem to have a much more noticeable effect. Traction tuning feels more realistic and investing time into lift and brakes feels more worth while. Will be playing for a while..Version: 1.82

The reason I rated 4/5 is because the steering could use some work for example it feels like I’m on rails quite a bit and when I do slide out I feel like real racing 3 sliding mechanics which aren’t very good but other than that complaint it’s very much worth every penny!😁😁 Update! ✓ Best racing sim, just minor suggestionI have been a fan since the beginning and it was awesome to witness the improvement of the game after each generation. I can say by far this is the best racing experience I get from a Mobile device. My only suggestion is that the game should include a gradient option on the pedal so that player can control how hard they step on the pedal. The current simple button pedal makes the car automatically goes 100% on the pedal and makes the car lose traction/spin easily at lower speed. ✓ How to make a mobile game.There have been a few decent racing games on IOS but Rush Rally 2 was the best of them all in my opinion. Until RR3 came out. It does what you would wish for as a fan by adding choice, better graphics etc but keeping the core structure and feel of the game that obviously worked. The controls are great for touch screen, failure comes from lack of skill rather than missed buttons. It’s a challenging game, you have to practice tracks and be brave to win, if your expecting something easier than a console rally game then this isn’t it. Which is why it’s great, there’s enough novel touch racing games. It should be a lesson in phone game development, it looks and plays well, is stable from launch, a full game that doesn’t cost a fortune or IAP your progress and some how takes up next to no space in your storage. I’ll finish the way I ended my RR2 review. I can’t wait for Rush Rally 4..Version: 1.41

✓ Great iPad GameThis is a really good game for iPad. The only other racing game I’ve enjoyed so far for iPad has been Real Racing. This is basically like that, but rally, and I imagine the Dev crew is a bit smaller. Honestly, the physics are amazing though for a mobile game, especially at faster speeds. ✓ Almost a perfect gameBut. The touchscreen is troubling as a control method. Sometimes you need to fully turn instantly and sometimes you need to turn just a fraction. But there is only 2 inches of screen space from fully left to fully right. So it requires a very high level of concentration. Honestly, I’m a bit stuck on the third championship. I would actually appreciate digital controls for Apple keyboard support because I don’t have a control pad to connect over Bluetooth. Otherwise, aside from the rare bug, this game runs really well and the amount of modes are very generous. Getting to later game levels using your finger in an analogue style seems almost impossible to me though. ✓ The Best Rally on MobileThoroughly impressive for a mobile racing game. This is probably the best rally game I’ve played outside of Dirt Rally on PC. Granted, Dirt Rally is far more in-depth with its controls and handling but this game does its absolute best to bring rally to mobile. The touch controls are very good and intuitive, it didn’t take me long to adapt to it. This game isn’t easy, but you will be very satisfied when you start nailing hairpin turns. The cars aren’t officially licensed, but this isn’t a problem for me. Classic cars from the Mini Cooper to the Audi Quattro R1 are here, albeit with different names. The ability to fine tune and paint your car is excellent. You can test drive cars before you buy them, including cars only available in DLC, which is great. The heart of this game is motorsport, not micro transactions which is a huge relief. My only complaint would be a wider variety of courses, but as you complete more career series this isn’t a big deal. Playing an amateur career vs a pro career circuit with faster cars gives them pretty good replayability. Fantastic game..Version: 1.85

✓ Just Like The Good Old DaysI love this game. It brings back memories of Colin McRae Rally but with better graphics and sound and more amusing driver names. The dev obviously has a good knowledge of the glory days of rallying and has put it to great effect. It looks good, it handles beautifully and it’s fun. The ability to add your own liveries to the cars is really absorbing and well thought out. What makes this a true gem though, is the lack of greed on the part of the developer. This shows across many areas. Paid upgrades are well worth the extra price and I’d actually be very happy to pay more for new car packs (vintage Mini Cooper please, preferably with a roof rack and alpine rally lights!), new events or whatever. It is easy to afford new cars once you start winning and you can also sell them without losing out too much! The retry button is also generously positioned as it was back in the day of CM Rally. There are also no hooky little “sign in for reward” type gifts in this game. You play because you want to, it’s addictive because it’s good, not because you get a daily reward or a chest of gems or whatever. Good, honest gaming for a fair price. ✓ Amazing!You know a game looks good when people sat either side of you on the London Underground are captivated. Nice touches like easy access to all the game’s setting from pretty much anywhere. Especially handy when trying different cameras. The graphics are knockout, best I’ve seen on any mobile phone or tablet. Using iPhone XS with all the settings cranked right up. Whether it’s windmills or lightening, cliff edges or forest you will be blown away. My only recommendation would be to make the turn indicators clearer so that easier to read using peripheral vision. I also didn’t want a racer filled with gems, gold, crates etc. The expansions here feel justified. The game provides a nostalgic experience for simple gaming progression from rookie beginnings to champion. No buy in skipping ahead pressures. I use the on screen steering wheel and it feels satisfying to steer of different surfaces. I would personally benefit from two things. 