✓ Not very user friendly- needs improvementUpdating profile is an uphill task. While complaints are responded to, the room & speed of improvement is limited due to poor customer care services for issues with the app itself. I have tried multiple times to switch my account from resident Pakistani to overseas and all my complaints are closed on pretext that I do not attend my contact number in Pakistan. I don’t how they expect me to do that while I am a British resident now. Can’t even switch account Cz customer services won’t help either. It’s so painful & disappointing..Version: 3.0.8

✓ Pension issueI have been given hard time by the national bank to draw my sick mother’s pension who is bedridden and advised restricted movement by doctors. Bank asked for medical certificate which was provided with the doctor’s sick note. But declined by bank. I complained on citizen portal and resolved the issue within one week. Really recommend this portal to everyone facing any issue. Don’t worry if you face some IT glitches keep trying and ultimately you will get there. I want to appreciate this great services. ✓ Powerful app to gets response fast against complaintsI raised a complaint about electricity phase missing, first directly at relevant department and it was like going to deaf ears. But then I installed this app and logged my complaint and also mentioned all the details about my complaints. As soon as I launched my complaint I could see it got assigned to chairman of relevant department and then he delegated it to correct department and then eventually got assigned to complaint manager. Issue was sorted in just three days. Best thing about the app is I could see where and who is my complaint with and any comment they added when delegating plus having date in it. I would say it’s a fantastic powerful tool where our voice and can heard and issue is addressed with SLA. This app works in a top to bottom approach which is what’s needed in developing countries..Version: 1.8
✓ Lovely Step By Govt But App CrashesIts a great initiative by the govt of Pakistan and issues actually get resolved here. But sometimes there are problems like the App Crashes. ✓ Great initiativeI would like to appreciate all of those involved in this idea if app. But I think still some things needs to be fixed. For example. Whole text should be shown when writing the feed back. As I can see right now when writing a review. When I click on any response from a chain of actions through the complaint process, it does pop up but takes time. It should be quicker..Version: 1.4
✓ Email verification does not work on main pop upThis is great step taken by the Pakistani government to provide a portal to it’s citizens. I am a Pakistani living abroad and cannot always go to a local government office to complain; therefore, this portal is very useful. So far, there are two problems with the iOS app that I have noticed: first, the email verification pop up on the main screen does not work. Each time I clicked on verify, the app closed. The work around was to go into menu and send verification from there. Second, the mobile number requires a fixed length of digits according to Pakistani mobile numbers and does not account for shorter mobile numbers from countries that use less than 10 digits. The workaround was to pad the end with zeros to help complete the registration. After registering, the app does not allow me to change my mobile 😕..Version: 3.0.8

✓ CrashingI have been using this app since a long time. But form previous few months it starts to crash randomly. First, it doesn’t allow me to login. ✓ Good portal for speedy resolution.But little bit problem here, which is that we submit our complaints, system forward our complaints to relevant person and the person have full rights to close our complaints or to drop it without our satisfaction, how the management will judge that the complaints which was submitted get resolved or not and the complainers are satisfied with the resolution or not. There should be a right reserved for users as well to reopen same complaints until get satisfactory answers or responses from the relevant organisations. ✓ Complain Closure OptionCitizen portal is good initiative for citizen to highlight issues faced by them or complains. Need to give closure option to citizen for make sure end user got solution or his complain solved with some days to close it or keep it open if not solved otherwise it close by itself if concern department saying they solved it, because some time concern department is saying they solve the issue but end user not getting solution of his complain so it will be better to give complain closure option to citizen or at least give them re opening option of following complain instead for them to again launch new complain which increase again the same process of going from first person to last for solution. ✓ Alam AhmadzaiI made a complaint through Pakistan citizens portal and the next day they have sent the police and took further details about my complaint which made me really happy but hasn’t been solved yet which is something that I’m not happy with very upsetting.Version: 2.1.6
✓ Review of portalI wrote my complaint on Dec 14th and received the response on Dec 21st. The system itself was efficient and allowing the user to track her complaint progress relieved alot of anxiety. However the final answer was incorrect and seemed to demonstrate that proper understanding of the issue was not undertaken. The end destination of the complaint has quality assurance issues. A statement was issued officially by the office which is totally incorrect. However the facility to follow up and add more and more corroborating evidence means at least it has been possible to identify the issue and focus needs to be on the final department. In the case of my complaint GHQ and ISI. Other than QA issues from the final office and team the rest of the process was user friendly and good. I appreciate this initiative to empower tax payers and citizens and to build a culture of service in our government institutions..Version: 3.2.1

✓ It's okay but unstableIt exits itself frequently, not stable at all. Although it's a step towards the right direction as otherwise our tax paid beaurucracy would eat us alive. But immediate improvements are needed. Once you the wire down all your complaint and press submit and puff... all is gone and you have to start again meeting the same fate yet again..Version: 3.0.8

✓ Application crashes on iPhone XSApplication crashes when I tap Open Complaints / Total Complaints. There is a spinner which suggest a network request is made, but then app just crashes. ✓ BugI have submitted a complaint and that got solved after 2 days but i can not see the remarks. I can go to track complaint option and then there i can see the answer they have given but i can only read “Thanks for contacting FBR. According to...” and thats it i can not read the whole remark that they have submitted. Im using this application on iPhone X IOS 12.0.1 and this is the problem im having. ✓ Tremendous increase in food itemsDear prime minster It is my humble request that you can control the unnatural increase in prices by by the traders of their own, is only because the price control committees are not in functional in any province. You should revamp this price control committees and each member be given the support of a RANGERS constable to monitor the markets on a daily basis,if you have to bring some new law do it. Also advertise on one or some or all TV channels ,the daily rates of essential commodities such as Ata,ghee,Chagall,Cheeni,aalo,piaz,timatar,hari mirach,so that the propaganda on TV FOR INCREASING of prices be controlled,because what we see on TV is not correct information,the people will know the actual daily prices in major cities as karachi,lahore,multan,Faisalabad,Islamabad,Peshawar and any one caught selling above the prices given on TV by concerned departments,should be punished severely without discrimination.
