✓ Terrible.At first it was a great and worked super well. And then I got a new phone which meant I had to install the app on my new phone and log back in. Well now not a single email of mine works for it to log in. I tried to find help and good luck with that ha. Takes you to a blank page basically. I went as far as making a new account and then it wouldn’t log me in with the information I just used to set up a new account. So I don’t get to ever add more photos to my frame. ✓ New version of appHad to update to new version of the app to send photos to the frame. New version does not keep track of photos already on the frame! The old version did!! Why???.!crap update!Version: 4.0.9

✓ Hard to add older photos in your scrollWhen looking to go back on your photo scroll the app has to download the picture, it does so with out selecting the picture then puts you back to the top of your most recent picture. Likewise when clicking on a picture to see it bigger if you chose not to select it it kicks you back to top of your picture scroll and deselects all the previously chosen pictures. It maddening!!! It really makes it only possible to chose most recent pics so if you want to load one up with pics as a gift you can forget it unless you want to lost your mind..Man_d4Version: 4.0.9

✓ App doesn’t work for inviteesThe app works fine for an owner but doesn’t work to invite people to access.I contacted support and they were not helpful. However the email works so anyone who wants to send pics to the frame has to do it via email..Fred the human dickVersion: 4.0.5

✓ How does this app have so many good reviews?This is app is horrible and I honestly don’t know how it has this many good reviews. Selecting photos is incredibly buggy. Sometimes when I select a photo it suddenly says I’ve selected three times as many. If I select a photo with a cloud icon it scrolls all the way to the top and deselects everything I had previously chosen. It seriously takes four to five times to finally get the photos selected that I want to send to a frame. And even then there’s a 50% chance that the app crashes. When it works it’s good, but that’s a BIG “if”. I have contacted support at least three times explaining in painstaking detail how to reproduce the bugs and they keep ignoring it or saying it’s an issue in iOS (it definitely is not.) One would think that an app whose main purpose is to select photos would focus on making sure that worked correctly. I don’t think this software has ever been tested by the people actually developing it. God I hate using this app so much..OmniasoftVersion: 4.0.9

✓ Needs some improvementsI liked it at the beginning but then it would glitch and say I was sending more than 50 photos (only allowed 50 at one time) when I would only select like 16. Also, if it glitches it goes to the very latest of your photos in your album rather than the place you were at. I wish it had capability to go to your favorites album or go to certain dates (year & month), so you don’t have to scroll for half hour of photos..BrittcfitVersion: 4.0.9

✓ Not fond of the new appI absolutely loved this with the old app. I got it for a gift and loved it so much I have gifted frames to other people myself. With the recent change to the new app, I have great difficulty getting pictures to the frame. I have needed to come tact support twice now since the new app. Can we go back to the old app??? ✓ Doesn’t check what photos you’ve already sentThe new app no longer shows what photos you’ve already sent to your frames when you’re adding more. There used to be a small check mark in the corner of you already sent the photo. Please bring that feature back..Chris_456Version: 4.0.7

✓ Garbage App and FrameI’ve wasted HOURS trying to get this frame and app to work. I’ve reset to factory settings multiple times and nothing works to get the photos from the app to the frame. I’ve gone through the company’s troubleshooting. I’m fluent in technology. My best guess is that the app just simply does not work with iPhones, perhaps because iPhones use HEIC format versus JPEG for photos. Either that, or I got a faulty frame. I also have some serious privacy concerns related to the email addresses generated for sending photos to the frame. The app does not let you login to that email address. I’ve sent photos to the photoshare email address and they seem to be lost in an abyss (they never appear on the frame or the app). Get your stuff together “Simply Smart Home”. ✓ Not user friendlyApp does not flow properly. You can’t add photos from your phone without it prompting you. It does always upload your choices to the app. It does not let you know which ones you’ve sent to the frame. Not a great purchase..Tray+4Version: 4.0.8

✓ A major downgrade from the original appIdk why they couldn’t just update the old PSF app to be compatible with the newer frames. This new one is lacking is several kind of important features that the original had: the ability to see photos you’ve already sent. Also, if a photo in your library was in icloud and you try to select it, it auto scrolls all the way to the top of your photo library. Very helpful for when I wanna add photos from 10 years and thousands of photos ago. Thanks :).Christin_amoVersion: 4.0.9
