✓ Easy and good startThis app is easy for meditation beginners and people who want easy access. I use this app for a long time now and it has helped me process a lot of challenges. My all time favourite is the ‘Surrender’ meditation. It was the most challenging one at the start but now it is the place where I find myself when I feel lost. 🙏🏽.Version: 1.0

✓ Simplicity = perfectionThis is honestly perfect, minus my absolute favorite one being taken away. The sleep meditation that had a picture of the sleeping baby was too good. Put me right to sleep. Like, never even made it through the whole meditation. Then one day, just gone. Now I use the Deep Relaxation one. I need more with that guy’s voice, sooooooo soothing. I’m still put to sleep by that one, but sometimes I have to listen to it twice. All in all though, it’s a must for me..Version: 1.0
