✓ UselessThis app is only for show and non related to solving issues like other government employees it bounces the complaints from one office to other and result at the end is same as any office in Pakistan unless bribe given to get the legal work done but sadly it’s not taking any money otherwise it would deal with complaint straight away. I have made few complaints with proof against MNA who is robbing the people by taking money off the projects hence people are left stranded. This app is fraud and just provides automated messages. ✓ Useless AppThe App keeps getting hung. If a complaint is rectified it doesn’t even say that, it continues to say that it’s pending. Seems like no one is monitoring this App and seeing whether complaints are really being rectified or not. It is also far too complicated for an ordinary pakistani citizen to use. 60% illiteracy in this country so it’s quite a useless app. The new addition of Zainab Alert is also a waste of time and energy on behalf of the Govt. First a person has to download the citizens portal App then try to figure out where it says Zainab Alert. Zainab alert isn’t written anywhere. You have to click on the + sign and then it appears. After that you have a lengthy form to fill out. If your child is missing you think anyone will actualy do all of this or rather call an emergency number? The Govt has some very foolish advisors and is really out of sync with ground reality that it thinks that the citizens will actualy use this App..Version: 3.0.1

Almost all govt websites are broken with outdated information. You should look at fixing those too. It is embarrassing that wafaqi mohtasib website has a broken complaints link right on the main page and pakistan post’s customer service emails are returned undelivered. ✓ Unprofessional and another failureI am complaining on PMDU from London Uk against illegal occupation of my personal property and public properties near Agriculture University Peshawar since July 2021. Few SPs DSPs SHOs and ASIs are changed. Many decisions were documented by the police on PMDU but no professional investigation and documentation of the crime. So the grabbers keep changing as the government officials. I think serious brain drain from Pakistan or may be the authorities want to run this country on a jungle law(grab it if you can). Got power of attorney for my mother that was approved by the Embassy in Uk and head office in Islamabad as well as getting it attested by the district judge only to be told by post office in Mirpur/ Kalour Saieda and their Directorate that they will not accept as it’s generic. ✓ Corruption at its bestPakistan Citizen Portal has failed to provide me any relief. Pakistan Citizen Portal is passing my complaints to the one whom I complaint against. I complaint against Satti Gang and besides this you investigate this Gang, the member of this Gang Liaquat Satti, Sher Ahmed Satti, Touseef Satti, and Shaheen Satti as welll as Rawalpindi Police. Mine and my family's complaints are passed on to the same criminal for the preferred outcome. From CPO office to low level all are involved in this Fake Nikah nama, harassment, threats to kill, abuse and hacking. A moment of Shame for the Law & Justice in Pakistan. I live in the UK not Rawalpindi, so it makes more sense if Rawalpindi Police can advise their Gang member Satti to file cases against me in the court in the UK, but since I have already filed cases against him, he is hiding in Pakistan. The best he can do is what he is doing now with the help and support of Police. You need to investigate how this Document was prepared? who prepared it? whos addrress is used? when all this happen? Its shocking that I am married to him but I have no idea of when all this happened? and Police beside investigate it, are harassing my family in Pakistan. ✓ Publicity stunt of PTI - Not working out Citizens problemsHi i use this app for a while to make the government know about the issue which we have - From domestic to outside in public. But i feel ashamed to say it didn’t help me at all. When you submit a complain, App itself sends you scripted response and after 2,3 days it goes to processing and after that eithout giving me any answer the app itself choose the status of the application like partial relief granted and closed the apllication. ✓ Terrible implementation of the great idea proposed by the PM!A great initiative from the Prime Minister however i am sorry to point out I have not had a great experience using this system so far!! Announcements are sent via the system where links doesn’t even work; you would assume they are checked before publishing to citizens. 9/10 you find the system under maintenance where this should either be done over the weekend or during the unsocial hours. We have the best IT people in our country if you don’t hire the right people for the job how this great idea can be implemented???? I have launched a complaint in relation to the terrible kamyab jawan online application process. The system status suggest the complaint has been initiated and passed over to the Chairman. It’s been 10 days and I have not even been contacted by anyone. ✓ Does not work on Apple ProductsI have been trying to use this app on my iPhone and it’s keeps crashing and won’t let me submit my application but when I have used it on Samsung it works fine. This needs to be rectified so anyone can use it. I have a land dispute and I submitted my case this was just passed on and and on and on then I was told to call some one which never helped my situation and the case was closed without my permission. ✓ Error on first screenWhen I logon to the iOS application i get error message stating that I must update my information by January 2022 otherwise I would lose access to the application. But even when in January 2022 i tried to update my information on the app. The application didn’t allow me. I deleted the application from my iPhone and reinstalled still I got the same error message. This needs to be fixed. There needs to be a sign out button outside of this error message. Satti Gang a part of a criminal wing of Rawalpindi Police who was operating in the UK and Pakistan. Since UK has Law & Order and Liaquat was gripped, he escaped to Pakistan where he has prepared Fake Nikah nama, has been harassing and blackmailing our family and friends day and night with the help of Police in Rawalpindi. Police from the top CPO office to low level all are 100% part of this gang and is providing full support. We complaint against this Satti Gang and Police is forcing is to do Razi Nama (Begairut, Besharam, Zaleel log) and the outcome of all the complaints filed is prepared by Satti Gang. Police is disable and has no credibility. Its a Shame that this is how Overseas Pakistanis get treated in Pakistan. From now on we will not support Pakistan in any form. ✓ No action on my complaintI made a complaint on Citizen Portal in October 2019 about the High court of Sindh with the understanding that I will get some sort of response in 45 days but to no avail. I made a second complaint regarding the first complaint that no action has been taken. Rather than giving me an answer my second complaint was binned stating this is the same complaint. I then made a third complaint that was binned as well giving the same reason. My actual complaint was about my case in the High Court of Sindh. Some how it ended up on the table of Chief of Army staff and is sitting there for almost 4 months without any action. I personally feel that the army chief can’t do any thing in it as it is a civil litigation. (Though the property is in DHA Karachi) Please have some sensible people on the desk who handle the complaints so that it is moved / sent in the right direction.
