Amazing app!!!I used to work out two hours a day 6 days a week. I’ve only worked out a handful of times since December. That made things very discouraging and very challenging to get back into the gym or working out period. This app has helped me be Active every day! Even with only starting out for five minutes, I am slowly doing more and more and feeling better about myself. A little really goes a long way. Something is better than nothing, this app is so easy and so convenient my 9 yr old daughter even joins me it’s great time to have together, doing something healthy and having fun all in ten minutes! Love thisAs a busy woman, I love that I can do a 12 minute workout. I often feel tired and overwhelmed when I get home but these shorter workouts feel approachable. For not being very active this is also a great way to transition back into a healthier life style. My suggestion would be to have a calorie count on the meals you provide to allow for substitutions as needed (ie allergies, product availability) Also in regards to the meals a weekly shopping list that breaks down what you need for the week..Version: 2.9

Pretty Good, A Few SuggestionsThis app looks great! I just downloaded, & overall the material seems like exactly what I’m looking for. The only things I don’t like - I wish there was a setting to convert the water intake measurement into ounces, or choose the size of a “glass.” Also wish this app included a calorie tracker!! It isn’t realistic to expect people to match their meals exactly to the suggestions within the app, & I’d love to be able to keep track of the modifications I make to the meal plan without having to log into a whole different app. Otherwise though, the app looks great!!! Excellent except screen won’t rotate for iPadSo far I am loving this, the exercises are clearly demonstrated and there is the opportunity to pause and get into proper formation allowing you to feel confident you are doing the exercises right, at your speed. My only complaint is that the screen will not rotate to landscape on my iPad Pro and therefore I am always trying to proper it up somewhere to watch the work out..Version: 6.9

My only issue is that the daily workouts on my tablet are different than my IOS. so, my IOS has me completing no workouts when I’m using my tablet and vis-a-versa. Great just not accurateLove this workout and have been doing these daily for almost 2 months now. Just wish their time estimate was more precise or maybe best to just not show it. For instance I just completed one that it says should take about 20 minutes where as it took me about 60 and I consider myself pretty fit overall. I don’t know how anyone could complete 9 exercises, 3 times each which includes things like 30 jump squats, 3 times and lunge jumps 60, 3 times and 30 push-ups, 3 times and many more which will certainly take some time to complete. I hope this estimate on the app can either be removed as it’s very much off and is somewhat discouraging or estimated could be improved to something more realistic. I’ll keep on using it though as I signed up for 6 months and it’s a great way to have variety of workouts completed daily and the app is ocean put together well daily asking if the workout is good, too easy or too hard…it provides a base and it’s up to you how hard you want to push it. This is the best app I have found!It’s simple to use, the workouts are in three tiers and the video workouts make it feel like you are at the gym - goals, water tracking and meal tracking plus meal plans and recipes ( I use the recipes not the plans and love it) meals are keto, vegetarian and what ever you like. Great low impactLove the exercise and the availability of low impact options. The 30 day challenges are also amazing. Nice to have some quick options that focus on one spot. The only update I would make would be to have the 30 day challenges reset after you complete the 30 days. Just what I neededI am 53 and have arthritis but I still work out everyday. I get bored easily and find myself making no gains. Started this a few days ago and I LOVE it! Good workout routinesGood tailored workouts; the assessing quiz when you download the app works well to provide an effective workout routine that fits your specifications, especially with the feedback buttons you get shown at the end of a workout. It also provides warm up and cool down routines which a lot of fitness apps don’t; helpful in making sure you don’t injure yourself whilst working out. The only thing I would mention is that for the warm-up and cool-downs, there is no time between the stretches/exercises for you to get in position, but as these are provided during the main workout it isn't too much of an issue. The price does seem quite expensive, but I would say that it is worth the money, and intend to continue with my subscription beyond the free trial..Version: 6.2
