Attain by Aetna for Negative User Reviews

Doesn’t track fitness information correctlyI use this app in conjunction with my Apple Watch. Our health insurance offered a plan to get the watch for free if and only if we keep up an active lifestyle. The issues is that they slowly upped the amount of active calories that made it almost impossible for us to hit our active goals for the week. I am a 50+ inactive male who they started out at 3 days of ~30 minutes of actively... very doable and beneficial for me at my age and shape. Within 3 months they moved me up to almost 60-90 minutes of exercise to even get close to my goal and then they moved up my active days from 3 to 5! I am all for moving up my goals and pushing me to do better but the rate they moved us was completely impossible with my work & personal responsibilities. I talked to Aetna and they said they would make an adjustment but the adjustment lasted for 1-2 weeks and I was back to 5 days of 60-90 minutes of active movement & exercise... needless to say we have been paying for our Apple watches and not getting them for free.Version: 1.4.2

Unrealistic goals and shady practicesWhen I first started the program there was no clear Understanding of the points system and how you earn them. It also set what I felt was a highly unrealistic goal for my daily calories burned. As someone who was working out prior to the watch I would’ve been doing 2 hr peloton rides to hit the goal. Shortly after joining the program there was an update to the points system hitting your daily goal now only earned 10 points as opposed to the 250 it had been earning. There was also a significant change to the points for the weekly goal. I assume the goal was to drive more interaction within the app as the only way to possibly earn enough points to not owe anything is to visit the app daily to amuse the developers by pressing a button. I didn’t sign up for this and was railroaded into the new points system because the only other option was to withdraw with over half the balance remaining on my watch..Version: 1.8.1

No Committed To Health!!!Without any reason Aetna cut off my access to this app and it was really helping me with health, wellness, and physical fitness. It just said randomly that it was cutting off my access and good luck! My work situation has not changed. I still have Aetna insurance! To add insult to injury, I was about 200 points away from getting another gift card. I can’t help but think that somehow this is a scam at worst or a sop to Aetna’s policy holders. If I were you I wouldn’t bother. ******** ADDENDUM I called the customer service line and after getting bounced around the queue 3-4 times and returned to the “main menu” every time someone told me they would elevate my issue immediately. It’s been four weeks and I never got my last 200 points and no one has even bothered to respond. Typical of this company whose apps are anything BUT user-friendly. Now I don’t even have access my account so I’ve deleted the app. What a rip-off!.Version: 1.5.9

Wouldn’t let me get free watch or log inI tried getting the watch and it would say error. I tried all day and it wouldn’t work so I decided to click on the got my own watch option to see if it’ll error as well. It didn’t but I didn’t have my own watch so when I unsigned up to reselect my choice, it takes me to the log in page where I would use my Aetna login and once in it says “thanks for your interest in Attain” and says not enrolled with an OK at the bottom. When I click on the ok button it just takes me back to the log in page. Why is it hard to download and use the option of getting a free watch to exercise if that is what the company wants you to do? To work on your fitness goals. The only thing I worked on today was my frustration levels and how much I can take from an app before I lose my cool..Version: 1.5.2

Not a FanI’ve used this app for about two years now. The first year and a half, I loved it. I’m had zero issues and found myself really enjoying setting goals and being able to track my progress. Now, the app is just an exercise in frustration. One- it never keeps me logged on like it used to so instead of just clicking on the app and all of my information popping up, I have to log on every dang time. I have gone through every setting possible and this is not user error but the app itself. Two- the activity count on my watch and what translate over to the app is off not just a little bit a lot. It used to never have any problems then just a miss or two and now in the past several months there are massive errors of several days a week. Lastly- reaching out to customer service is a joke. Sometimes they answer. Often times they do not and the problems haven’t been remedied they’ve only gotten worse. Such a bummer..Version: 1.8.0

Unrealistic goalsI love the idea of this app and the fact that Aetna offers it, but the execution is absolutely horrible. They set your calorie goal higher than the goal on your Apple Watch, which is fine, I get that it has to be a challenge. But then once you hit that goal 3 days a week, they raise the number of days you have to hit the goal to 4, then 5, then 6, then 7. Then the goal stays at 7 days a week and if you want the goal to go back down, you have to miss it for 4 weeks (and lose your extra 1000 points all 4 weeks, essentially meaning you get no points those weeks). It is not realistic or healthy for people to be expected to reach the high calorie goal set by this app 7 days a week EVERY SINGLE WEEK! I work out 5 days a week every week and I’m usually active on the weekends, and I shouldn’t be punished for wanting to take 1 rest day per week! This app should not, under any circumstances, make 7 days per week the goal and punish you for not hitting that goal..Version: 1.3.2