1) more info on how damage accumulates to different parts (maybe I missed it) and 2) a sandbox area of different surfaces, bends etc. for practice. The fact that this can look this good, let alone play this well, deserves more attention. I’m incredibly satisfied with the quality of this game! Second thing, and this is more of an oversight than a fail, but could you please add a colorblind assist mode? I have what’s called “Protanomaly,” which is, most simply, red colorblindness. I have a mild form, so I do still see red just not as much of it. Problem is, the braking line is red. which, against browns or blacks such as the dirt paths you rally on, can be near invisible, hidden by the other colors. The handling model really is spot on and is probably the best for a sim IMO on iOS. Another real standout feature I think is the decal editor, which is really a cool addition, and something you just wouldn’t find in an “official” licensed game. The environment detail, while not mind blowing, is surprisingly well done, as well as being fairly unique between countries. Performance is stellar on iPhone 11+ and I love the flexibility in the settings. The physics are realistic enough to give even the “City Saxo” beginners car a real sense of momentum, different drivetrains feels distinct and and the co-driver calls are clear and extremely useful as you navigate new tracks. The touchscreen controls work great with practice, a controller is absolutely not necessary. ✓ Using A PS4 Controller Saves This Game.I bought this game quite a while ago when it was first released having read great reviews about it. After playing it for a while I came to the conclusion it was a great game for a mobile or iPad ( Especially graphic wise ) except for the the tilt / device controls. I found it to be seriously tricky to keep the cars on the road and somehow not as responsive as I’d like? Manual gears? Forget it! For me it was a no go and I just abandoned playing it. THEN! I found out you could connect and use a PS4 Controller after reading a review. WOW! what a difference, now I have perfect control over the cars and if I poorly finish a stage or Rallycross event its because of my poor skill and not because of the game. I play regularly on the PS4, Dirt Rally 2 with a controller which I love and Rush Rally 3 is pretty close to it now as far as a mobile rally game can be which I think is a huge compliment to the independent developer who made this. Maybe my gripes about the tilt/ device controls on my iPad / iPhone are unjustified and just my problem, but for reference on how tilt controls and the feeling / dynamics of controlling a car should be on an iPad / iPhone then play Real Racing 3 for the standard to match. The handling on the cars feel pretty good too and I like how the car will lose control when you push it too hard. Very first impressions (within a minute or so) was that it was just “ok”. However after playing for a few hours and days, this game is actually really, really good. The handling is ideal for me with just the right amount of arcadey drifting to make it fun but not overly punishing. Progression is perfectly paced to keep you coming back again and again. This is not a simulator and thankfully so. Reminds me a lot of Sega Rally from the 90s which was a blast. Playing this on an iPad Pro with a PS4 controller and its very responsive with nothing to detract from the experience. Have read that this is from a single developer and if so, top marks as this is one of the best on the platform. I will definitely be purchasing number 4 if it’s released. I only have one small piece of feedback and that is it would be quite nice to have some portions of the tracks being quite narrow like small rocky passes with a danger of hitting the walls as overall the tracks do seem quite wide and forgiving but this is really only a preference thing. ✓ Worth every pennyBrilliant rally driving sim! Don’t hesitate to spend the £4.99 asking price as this is a console quality game and a significant upgrade from RR2. The graphics are fantastic (iPad Pro 10.5) and more importantly the gameplay is great. My only gripe is that some of the pace notes are called quite late and if your flying along, occasionally they are called after you enter the braking zone. ✓ Absolutely loving this!I used to have a Bluetooth steering wheel for GT5 on PS3 and have always fancied an IOS driving simulator that was as varied and engaging. Nothing has come close in the intervening years and most offerings have in app purchases that attempt to screw as much money from you as possible. ✓ One of, if not the best Racing game hereThis game is phenomenal. I would say it is the best premium racing game on mobile, maybe tied to or just above Grid Autosport in my opinion. What I love about this game compared to its competition is that there is a career mode where you gain currency to tune and upgrade your cars and purchase new cars. I love this sense of RPG in car games and this does not disappoint. I always feel like I’m working towards a goal. The driving feels great even on touch control. And the graphics are high quality, though not the best. The game is just