✓ ComplainI downloaded the app and subscribe on it through my Apple balance then it is saying no subscription after they have deduct money from my iTunes account.Version: 2.2.1
✓ DOES NOT WORKI initially purchased their annual subscription of $89.99 to text clients about appointments etc (I’m a hairstylist). And suddenly the app stopped working. After reaching out to support it looks like they’re no longer continuing this service and will be getting rid of the app. DO NOT PURCHASE! It’ll be a waste of your money..Version: 2.10

✓ Lost moneyI feel scammed, to be honest. I downloaded the app and tried to sign up with my email and it never sent me an email verification. I clicked I did not receive one and it said my email was banned my the administrator for odd activity? So I tried to sign up with my Apple account and made the account and bought the monthly subscription. It then kicked me out after I selected my phone number and said my account was banned again. I then went in a canceled the subscription but was still billed for the month of subscription I can even access. Very crappy..Version: 2.2.1

✓ Possibly a scam?This app was lacking in many areas. The design is poor. It is hard to set up contacts or bring them over from your personal contact list. The final straw was the business registration which does not work and caused me to be unable to receive calls on my number meaning clients have been unable to reach me. I tried for weeks to get assistance from customer service and never got anything more than a form letter email response. Are they just collecting business information and no longer providing a service? Anyway, don’t waste your money..Version: 2.12.0

✓ Terrible customer serviceBeen trying for three days to get a response and help on why my messages are not being delivered. I use this number for my customers and it’s really difficult when my customers cannot get a hold of me and I cannot get a hold of them. I did the verification process like they said I have still not heard anything back from that in a week and a half and right now I have no way of getting hold of my customers. ✓ “In Review” for MONTHS while payingMy number has been in review for months and I was told “it’s a known isssue” and that they have “no timeline” to fix it. But I’m still being charged monthly still. I get messages but nobody gets my response even though it looks like it went through. I’m going to Apple next to complain direct. ✓ Wont send pics and sometimes will not receive messagesIm very very unhappy with this app and will be discontinuing my subscription once i get my numbers switched. But its very iffy on swnding pics or even sending or receiving regular messages. Their Burner app on the other hand works well. But this one needs alot of work. They need to also make it so we can have more than one phone number. Also, i do not like that u cannot go to a call log on the app to message a number that called the app. I have to go into my regular phone call log, get tye number and go back to the app to text it off that number. That most definitely needs fixed. I may try it again sometime down the road, but its getting deleted for now..Version: 1.9.8
✓ Terrible app and no supportWe downloaded this app and set it up for my business a year ago. The app never functioned well and calls and texts would show up days later or be missed altogether. We stuck with Dialed because support seemed apologetic and we were already set up with Dialed. Last week I found out my client tried to call 3 times and couldn’t call me. My wife and I confirmed I can’t receive or send calls or texts through Dialed. I have a receipt our bill was paid on Sept 30th and the issue started a October 5th. I don’t know if it’s a bug or if they disabled my account. I have tried emailing 7 times since last Thursday (4 business days) and haven’t gotten a single reply. I would NEVER Recommend anyone use this terrible app and company for their business..Version: 2.11

Won’t let me log back inI purchased the 9.99 subscription for monthly to try this app and now it won’t even let me pick my phone number it just logged me out and won’t let me back in. ✓ Would not recommendDo not use this app if you’re a salon business owner. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve lost contacts, messages, messages haven’t sent, or I open a message thread with a client and the screen is just black with no way to see what they’ve said. You also can’t send full pictures, it crops it to a square so if you’re sending someone a picture of their hair, you better make sure it can fit in an IG post square. You also can’t send videos or send more than one picture at a time so when clients send me their current hair and inspo pics they have to send separately which is such a nuisance. The only reason I haven’t switched is because I don’t want to change my phone number but I’ll probably just get a separate line with my phone plan and see if I can transfer the number. ✓ Do not use this app for your businessI’ve been open almost 2 years in business and have used this app since I opened. I’m lucky if it works half the time! I never receive notifications so I’m responding to clients late and it seems outbound texts NEVER send. I’ve reported this issue to dialed and all they ever say is they’re working on it and to contact Apple if I want a refund. Not to mentioned I paid for a yearly subscription in June of last year and they just charged me for a monthly subscription in January this year. Apple isn’t sure if my yearly subscription can still even be honored. Very disappointed. Do not use this app..Version: 2.12.0

✓ DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR BUSINESSI originally loved this app as it had all the features I wanted for my business. Since downloading I’ve had issue after issue of not receiving messages or my messages not sending. For over two months, I haven’t been able to send messages and there has been no resolution. I have asked many times for my port out Pin so I can use the same number with my current cell phone carrier and it has been impossible for someone to respond with that information. I would never recommend this app to anyone as the customer service is lacking and there is no way to contact the company directly. Don’t waste your money on this app like I have. ✓ Ported out✌️I’ve been using the dialed app now for two years and it’s hit or miss. I am small salon and I’ve been using this as my business line. You cannot send any videos, and the photos are cropped so you better be sure what you want your client to see will fit into an IG size square. Sometimes I or my client would not see responses, just black screens. I did enjoy the auto response feature. I was OK with some of the glitchy features because of the price point for a yearly subscription. However, now that it wants business information registration to let me use the app that is a no go for me. I don’t feel safe giving that information to an app. I really did not want to lose my number and luckily I was able to port it to AT&T. Customer service for dialed is usually through email only and takes several days but they are helpful when you can get a hold of them..Version: 2.12.0