TediousSo many issues. I tried to work with this app for months. Like other reviewers have mentioned, you can’t adjust the daily calorie goal, and if you’re regularly meeting your weekly goal it will keep upping the days per week that you need to meet your daily goal, until you’re having to meet it 7 days a week. The app also regularly logs you out. Far more frustrating was that the app would regularly mark a day as “incomplete” even though I had burned far past my daily calorie goal. In the details for that day it would have a workout from that day listed, say, for 200 calories burned - but right above that it would say that I only burned 5 total calories for that day. For months I messaged back and forth with customer service about the issue; they kept adjusting it manually, providing the same troubleshooting recommendations that I had already tried, and failing to fix the issue. I withdrew from the program and deleted the app. Not nearly worth the headache..Version: 1.5.7

Unrealistic goalsI have been training for a half-marathon for 2 months and I play volleyball twice a week for over 2 hours each time, amongst other physical activities. Although, I was able to reach the goals the app established for me at the beginning, now the goals are unattainable. The app now asks me to train 6 days a week at over 530 active calories each of those 6 days. If you train properly, your body requires rest and recovery, which makes this app’s requirements both unattainable and risky for your health. As an example - one day I ran 7 miles and burned 1000 calories and the next day, I ran 2 miles for recovery and burned approximately 320 calories. Therefore, I missed my goal for the entire week because one of the six training days I didn’t hit 530 calories. As I Continue my training I haven't reached my goals for 4 weeks. I am glad I didn’t sign up for the watch or I would be upset because it’s simply not achievable - even for an athlete. While I appreciate the idea of the app to incentivize more exercise, excessive exercise does not mean health..Version: 1.5.4

Ok AppI got this app because I do stay pretty active. But hate that they set you to a mandatory 7 day goal. It’s actually stressing me out more that helping me out. Once my watch is paid off I don’t know if I’ll keep the app. I do understand that it would be pure profit afterwards for staying active but it’s really just that annoying to be held to a 7 day goal. Yes it’s supposed to encourage you but once you get 7 days it’s extremely difficult to get it lowered. What i had to do was just not wear the watch till it dropped. I think I may just do that to cheat the system. Max I think it should be 6 day with the 7th as an extra reward. You should get a day to relax and let your body recover from the week. Anyway I’m just so annoyed with it I just click on the healthy actions and not read them anymore. It’s not like they earn you much, although they do earn you more than actually going out for a run. So why actually exercise. This app needs to redo their point system, don’t really think it’s helping..Version: 1.3.2

Goals/rewards SIGNIFICANTLY different than my husbandsMy husband & I both signed up for the attain app together. We have really enjoyed using it overall...but recently began noticing that my goals & rewards were significantly different than my husbands. Some of the goals might be the same, but the rewards for my SAME goal would be a fraction of what my husband received for doing the SAME goal. Now, my goal is MORE than my husband’s...for again just a fraction of the reward! This past week’s difference: His goal is 15 minutes of logged workout for 400 points. MY goal is 30 (yes, THIRTY) minutes of logged workout for 50 (yep, ONLY FIFTY) points!!! He did the math & he gets 8x’s the points of what I can earn this week! Somebody care to explain how that is even remotely fair! I’ve tried at least twice now to contact them to see if anything could be done...& have yet to hear anything! I was originally very pleased with & enjoyed using this app...now, am getting a mite frustrated..Version: 1.4.1

Not realisticAttain sets your activity goal based on weight and height. I don’t believe age is factored in. I’m almost 67 and work out at the gym 3 times a week doing strength training for an hour minimum. Each workout begins with 15 mins on the rowing machine. Another day is spent on the spin bike. Pretty active for my age but it also means I need rest days in between my workouts. Attain wants me to achieve my move goal 7 days a week. It’s not reasonable nor is it physically good for my body. Instead of the app/watch being an inspiration to move it has become a source of frustration. I burn a weeks worth of calories in 4 days but get nothing towards the purchase of my watch because I didn’t do it for 6 or 7 days. Flawed program. Update: I’ve been using this app for almost 18 months. Not sure what’s going on but I’m having trouble getting my daily activities for extra credit to track. Some days it does, other days not. I have to contact Attain customer service and provide a screenshot because God forbid they should believe me. Once my watch is paid for through the program I’m done with this app..Version: 1.5.2

