✓ GarbageFor a company like this to launch a connected product and have it perform so poorly is truly disappointing. I purchased the golf edition watch which they claim connects seamlessly to Apple Health/Fitness and it does not at all. Not only does it not transfer data, but the watch does not come close to capturing the correct amount of time, steps, distance and calories while using. Also, the fact that you have to download 4 different Google apps to even make an attempt to get this to work is an absolute joke. Come on Tag, you are supposed to be a top brand. If you want to be in the connected market build an app that works for the iPhone and stop relying/blaming it on Google, Strava, etc. I have reached out to customer service and have heard nothing back. If you want your connected watch and app to work with Apple, look somewhere else. Tag is lost. I am so disappointed. Tag should be embarrassed to put their name on this..Version: 1.5.0

✓ E40 ConnectedI’ve had multiple issues with all the TAG Connected watches I’ve owned. Watch freezing, fitness apps not working correctly, watch not charging, leather band wearing out in 18 months. Battery life is terrible when using fitness apps. Multiple repairs done by TAG Maisons. Watch face options are improving and overall is a nice watch to wear with very clear graphics. I also own a TAG Carrera Formula 1 which is a good watch..Version: 2.1.2

✓ Disappointing and bod customer serviceBought the watch due to the NFT verification and integration which seemed innovative but it has a ton of bugs. Everytime I use the sports app it messes up the NFT watch face and the motion spinning particles stop spinning for good whenever the watch face gets activated. Customer services and technical support have no clue of how this is happening and no clue when they'll have an update to fix this. I wanted to return the watch but CS says they can't take the watch because of a SW bug even though the whole selling point on the watch is this NFT integration which is NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. I own several Tag Heuer watches and this is the 1st time I'm dissapointed with both the product and the service..Version: 1.6.4

✓ Limited functions. Requires Google apps.Buying Tag Heuer Connected was huge mistake. Watch is beautiful, but software and hardware are worse than cheap android smart watch. Both watch and app were constantly disconnecting and crashing. Not to mention that this so called iphone app will not work on your iPhone unless you allow it to install Google Wear app and bunch of other Google Apps, because Tag Heuer Connected is nothing else but Android watch. And even then the watch will not do basic functions like showing text messages notifications. No kidding. No text messages. I called TH and I was told this is android only feature that does not work on iPhone. I sent the watch back, and I'm sticking to my apple watch..Version: 1.0.6
✓ Buyer bewareI will never buy a Tag watch again, let alone their connected version. I have owned two of their mechanical watches previously and was a big fan of the brand. That all ended when I had an issue with my connected watch and they refused a warranty repair (even inside the warranty period). They claimed I had abused the watch when in fact all I have done is used it as a Sportswatch a.k.a. its intended purpose. I now on a Garmin Fenix 5 and can confidently say the Tag does not even compare. If you are looking for a true Sportswatch look elsewhere as this is not one!.Version: 1.0.4
✓ Lack of decent user control.Interesting watch faces. Once the watch goes into sleep (energy saving), those faces look very basic and simple. It would be awesome for users to have some level of control what happenes when the watch goes into power saving state. ✓ Poor Performance!!!I own the golf edition connected watch and I use it in conjunction with the app.I have been using it for 10 months. So far I am very disappointed in the performance both of the watch and the Golf app. First of all the yardages given by the watch on the golf course are wildly inaccurate. Sometimes they are as much as 20 to 30 yards off. I know this because I have checked it many times with a laser rangefinder. The second issue I am having is that the date displayed on the watch is always a day earlier than it actually is. The only remedy for this is to restart the watch-Setting the watch to automatic date and time does not work. I will repeat what I have seen as a common thread throughout these reviews. A $3000 watch that is marketed as a golf rangefinder should offer exquisite performance and accurate distances.You can get a Garmin golf watch for about 10% of the price for the Tag that works perfectly..Version: 1.6.3

