✓ Terrible app and terrible serviceThe app doesn’t work. Takes a yearly amount off your credit card when you sign up. App cuts you off at five minute intervals. That was very important where I just spent $2500 to get confirmation from my bank and for my credit builder company where I just paid off collections and I had my account and routing number and now I do not know where that recording went and I put down a five star rating and now I’m putting that I want to start writing because I cannot find my recording and this could’ve went to anybody, I do not trust this app, and it will be deleted off my phone, and I suggest anybody using this app to delete it, and there’s no way to get any to even find a recording, I use this for business purposes, to consolidate my debt and make sure it was paid in full and now I have no proof if they are trying to screw me out of a extra payment and this app just probably cost me 2,500$ shame smh..Version: 2.14.0

Spent over an hour on the phone speaking confidently thinking I’d get the full recording. When I hung up, the app said that they could not record because I did not merge the calls. Now mind you I absolutely DID MERGE the call, so much so that the full call history with the number they asked me to reach is in my call log. Their stupid app simply crashed on me and used a regular excuse message to justify it. I will never ever EVER use this app. The cost of me missing out on this call is incommensurable.