The other reviews are accurateI got this app because it was a part of my insurance plan’s wellness benefits. Previously when I had Humana, they had a great wellness incentive program and I was hopeful this would be the same. It was ok at first, but has gotten progressively more frustrating and less motivating. It’s always a mystery if you’ll get your points for the healthy actions. The most recent one I had was to track any workout from the workout app for more than 30 minutes. I never got those points despite doing this all three days it was an option. You are also expected to hit your move goal seven days a week. If you’re training for something like a half marathon, this is not very realistic, as you are supposed to take rest days. And the points you get for doing a day’s worth is so minimal that it isn’t motivating to do it if you can’t get the weekly bonus. The Humana program made it worthwhile to hit your movement goal daily, and it was very motivating. It seems clear that this was something they felt they “had” to do but that they have no real interest in actually paying out any incentives. If they did, it was be structured differently and would be more motivating. I’m just glad I bought my own Apple Watch and am not trying to earn it through this!.Version: 1.2.0

Customer ServiceI can tell that This program is intended on helping people through their wellness journey. It’s great Intention to motivate people to get up and move. I love the benefit of getting an Apple Watch in return for the wellness maintenance. The only downfall I have is when your watch battery dies, or if you forget to wear it, then the points doesn’t get counted. Then you have to jump through hoops to prove to the customer service (very rude and unprofessional) that you completed your goal. Wish there was an easier way to enter your points in if you had a situation where the watch didn’t connect. The reps work according to different standards of customer service than what I am used to and it causes so much frustration that sometimes I will just bypass the wanting to call and get it resolved. The contact is portion of the app doesn’t get monitored. I am still awaiting an email response from a year ago. I do love the program and it’s Intentions however the management of this app and it’s employees could use a lot of customer service training. I get it that the times are hard but there is no excuse for u professional customer service..Version: 1.5.7

DeceivingWhen I first sign up, it was clear in the contract, the commitment was for 3xs a week which is doable with a FT stressful job. The it turned to 4 x’s a week, then 5 xs, then 6 and then a ridiculous 7xs a week. Don’t expect to have a down day during these ridiculous stressful times or even get a cold. I would not recommend this to anyone if fact, I am sorry I signed up and may be dropping soon. This is not reasonable or ‘ATTAINABLE’ as promised and or guaranteed. Totally false advertising and misinformation. Run fast and stay away. I am an active person but this is ludicrous. They won’t answer your questions and then I’ll not adjust your goals. I will be calling the BBB on this program and Aetna. I wish I had read the reviews prior to signing up for this. In fact my husband told me this was a scam which it is. I will be reporting to the FCC also. I was promised everything you all were. Run. This is a scam. The insurance commissioner’s will be contacted as well. I heard a lot of lip service total and excuses. Also promises of changes s we’d high obviously is BS.Version: 1.3.3

I’m probably going to be buying this watchUpdate: It did it all through the Attain games. It’s doing it again now. You can’t click on anything. You can’t log out of the app. Honestly, whoever is in charge of this app should be fired. It doesn’t work more often than it does. AND every recent review is complaining about the same problem, yet the developer’s response is always something along the lines of lines of a “it’s a you problem”. I’m telling you, this app hardly works. You will not get any of the Healthy Action points. You definitely aren’t getting any of the new Challenge points. Take any points you can or you’ll owe. It shouldn’t take so much work to make it do what it’s supposed to do. It’s a great app if you like to watch it spin and spin and spin. So frustrated and over this program. It had the potential to be great. I loved this app when I first got into the program. But, now, this app works maybe 50% of the time. I try to get into the Daily Actions but I can’t access the points. Either, the screen won’t load or when you tap on the button to say you’ve read it it doesn’t do anything. Im trying to pay off this watch with exercise and healthy actions and im getting really frustrated with this app. This app could also be improved by letting me link to my Strava account. All of my backpacking out of cell range didn’t count this summer..Version: 1.6.6