a blast to play, a lot of fun. And it is seriously cheap. This game is $15 on Nintendo Switch and even then I would say that’s ridiculously cheap. $4 is a bargain. This game is created by one person, it’s absolutely insane quality and replay ability for the price being asked here. ✓ Unbelievably good.Ok so this is my first game review but I absolutely had to. This game is amazing, the graphics are first class. Sound is truly great and most importantly of all the gameplay is great fun and very fair, if I mess up on a track I know it’s because of something I did and not the game. Controls are very responsive and it’s very satisfying getting better the more I play and not because I spent money. I love the replays, the customisations and the many, many tracks around the world. My initial review was pretty scathing and I probably came off as an entitled tool, sorry. However, since the patch, I haven’t experienced any more major crashes and have successfully managed to update my cloud save without losing progress. Started over and have since unlocked nearly every car without issue. To anyone looking into this game, it really is great and worth every penny. If you like good racing mechanics, manual transmission or automatic controls, modding cars, plus tons of online and offline content, no ads, controller support, and universal cross-saving. You can’t add visual mods like spoilers and side skirts but you can change out the wheels, wheel color, body color, add decals and more technical adjustments like engine displacement, suspension adjustments, ride height, toe, camber, caster, etc. Part of the fun is modding the car and testing it. If it rides like garbage, go back to the garage and make adjustments and race again until you get the perfect balance for each car!.Version: 1.110

✓ Initially disappointedI was looking for a game similar to “Rally Fury”, which has a great online multiplayer mode putting 8 players in a race together around a circuit. After paying for this game I was initially disappointed to find this wasn’t available (I did find a multiplayer mode but there were no matches). I payed the extra for the Live events but it is only stage rally not rallycross as I’d hoped. This won’t stand up to let’s say “xbox one X” forza 7 but it’s amazing for mobile. On par with base console graphics. As far as the controls I do like them save one thing. ✓ Finally, a racing game on iOSI’m updating my review because I actually put out a tweet regarding my frustrations with how the physics handle a specific situation of the car having even two wheels off of the trail, no matter how even the surface is. The developer responded and we talked about it a bit. They do have a point that rendering bumpy surfaces off trail everywhere would be hectic for a mobile platform, so I’ll have to write off the weird massive speed loss on flat grassy surface as just a limitation. An unfortunate one, but at least now I know. This game is actually pretty neat. It’s very well optimized for a variety of devices, it controls nicely, and the physics are respectable. After Real Racing 3, I was ready to give up on seeing a good racing game experience on mobile. But here it is, this is what I wanted. Also it’s pretty difficult. ✓ Best rally game on mobile!Rush rally 3 is the best mobile game on mobile, I used to play carX but that requires you to pay to repair your car. Rush rally is abundant in courses and cars compared to other games, while each course isn’t that detailed it still provides an authentic feeling that you get with more mainstream games like dirt rally 2.0 or wrc generations. I like how the developer has included famous drivers and cars but renamed them. They are still perfectly recognisable. The physics in rush rally are decent… The cars either feel ultra snappy or have absolutely no grip. And it fluctuates commonly. The car also is sometimes reluctant to obey the laws or gravity, it sometimes decides to not flip over and do some sort of unfair move. Or sometimes over exaggerates hitting a rock and goes spiralling. The graphics are excellent for a mobile game and looks similar to early ps3 rally games. It’s an amazing game 👍.Version: 1.155
✓ Excellent in most ways, but so frustrating...The only complaint I have about this game is that for a casual user like me, with less than perfect reflexes, it is next to impossible to move ahead in the single rally phase in order to unlock different countries. ✓ Loved RR2, but RR3 is even better!👍🏾Last year I happened to come across Rush Rally 2 when it was on sale, and have to say it was a steal for what I payed for. This time around I purchased Rush Rally 3 and I have to say this game is worth every penny, and then some! The visuals and racing events are spot on and am very impressed with what this game has to offer. But for me, the best thing to happen is the iOS 13 update which now allows me to play with a PS4 controller, and playing this game with the controller is a dream come true. I could go on about this game, but in short I’ll just say that this probably the best racing game I’ve played next to the Reckless Racing series (in particular Reckless Racing2). ✓ Most Realistic👍🏻I’ve been a Rally fan for years, and driven in amateur Rally events in real life. This is by far the most realistic Rally game on mobile. Great customization options not only for the cars but the game itself; ability to layout the HUD etc. (I do wish I could move the speedometer from the top right though when I’m using anything but cockpit cam!!). Don’t bother with the other Rally games, I’ve tried them all. If you’re looking for realism, this is it. I noticed no updates in 10 months.
