✓ Good food, lousy app.The app won’t let me enter my address, so it’s pretty much worthless to me. But try the pizza!.Version: 1.0.8
✓ Functional most of the time, buggy.The rewards do not properly work a lot of the time. It’s very difficult to redeem them and right now it seems impossible (2/14/2021.) furthermore, my store closed early because of a holiday, but the app still let me order and charged me. ✓ Beware!!! No free pizza with the appCalled before placing the order - no assistance. Literally. The person on the phone said - “I don’t know how to use the app”. Placed my order with the app. Get no coupons or emails. Add the option that show up at the app to my order. Order number #63 Fort Lauderdale. Coupon has not been applied. Called to confirm my order. Customer service on phone was absolutely not helpful and said that I have to choose a small pizza, continue to order and add a coupon from an email (that I never get) to get advertised promotion. No any words that the representative would like to help or any way to solve the situation. Done everything that customer would never get it. ✓ Great food but glitchy appI really enjoy Stoner’s Pizza, but this app has given me a headache. I have tried on several occasions to redeem offers/coupons in the app with no success. It keeps giving me an error message saying “Price Calculation Failed” and it’s takes $0.00 off of my total. I currently have two rewards on my account that I can’t use. Very sad..Version: 1.0.2

✓ Good pizza bad cookiesWe like Stoners and order regularly. Normally we just get pizza which is always good. Tonight we got a family deal with pizza, wings, cookies, and soda. Pizza was good as usual. Wings were ok, but the dry rub are rather flavorless. The reason for the ratings loss is the cookies. Literally raw in the middle. I like a nice soft chocolate chip cookie but these were borderline on the salmonella front. Still recommend the place, but maybe get dessert elsewhere.Version: 2.0.8

✓ HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE !!!Ive been ordering from you guys about a year now and every single time I tip me and my husband and the drivers are nice also.I ordered two large pizzas on October 13 for me and my family I paid my total as soon as he brought the pizza to my door he was very rude he said a couple things underneath his breath and not getting tipped for his act while walking away and he sped off and almost hit fellow neighbor while he was walking his dog. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE SHOULD BE FIRED!!! Iam NOT HAPPY AT ALL !! On top of it all my pizza wasn’t even hot at all!!.Version: 1.0.8