Update FailureI was so excited for the new update that would allow for a day of rest. I updated on a Monday & it said it would reformat the following week. Since then (3 weeks later) the weekly workout activity goal is missing. This is how you know how many days are needed to workout to get the bonus points. It’s just blank. Which means even if i worked out all 7 days I wouldn’t get the points b/c it’s not registering the workouts. So far I’m out 6,000 points and who knows if it’ll get fixed b/c according to my Customer Service call, apparently I’m the only one having this problem. I was told I would get a call back in 48 hours... it’s been a week. I’ve sent emails...no replies. But of course the part of the app that charges you for the month, making sure to take the 8,000 points required even if you aren’t able to earn them, is working fine. So frustrating. I am now on week 5 of no weekly activity goal. Which means I’m out 10,000 points now. I never got a call back from the rep that said she’d call me back. I called customer service again this week & another rep told me there was no record of my emails or previous phone calls!!! And I asked her to manually give me the points (which the follow up to reviews on here ALWAYS alleges they will do)and have not received any of them. I am so frustrated. It used to be the 7 day workout week that annoyed me, now that that’s resolved I can’t even get points for any workouts!.Version: 1.4.2

Crashes, buggy, not well thought outI don't usually leave reviews for apps, but after having used this for over a year I feel like I've seen enough to make an honest judgement. When I first downloaded it I thought maybe they were still working out the kinks because it was so buggy- I would get signed out randomly, or the app wouldn't pair to my watch, or it would retrospectively zero out my daily calorie total two days after the fact - which actually made me miss my weekly goal once, even after I sent feedback within the app to let them know, I was never contacted or given the points back. I agree with other reviewers that the incentive structure is not as good as it could be- if you miss a day early in the week there's no way for you to make it up and it's easy to slack off after that. If there were daily goals where you could still get points even after missing your weekly, it would actually help you out of motivational slumps. I really appreciate what they are TRYING to do with this app I just feel like they made a sort of half-way attempt at it. It's also somehow even buggier NOW than it was a year ago, and it logs me out every single time I close the app, which really deters me from even using it at all. I would stop using it right now if i wasn't still in the process of paying off my watch. I used to be eager to check it every day and now if anything it's just a nuisance. It's a huge missed opportunity in my opinion, as the idea was good but the execution was a C-..Version: 1.6.2

Rules you don’t knowThe app is okay and I like earning rewards. However, there are rules you don’t know. For example, if you close a notification about refilling a prescription for 400 points, you won’t get the points even if you refill the prescription. In fact, if you close a notification about any reward, you lose out on the ability to earn the points. Who knew? Further, if you don’t close out a notification, you may miss a new notification that comes in below it. A little bizarre. Perhaps a development flaw? Even more discouraging is that, even if you’re working out, using the breathing app for mindfulness, running, walking, biking, etc., there are no rewards for achieving healthy results even if you are going above and beyond. Better watch for the week’s theme or you will miss out, even if you’re hitting it out of the park in other areas..Version: 1.5.7

Ok system, still a good deal!I’ve been using this app for a year now. Like others my weekly goal goes up if I hit it until I have to make it all 7 days. The goal is not particularly hard to reach- I don’t even have to get a workout to get it. As long as I’m not a couch potato I’m good. But every now and then I need a couch potato day. Or I’m sick, forget to wear my watch, need to charge it, or can’t wear it because I’m doing something (like painting). One day missed, and my entire week is shot- thus losing motivation and at times giving me an excuse to be lazy the rest of the week. If I miss my weekly goal 2 weeks in a row, my weekly goal goes back down...until I reach it again. So at this point I’m usually only getting my weekly goal 2 out 4 weeks in a month. I almost always miss it one day a week. A year in, I still haven’t paid a dollar for my watch. I had enough accumulated points with the extra actions to cover my missed weeks. I’ll probably have to start paying in the next month or so. $8 a month isn’t a bad deal for an Apple Watch- realistically it’ll be more like $4 a month for a year. 🤷‍♀️ So it’s a flawed system, but still a good deal. But if their point was to motivate....the system needs to be reworked a little..Version: 1.3.3

I updated app and now I lost my $60 in credit!!!!!I have been using this app for about a year, and I have currently accumulated 60k points ($60). I tried to cash out my points for a gift card tonight, but it wasn’t working. So I updated the app thinking that would help. WRONG! It now says I’m ineligible for the program and I have no way to get my gift cards. I’m so angry!!!! I worked really hard to accumulate those points. Now I wish I had never wasted my time on this program!!!!! Update: I called the main number and they said they saw I had points, but didn’t cash them out and transferred me to someone about my eligibility. She was super confused about why I was calling her. Her connection was awful and she told me to call back and gave me “her” number, then hung up on me. Her number was just the main number with the long wait to talk to a random person. That whole thing took 30 minutes. 2nd update: I called the main number. I was transferred 6 times (yes SIX TIMES) and no one could help me. I kept repeating my story and they said “I can’t help you, but this department can,” then would transfer me and I would repeat my story. The last person started talking, then their phone line cut out and they HUNG UP on me. After spending 55 minutes with NO resolution. I’m beyond angry and frustrated. What a complete waste of my time!!!! Someone send me a direct number of someone who can actually help me!!.Version: 1.4.2

