✓ Can't see or control backed up photosI downloaded this app to, as implied, store photos short term. I allowed it access to all my photos, and before I could realize what was happening, it started backing up all my photos without giving me any control of what was to be stored and what left alone. To try to control it, I gave the app access to only some of my photos, the ones I wanted backed up, and then I couldn't see any of the photos that the app had already backed up. I went to return to the app after I had deleted my photo library from my phone (why I was looking for cloud storage in the first place) AND I STILL CAN'T SEE ANY OF THE PHOTOS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SAVED! It says I'm using 1.3 gbs, so I know s something is there, but it is really just annoying as heck. Overall, this is a solid 1 star experience..Version: 1.6.31
✓ ProblemI have a iPhone SE 2nd gen. Was excited about getting this app because I am part of the cricket family and want to use all the benefits that cricket has thoughtfully provided to its customers and its part of what makes us so loyal to stay with cricket. My problem is I downloaded it and then all of a sudden when I try to sign up I can’t type my phone number because it won’t let me click in the text box to type, it has a big gray type phone number here sign over the top of the text box and it won’t let me type my number. ✓ Just for the person name in the account?My husband and I have had cricket for a few years now, can’t complain! Now with this offer of the 150gb cloud storage is it just for him or for the both of us because his name is in the account and not mine! ✓ Deleted all my photosI’ve had this app for 2 years and have used it to back up all my photos and i’ve never had an issue with that. Yesterday I go to open the app and i’m logged out and when i’m logged back in, all my photos prior to January 2023 are GONE. I’m devastated. I had over 15,000 photos and they’re just disappeared. ✓ Poor Customer SupportThe app itself works okay. I have over 100 Gb of photos and videos saved. My issue is that one day the app switched me from the unlimited storage plan that I have thanks to cricket protect plus to the free 2 Gb plan. And now I can’t upload any more photos because I’ve exceeded my limit. Been on the phone with both Cricket and Asurion and they both can’t fix the issue. They just transfer me from one company to the other. Literally tried 10 separate times..Version: 1.6.71

✓ Slow loadingI like having extra storage but if it won’t load my saved photos to view them, it’s like not having the storage to begin with. I downloaded my photos and it prompts you to free up space on your actual phone but then when I go to view these photos in this app, it is extremely slow and doesn’t load hardly any of the photos to view them.
