✓ Working but needs improvementsNeeds to highlight new messages so it’s easier to notice unread messages, would love for it to be iwatch compatible, a bit glitchy and sometimes not so smooth.Version: 1.9.4
✓ UPDATE: Support Team Top NotchNot sure if my other review will show up or not, I expected just to update it but I don’t see it. My initial experience wasn’t great, as the app was not working and wouldn’t even let me login. I reached out to the support team immediately, and within two hours they pushed an update through and fixed whatever “bug” that was causing the challenge. Once I logged in, everything functioned properly, got my number, and now testing. Really hoping this app will be the one, for years to come. SO… not a great start, app-wise, HOWEVER, the support team showed up strong and fast and has given me hope that any tech challenges will be addressed and resolved quickly. 💪.Version: 2.1.4
✓ Very helpful; shows a lot of promiseNeeded a temporary second phone number in a pinch for my business, getting Dialed was much easier than signing up for a new number from a telecom. Already have devices so as soon as the number was picked - boom off to the races sending out texts to coordinate with customers. Threaded inbox makes life easy with voicemail transcription too. Only thing, sometimes messages don’t show up in inbox until either a reply is received or a duplicate message is sent in error. I would also like the ability to save draft messages somehow, so team members can store the default messages (copying message is blocked by phone numbers in messages). Other than that it is a fantastic tool..Version: 1.9.0