Only did it bc of the watch..Honestly this app is terrible. You get booted out several times a week. The weekly goals are ridiculous. For example, I CrossFit 5 days a week. Now with my calorie goal of 420 a day I burn that with one workout, now the stupid thing is this app sees that i workout that much and will move my goal days to 6-7 days a week of workouts.. umm no. It doesn’t account for rest days, and there is absolutely no way I’m working out 7 days a week.. so if you don’t reach the stupid goal you don’t get the points, and then they set this stupid goal for 3 weeks in a row of 6-7 days of workouts. So for 3 freakin weeks I won’t get the 2,000 points for the watch. Then after 3 weeks of me not reaching the goal is moved it back to 4 days a week, and it’s a vicious cycle. I hate it, I hate this app. It’s absolutely worthless. The only thing is that I have a free Apple Watch. That’s is. Otherwise I do NOT recommend. Waste of time and space on your phone. 100% irritating..Version: 1.5.7

One size feed all problem.I’m a 55 years old man who played sports a good part of his life. I have old injuries, bad knees and ankles, among other. I like to stay active, but I can’t force my body beyond my limits. I bought the Apple Watch, not because I’m a teenager dreaming with one, but as a motivational tool to help me exercise 3 times a week without having to incur in any additional expense (paying my watch with points earned through exercising). Now my goals have gone from 3 days to 6 days of exercise per week!!! which is hurting my knees badly. I wrote to attain and they suggest for me to go to the dr To get a report of my injuries. So I should spend money, time, and the risk of getting a virus at my dr’s to justify exercising 3 times a week which is what most physicians recommend for people my age even without any injury.....I offer to return the watch and get my money back, but I’m still waiting on any resolution. So be careful those who think this is a personalized plan, it is not, and then you might be stock with payment for several year (for as little as those payments may be).....Version: 1.3.3

I don’t recommend this appThis app offers a program where you get a free apple watch if you meet your daily challenges. It uses the data from your fitness app to record the points. Unfortunately my points aren’t always accurately accounted for and I end up having to pay a fee at the end of the month. I am pretty active so according to my fitness app I perform well above the daily requirements. Its just not recorded on the attain app. I have emailed letters to tech support with no response, and called. Finally got someone when I called but had to pretend I was calling about signing up cause thats the only way to get through to someone. Was told my account would be credited. And it was not. My points still aren’t being recorded correctly. My coworker is experiencing the same issues. The attain app is constantly signing me out as well which is really annoying..Version: 1.6.7

Good Incentive/Reinforcement Tool - algorithm needs adjusting.Love the positive reinforcement of good behaviors - including exercising, food, and mental health. However the more you work out, the more the app expects. If you hit 7 days in a week of working out, it expects 7 the following week. You have to miss the higher goal twice before it drops it back one. Suggestion: cap the number of days per week at 5; award perhaps fewer (but still significant points—1000 or 1500) for hitting 5, then do bonus points if a person does workouts days 6 and/or 7. It occasionally misses a workout day causing me to miss the weekly goal. I tried reporting using the “contact us” and nothing ever happened. There ought to be a simple way to report an error and get it corrected. Also, there doesn’t appear to be a way to “logout”, even though occasionally it asks me to login after an update?.Version: 1.5.8

More of a review of programMake your goal? The next week it will Jack your days up... and keep doing this until you have to meet your calorie burn 7 days a week, with no rest days. Eventually, if you can’t sustain the 7 days, you get no points for meeting goals. Which means, for me, for example, I will not ever get my watch paid for just by activity alone unless I’m a robot! The other activities are small points and barely contribute toward meaningful pay down of the cost of the watch. So what do you do? Miss a month of goals so you can get it back down to 3x a week that you can manage, knowing that once you do, the cycle starts all over again. In short, this program doesn’t motivate me. It frustrates and makes me feel worse because the goals eventually get unreasonable. It asks for 500 calories of burn for me and on a good day, I can get 300. For me to get all 500 it would be an hour and a half on the bike every single day. This program actually sets you up to fail by being too rigid in the expectations. 4 days a week is reasonable. 7 days of hard exercise a week for 2,000 points, $2 toward the watch, is a lot to ask. So only do this if you are OK with them singing your credit card each month for the watch payment. Don’t think you will actually be able to earn the watch payment every month as advertised, because you won’t. They don’t tell you at sign up how they lure you in and then change the expectations on you. Caveat emptor..Version: 1.2.1

