I wanted to test a cheap charging block I got from online retail overseas and wanted to see if it was really fast charging. It has 2 usb c “PD” ports and a “3.0” port and boast 40w. It always shows the same permanently fluctuating mA/h ranges from 1000 to 1400 mA/h when charging and from -550 to -600 m/Ah when discharging (unplugged), regardless how many apps are open or what screen brightness. The voltage also never changes. So I personally think it just creates randomly these values and this annoying clicking sound every second to let you believe it ich actually doing something. Those tests resulted in many varied but consistent results between the chargers, cords and phones.
