✓ Sketchy PromotionsIm not one to make reviews often but I just could hold back on this one. The way this app handles its promotions is nothing short of a scam. They emailed me telling me I had a $200 reload bonus meaning if i deposited $200 i got $200. I used the collective $400 for a bet and come to find that i couldnt withdraw any of the bonus bet portion of the winnings unless I made $2000 collectively. Of course I eventually lost and they made off with my $200 easy. I have never encountered a sportsbook that does this crap and I will never be using this app again. ✓ Terrible customer service and overall the servers are terribleI talked to someone from named Scott who was at the Jason Aldean concert and he told me the app was great and then it started not too work and took the 25$ out of my account and did not credit it to my account at all!!! He all of a sudden got rude and tried to force money out of me that I had to pay him in cash and he will credit my account later! FRAUDULENT APP EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE IS NOT REPUTABLE DONT TRUST THIS APP OR PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE!!!.Lancesu1Version: 1.0.1

✓ Very Mediocre Experience and Bad AppOverall I have been very unimpressed with BetAmerica. The app has a ton of bugs, where it constantly crashes, logs you out, or gives error messages. None of the bonuses they promised were added automatically, so I had to contact support each time to get them activated (and the promos are way worse than other sportsbooks). There is honestly not a single thing that this Sportsbook app does well - do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I wish I had.TravisMeyVersion: 1.1.0

✓ Constant Geolocation issuesThis app is great if you love logging in every 2 minutes. And the password requirement requires all sorts of numbers and characters. App is goofy. You’ll successfully log in, go to place a bet and you can’t actually place it because, would you know, you’ve been somehow logged out. This happens all the time. And good luck placing live wagers. You’ll have a “geolocation” icon spinning endlessly - with no indication if there is a holdup, an actual geolocation issue, or if the thing froze. And all of the above is with good cellular service AND WiFi on - which i normally keep off but put it on just so I can place a wager using this goofy app. And you can’t even use your desktop connected to LAN. They have you download some geolocation program that runs in the background and it doesn’t work. So I have to do all my wagering from my cell phone instead of at a computer like a normal person would be able to do all of his computing at. CONSTANTLY geolocation issues while out of the house - again - expect to log in literally 5 times in 5 minutes as this stupid app has issues locating you. I have no issues with other betting apps - just this one. I will not be returning. I don’t need a headache..ThelaibonVersion: 1.1.0

✓ Decent promos—terrible appThe app is beyond glitchy and it appears they don’t update it frequently. Constant issues with geolocation even with WiFi and Bluetooth connected. Also logs you out for no reason. Wish they would get around to fixing it. Until then use draftkings or fanduel for a better experience..Danr6157Version: 1.1.0