Goals are not realistic.Update: 2/9/23. The app also seams glitchy. They say it connects to your watch and can upload info from 30 days in the past if not connected to the app or the phone. What I have found to be reality is if you don’t log into the app on your phone for a few days it logs you out. After this happens any log data you accumulate on your watch will not sync with the app after logging back in. I have multiple days with ether no data or it says the watch was not connected. However I wear my watch daily. The only thing that changes is I’m not looking at the app daily. Maybe a couple times per week. It’s annoying as it cheats you out of those points. Original review: I would give this a 5 star because it does get you moving and makes you realize when your not doing much. However the goals are unrealistic. Even days when I do a substantial amount of working out I have trouble making the goal for one day. Then every time you make your weekly goal they go and raise the goal to more days. Makes it difficult to achieve when your constantly loosing. Personally I don’t even look at the daily goal any more. The weekly challenges I do try to accomplish and typically they are achievable with a little extra work. If your using the app to get a free Apple Watch don’t. I would say im fairly active and using it for 3 months have only achieved 10,000 points which is $10..Version: 1.8.2

Great app, not so great executionBefore I downloaded the app and began, I read several of the reviews to see how it worked. Even after the mostly negative reviews I decided to give it a shot seeing as I’m pretty active I didn’t see it being an issue hitting the weekly goals. We run 5k/10k’s, OCR races as well as do Crossfit 4/5 days a week consistently. That being said even the most active fit person needs a rest day every once in a while so it’s actually counterproductive to be forced to meet the goals 7 days a week or miss the goals. The $2 per week if you don’t meet them won’t break the bank but it’s just how quickly it jumps up to the higher number of days to meet the weekly goals that is rather frustrating. I’ve liked the ideas I’ve read from others about the increasing average. Maybe we could come up with a better more motivating answer to make this app more appealing and the users more successful at meeting their fitness goals. After all healthier members helps the whole group!.Version: 1.2.0

Not worth the troubleIf you already have an apple watch this app may be fun for you to be rewarded for exercise. But in my experience paying off the watch through Attain has been a waste of time and money. I find the app to be extremely glitchy and frustrating and there are many poor aspects of the app that have not been fixed the last year or more I have been using the app (i.e. being constantly logged out). Even living a very active lifestyle it’s often hard for me to get enough points to cover the watch each month. If I hit my active goals for the week they’ll increase the number of days per week I have to hit the goal. Mine is often at 6 days/week which is kind of ridiculous. Even if it is not particularly difficult for me to hit the daily goal, rest is also important when living an active lifestyle. I think it’s problematic you cannot set these goals yourself. Basing how many calories I should be burning off of just my sex and weight is not a good standard. I think you should be allowed to set the calorie goal yourself or it should be based on exercise minutes instead. When I first started I wanted to give Aetna the benefit of the doubt since the app was still pretty new, but it has barely (if at all) improved since then. If I had known this app would be so difficult to work with I never would have signed up..Version: 1.8.6

Needs WorkI’ve had the app for about 4 months now and have managed to get around $25 in points. It would have been way more if I didn’t get my goal put at 7 days a week. I am pretty active and can usually hit my calorie goal for the day just going to class and work but 7 days a week is absurd. I quit using the app for awhile because I was tired of trying to hit that crazy goal and always failing. Also discouraged by the fact that you get the same amount of points for completing 3 days/ week goal as you do a 7 days/ week goal. Additionally I get so frustrated because my app will log me out at random times. I will have a really good week and go to check the app and it had logged me out at the end of last week. I don’t have time to check the app every day and make sure it is still logged in. I understand it may be a safety concern to let you stay logged in but that is also a necessity of the app (to see your activity 24/7). So I’ve definitely missed out on a lot of points because of this. Not to mention that it won’t let you save your info and log in with your face which would make the situation a little easier. I had high hopes but have ended up very disappointed. I am also discouraged seeing all of the reviews from the past saying the same thing as mine. Please listen to us and improve the app. Or stop marketing it as something that is ATTAIN-able..Version: 1.5.1
