What is Pure Synth® Platinum? Description of Pure Synth® Platinum 3906 chars

Pure Synth® Platinum is NOW FREE!!! It has evolved into one of the only Virtual Instrument Players on iOS and has emerged as the only substitute for your Rompler/Synth needs. All engines are fully capable as a romper, synthesizer, and wavetable mangler. We have a simple automation and modulation system where you simply touch+hold on any parameter and it will learn your MIDI CC commands and you can assign modulations to any parameter, including the effects. Our synth also includes all of the VKFX Suite from Overloud™ and we are always adding new effects that we add free from within the app such as the new effects below:

Virtual IAP Expansion Setup

Everyone remembers the famous samplers that we love with branded expansions and the unlimited ability to expand. Now that Pure Synth® Platinum is a free download, you can pick and choose which expansions you want to use. Freely purchase any expansion and most of them don’t require other expansions in order to run. We have plans for many more expansions and with our ability to store samples on external drives, your iOS device becomes the one stop shop for all things samples and synthesis. Not only can we add new sounds, but new features, such as the ability to load in your own wavetables or load in your own sounds in the future.

✓ Strong where the competition is weakI bought this in the Amun’s 2019 intro promotion. Quite frankly, the first time I ran it, it drove me crazy (2019 iPad Air) with glitches and dropouts on some sounds. Then I closed a bunch of other programs and it ran fine. Prior to this, my main source for romper sounds have been SampleTank, GarageBand, and KORG M1. Pure synth offers a lot more variety in the piano and orchestral categories especially. It is much better for synth sounds than M1 as it has portamento. Pure Synth does not have drums or percussion as of now., but my other instruments cover that pretty well..Least significant digitVersion: 2.3.1

✗ Great sounds, but doesn't display correctly on iPad Pro 11inOccupies the whole screen area, but for some reason fails to fit it all in, despite tons of available real estate. Without the keyboard displayed (ie just the knobs) you have to scroll up about a centimetre to fit the bottom row of knobs in - and even that is a jerky process. I just don't get it... But, if this is fixed (and preferably the interface rearranged/redesigned), I will probably/hopefully make this 5 stars..SlowcattyVersion: 2.3.2
