✓ For all struggling use the web addressThere’s a web based pass track portal, use it in Microsoft edge / chrome and then print the form when complete. There are a lot of boundary conditions the app won’t tell you which will crash your application every-time (ie phone numbers must be ten digit, tefsil drop down not popping up). Also it’s better to upload screenshots of documents as the file sizes are smaller and easier for the servers..Version: 3.5

✓ Can’t save informationI usually don’t criticise app performance but had to mention that each page of information you add when you add travel should be able to save page by page. Please fix this as it is super annoying when one has to add information about passport and NID number and it doesn’t save it . ✓ Doesn’t upload documentsNot just on the app but on the website too, I’ve tried to take a picture of the printed required documents (covid pass and negative PCR test results) but apparently the files are too big (over 2048 kilobytes), either compress it within the app or allow what the phone camera captures. I even tried to upload the pdf documents and they were definitely below that size. Honestly this is super stressful with my flight in less than 12 hours and I’m stuck as what to do, there isn’t even any support. Terrible buggy app that is unfortunately mandatory to use - I don’t know if I’ll be allowed to travel inbound to pakistan but I hope those are the airport can help..Version: 3.8

✓ Pass Track CircusAbsolute pile of crap, doesn’t allow you to enter arrival time defaults to the current time. You upload you picture and submit, it accepts the submission as successful but when you login there is no picture saved. The medical form to upload appears when it feels like it. I have never written a review but this app will test the patience of a saint. Obviously not written by a IT expert, probably written by a clown who is a relative or friend of the current circus which calls itself a Government, a shame I can’t give it 0 star..Version: 2.2

This is quite easily the worst app I have ever used, or should I say attempted to use, as registering and subsequently logging in is a task in itself with the app continuously crashing and failing to load in details. ✓ Worst App I have ever seen.The company who has created this app has not put the app through testing phase. Its not user friendly at all. Its loses information when you navigate through the pages, so i had to fill information over and over again. Camera is not focused to take pictures on passport. It took me 15 tries to hold passport and take picture in a way app accepts. Its cutting the half image after taking the picture. I cant find karachi in the list of the cities, because all the data is messed up. It should be at least in ascending order so i can go in K and look for karachi. On top when i found karachi it was showing me karachi north, karachi west etc. Thats total nonsense and than selecting tahseel showing unrelated list of areas. Difficulty in breating ? Spelling and grammatical errors making it more worse. Its a national level app, if a technical person like me cant use it. How does the general awaam suppose to use it ?.Version: 3.6
✓ FIX THE ARRIVAL DATE!!This app has really tested my patience! I was trying to fill this in for my mother. You cannot input the time of arrival, it doesnt register whatever time you put in and you cannot get help from anyone. At the airport no-one is able to help as its a Pakistan requirement therefore their app however you cant checkin unless you have submitted your details on the app! Such a stressful experience! For those struggling with the same issue, go to the website, login in, fill the form online and then login into app and it will pull through the info filled online! The third field on the registration page is labeled as ‘Phone’ and is a numeric field only but it expects users to enter their email.
