✓ Save yourself the moneyThe app is a massive let down. Constantly scanning to find products aren’t on there. Even products that are well known to be vegan aren’t always on there. Not worth the money. Oh and if you make a comment trying to help someone on Facebook, you have the honour of being publicly “put in place” by the app developer. What a professional. I will definitely leave my feedback everywhere NOW. On every post. On every website. *deletes letdown of an app*.Your facebook "friend"Version: 3.50

✓ Terrible companyThey act like the authority on Veganism. And if anyone speaks up or criticises them back they block them from their Facebook page. I can guarantee I’ve been vegan longer than them. Shame I gave my money to them via this app when it doesn’t really break any ground. If Impossible burgers aren’t vegan, than neither is anything made by Nestle, Coca Cola, Pepsi co etc or shopping in a Woolies or Coles store would be either. Avoid.Borgy88Version: 7.41

✓ Don’t bother - when I couldn’t locate products... they wroteWe have over 100,000 products, and we add more every day but we will never have every product in the app. There will always be products that we have not come across before. If you have a product that is not in the app that you would like us to verify for your, just send us a message here with photos of the front, barcode and ingredients for the product and we can get it verified😀 I wrote... Great so I’ll do your work for you AND I had to pay for the App sorry very disappointed they wrote... Well I am sorry you feel that way. We have the largest database of verified products in Australia. I personally spend 18 hours per day, 7 days per week and have personally spent over $800,000 developing the app and adding products to the app over the past three years.We don’t rely on crowd sourcing for products, it is just a service we offer for our app users for when they come across products not yet in the database. ✓ Horrible support team.I have been a long time user of this app and have found it useful (when it actually has the item in the data base) but after contacting The Fussy Vegan via Facebook with a clarification question about a new product I was abruptly blocked from their page. No response or reason for their action. Very disappointed. If I hadn’t had this app for several years I would get my money back. Edit: I have followed the fussy vegan on Facebook for almost as long as I have had this application and have seen the team answer product question on their posts..FlickygirlVersion: 7.58

✓ Owners bully companies out of itThe idea behind the app is great but the owners of the app constantly bully companies and people online who disagree with their opinions of what is “vegan” and are constantly on a power trip.
