✓ Canceled before trial ended and still charged + app freezesI terminated my subscription before the trial ended, yet I was still charged $39. The reason for cancelation was persistent issues with the app freezing, particularly at the "Can't find what you're looking for? Tap to allow access to all photos" stage. Despite multiple attempts of deleting and reinstalling, the app remained unresponsive. Even after successfully entering the app, utilizing the AI feature caused the app to freeze again, with no "next steps" buttons visible, prompting me to delete and reinstall once more. These issues persisted from the free trial and ultimately led to my decision to cancel, and I sought a refund from Apple due to the inability to use the app effectively..Glittery09Version: 2.1.0

✓ Not very powerfulThere are many websites and apps that do generative AI for free or almost free. Not sure what the value add here is, but not very good. Update, based on developer response: The models are not “more advanced” as a developer claims… the problem is, their model would need to take multiple user photos and retrain (which is expensive) so cheaper route is just to generalize. I wasn’t even an hour into my free trial when they tried to charge my Apple account and then it froze my Apple account I had to report this company for fraud. None of the photos work I couldn’t upload or download photos. This app is not good. The customer service is not there. I wrote them on multiple occasions. I never heard back from them. ✓ BEWARE - Do not download. They stole my moneyThey stole my money. I was going to test the app and signed up for a free trial. It told me I would not be charged that day and that the trial would be up in a certain time at which time I’d be charged full price. I accepted the trial. And a second later they charged me the full price and it was on my bank statement. I was appalled. I saw a message that told me I was not going to be charged the full price and that I was accepting a trial. And it was a complete lie. I feel violated like I was robbed. I complained and sent an email—no response. I reported it to Apple, no response. My next step is reporting to the FTC to see if I can get a charge back since I am a consumer who experienced false advertisement. Stay away from the app. Don’t download. The creators made no attempt to fix the issue or refund my money for lying about a free trial. Despicable. If they did refund me, I wouldn’t have to write a review about my negative experience.