✓ The tag golf watch and app.The watch face selection is very nice , lots to choose from and customize. The golf gps portion is absolutely horrible. It takes an extended amount of time to figure where you are. The watch never stays connected to the phone it’s constantly saying reopen wear iOS. Cmon 3 apps must be installed and opened to get your golf gps watch to accurately tell you how far away the hole is. That is when it decides it wants to stay connected to the gps and your phone. The price I paid for the tag connected golf edition is definitely not worth it. Get a cheap garmin!.Version: 2.2.2
✓ Not for tracking sports sessions1 star if you want this watch to track your sports sessions. 4 stars if you want it for Watchfaces. 4.5 stars for looks and overall quality. ZERO stars for Updates to Make this watch a True Sports watch for tracking sport, it works and will track your session but extremely basic. EDIT after Developer Response......I have sent feedback via the App Settings a very long time ago before my review here. The only thing that was fixed is the ability to delete sports sessions when not needed. Improved maps ? Well, that’s your opinion. ✓ Terrible technology Synchronisation to iOSThe integration from iOS to the watch via the wear OS is terrible. I’ve have spent all day, linking to Bluetooth, updating the app, phone etc. Trying to get the Tag app to link fully to the watch. Fairly simply you came get the watch to get messages, and news etc to link. Try changing the watch face with the Apps! It’s just terrible. As I say, spent a whole day trying to make the software sync correctly. I gave up in the end, deciding that the watch is going back. A day of wearing the watch (annoying me that the twist arm to see the watch light up feature wasn’t working) I dived into the app to try and find out why that had now stopped working. Only to find that I could now update the watch faces. And it updates in seconds. In short, terrible app and system. Watch is ok at best. From someone 2 days in owning a watch..Version: 1.0.6
✓ Upgraded to WearOS3. Can’t use Google PayI was happily using my Calibre E4 running WearOS2 to pay for things. Then I upgraded to WearOS3 this week. The upgrade requires wiping the watch and setting it up again. In itself that’s no big deal. However, now there is no way I can find to add my card(s) back on my watch. After paying a not small amount money for this watch I expect better from Tag. There were no indications that this would be an issue prior to upgrading the watch. As a consumer I don’t care whether this is a google issue or a Tag issue. It would be good for it to be fixed and just work (like it used to).Version: 2.0.3

✓ Full of bugsFull of bugs which I have reported to customer service but never addressed. Lately, the watch shows heart and steps reading in the future. As in it is 5am and the watch displays some readings for 11am which has not happened yet. Also watch faces keep “loading” forever on the app. Very disappointed. ✓ Unresolved connectivity problemsDespite having opened a case for several weeks with TAG Heuer Connected technical support, and having a couple of one-hour long phone calls with them, they still can’t fix my connectivity problem. I am very frustrated with random connectivity issues on my new smartwatch. 75% of the time that I use Google Assistant, Maps or Translate, in my wear os watch (TAG Heuer connected 2020) it doesn’t connect to internet and gets an error message like "can’t reach google at the moment". It happens with or without WiFi available. The watch is always connected to Bluetooth, the broken cloud is never present. When I go to connectivity and select WiFi, it’s never connected, it says “last used” and then connects and apps work for a few seconds and then it happens again. Something weird is that Google Play Store always works and get connected without issues, I can even use it as workaround, opening first google Play Store and immediately open Google Assistant, Maps or Translate and they will work for a few seconds before disconnection happens. Another thing I noticed is that whenever Google Assistant works, if I keep asking questions continually, it works well as long as I don’t wait. If I wait just a few seconds after it responded, looks like the connection timeouts and it doesn’t work again for several attempts. The same with Google Translate or Maps. Manuel.Version: 1.0.4

✓ Temperamental and no longer works for E3This app has always frustrated me. I have the Calibre E3 and whilst the app connects, it’s so slow to update. The heart rate data in the activities is often showing different to the Home Screen (which is really odd) but with the latest update my watch connects and receives data, but the wellness info including steps won’t update in the app. Activities transfer but no core data just shows zero calories and steps. My 10 year old Garmin watch still works perfectly with Connect, why can’t Tag make this work with the last watch they released?.Version: 2.2.3

✓ I want to really like this watchI bought this watch about a month ago because I have a thing for watches and thought would be a good addition. Honestly, I wanted something a little more stylish than my iwatch. So I dove in … downloaded the app along with WearOS (Google). Saw that it had cycling and walking as traceable activities. Yes !!! Because since the pandemic most of my workouts are at home. 🏋️♀️ Soon discovered that if I walk on my treadmill It tracks my heart rate … it tracks my time … sorta tracks my exertion… but it only tracks about a third of my walks because it thinks I’m not actually moving. Booooo 😒 Don’t get me wrong the watch looks amazing. It feels great on my wrist. The complications offered through this app get a thumbs up. 👍🏾 For fitness tracking unfortunately a big thumbs down 👎🏾 #dobetter Tag … expected more. Doesn’t allow for text notifications either..Version: 1.2.4
