✓ Software issues.The watch itself is stunning and for the most part it woks as you’d expect. However there are a few issues with simple tasks like updating software etc. the updates are shown available and when clicked are stuck forever “pending”. I’m on day 2 of waiting to update the software and apps and there appears now way of actually finishing the updates. I’ve tried restarting the watch, restarting the phone apps and nothing. It’s a shame because as a smart watch this doesn’t seem to “smart”..Version: 1.6.2

✓ Best GPS watch for golfI’ve tried many smart watches and none had GPS that also had a descent golf app. That is GPS in the watch not the phone app. I can use this watch with many different coloured bands and watch faces daily. As well as wear it for golf! The golf app is really easy and very accurate distances. The 3D screen is easy to see and can yea I my shots/distances. I’d highly recommend this watch as an everyday watch and definitely for golf..Version: 1.5.0
✓ Better than I expectedI am a loyal apple user. I never really loved the watch as it looked like an iPhone instead of a watch. This Tag Watch and app is incredible. The golf app is great. The workout app is very good. All around very satisfied..Version: 1.0.4

✓ NiceI was getting connection issues when I first used this watch & app last March but are now fixed since. The app is not perfect but gets the job done based on my needs and use. My only “complaint” is that I cant get Mario theme/faces and that we dont get new watch faces regularly and had to rely on third party apps (which i do not prefer). Overall I am happy with the watch and app, and hoping that we could get new watch faces every now and then. Give us Mario faces!!.Version: 2.1.2

✓ More TAG Watch faces NEEDEDI’ve read many of the reviews and most mention about the depth of detail and also the amount of faces. I think for the brand the face range is limited. They’re should be far more faces being developed and far more being offered in updates for the amount the watch costs. Why don’t you release a Monaco face Gulf etc or more that are in tune with 2021?? The appearance makes the watch so I would definitely focus on this area..Version: 1.1.2

✓ Great improvementsI had originally posted that the app was very buggy, but I’m pleased to report that a good majority of the bugs have been addressed. Battery life seems to have increased with the updates and a bedtime mode has allowed the screen to be off while on the charger. There are great new watch faces as well! ✓ PerfectionI love detail. It expresses the degree to which a company cares about their reputation. The level of detail in the presentation of the Tag Heuer Connected watch is perfect. Of course if the actual watch itself was lacking no amount of presentation could make up for a lacklustre product. So far I am not disappointed..Version: 1.0.4

✓ Watch Great, so was the app before updateThe watch is great, you get what you pay for. The App was great and I’m not sure if it’s my particular watch or the recent update - but after every full charge all of the settings are reset. Not the end of the world but getting annoying, going back it to toggle everything they way I need so the battery will last at least a day..Version: 2.0.3

✓ New lens watch face…E3 versionSo after the new lens watch face was reinforced the E3 spent a day trying to get to work, rebooting watch and iPhone just 3 dots.. then next morning guess what it worked 😵💫 and is actually quite good.. I like this watch but I’m afraid it’s no where as slick as the Apple Watch.. but it does look better..! ✓ Surpassed expectations but room for improvementI’ve had the sports watch for just over a week and absolutely love it. The watch is a dream and the App is pretty good too. However, there are a few improvements that would make the App and watch software even better. I’m a regular user of the Sports app, and it’s a bit clunky if you step outside of the core list of sports e.g. weight training, Yoga, indoor cycling etc. These can be recorded under Fitness but you get very little insight on the session. The Swimming function is good but doesn’t record kick board sets which, as they are one of the toughest routines, is frustrating. Nevertheless, I love this watch and will never go back to the Apple product!.Version: 2.2.5

✓ Missing HeliosYou announced new watch face and it doesn’t exist in 1.0.4. It is the first of July. And no update yet... I have downloaded the latest watch face and here is the feedback. Helios as a design is ok, the functions are very nice and handy. What is really very good in this release are the new varieties of colour in orbit, timekeeping, heuer1 and carbon. They needed a bit of liveliness by mixing colours in the new set. The app is not consistent with the new variation of colours in the old 4 watch faces. I found out if choose for example the old red in timekeeping for example the app reflects the change, but if choose a new colour, it doesn’t that on the phone app. Which means that i can’t choose or change to any new colour you added because they are not added to the phone app. Till you fix that issue, my score will be 3 Timekeeping new colours are still not reflected on phone..Version: 1.0.4
