✓ Slightly better, still quite badAn improvement from previous app, the UI is slightly better, somewhat still has a web feeling (it shouldn’t). The app keeps logging you out after a few days which is quite infuriating, is not a banking app, I want to be logged in always so I can book my classes, it makes no sense! Also now I can’t even log back in, no error message, nothing, just spinner showing and dismissing. I honestly don’t know how this is passing any sort of QA.LuisLuchoGVersion: 2.0.4

✓ Love the gym, hate the appThis is the clunkiest app for the slickest gym I've ever encountered. Currently won't load on OS 16 for the upteenth time, so no classes can be booked. ✓ Bad booking processWhen you want to book a one off class it lets you pay for the class and looks like you have booked it with a swipe but doesn’t book you in- just gives you a pass for a class. ✓ No easy way to see my upcoming classesUseful app & I’m glad it exists. It really needs a screen where you can quickly see which classes you’ve signed up for. There seems to be no way of accessing your upcoming classes unless you go ahead and register for another class..Czg1783Version: 1.3.1

✓ Missing the basicsIt’s an exercise app but you can’t filter by class type, time or level. If I know I want to go to yoga but don’t know when don’t make me scroll through every class possible to find it. If I’m at work until the evening, let me filter by time slot. This is basic stuff. Addition of class history and filter by teacher is the one good thing. ✓ Painful app.Painful to use app which signs you out constantly, crashes and closes when trying to move forward to another day to book class and often books you into wrong classes. ✓ Full of bugsShowing cancelled classes in my streak. I think this just gave me an extra class but because it’s not showing cancelled classes there’s no way to cross check. Pleased to finally see filters by class type but such a pity they don’t work at all. Would be nice to dismiss notifications on main page but can’t. Really surprised not to see an update in App Store. ✓ A cosmetic upgrade but the fundamentals need workI love Blok as a gym but this app is so frustrating and I had high hopes for the upgrade. Unfortunately many things are even worse for example There seems to be no way to review a class anymore. This is not very good. Because it means the experience if I book this class through classpass is actually far better Which is an e-commerce crime. When you go to share feedback or help you need to input your password a Second time this suggests the app wasn’t really tested properly before release of the developers didn’t care how poorly it worked. It then opens a webpage which obscures the app then cannot be removed from the app viewYou have to shut down and reset the app. The old app used to allow you to filter by instructor and class type so that you could see your favourite class throughout the week. The new app has lost this functionality Which is extremely useful if you have a favourite class or instructor. Finally as a Manchester member it is frustrating that years since the name change Blok still uses a blokLondon webpage address in so many places. This is despite them owning blok.com and BlokMcr.com I’m not sure what the point of owning these webpages are if they are not going to use them. Please stop winding up proud Mancunians by making them log into a “London” website. Finally the app still seems to time out after a day or so. ✓ BlokTV website was great. The app is a disaster.469 on-demand workouts were available on the now defunct BlokTV website. Only 63 have made it to the app. Give us back the 406 ones that have disappeared! Adding insult to injury, some of the ones that have made it onto the new app have been hugely shortened : of the 44 so brilliant barre workouts, only 14 remain and all of them have been reduced from 40-45’ to a max of 20’ and arbitrarily edited making them useless. They are also wrongly titled : « the leg and core workout » is in fact an exclusively « arms » one. It seems that the developers have reduced the initial Bloktv content without fitness and training in mind. The app is fancy looking but the selection of training videos is incredibly poor.
