EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE
Heartland's Employee Self-Service makes it easy to manage your employee information on a device that’s always with you. Employees will have access to W-2 documents, control their direct deposit information, change tax deductions/withholdings, and update address information.

MANAGE YOUR SCHEDULE
Heartland's scheduling software makes it easy to build and manage employee schedules. To get started, your supervisor can simply drag and drop shifts to open time slots. The moment a new shift is published, a new job is scheduled, or any changes are made to an existing schedule, everyone in the team will be up-to-date with real-time notifications.

REQUEST TIME-OFF
Employees can quickly book time-off directly from your mobile device. Managers can stay on top of employee availability by viewing requests in real-time and approving or rejecting requests.

✗ Frustrating!!!Every time I have to check in to work, I have to turn my phone off and then back on just to get it to work, other wise it just sits at the load screen and does nothing, that’s overly annoying/frustrating and it makes me look like I’m 5 or 10min late for work everyday (not cool), the other thing is, having to keep your location turned to on all the time running in the background is BAD for your phones battery life, I have definitely had a decrease in my phone holding a charge all day and at work, I really feel this is a app for if your place of work gives you a work phone to use this on, it shouldn’t be on your own personal everyday phone, if I have to get new iPhone because the battery dies, is this app/work going to pay for a new one?? I currently can not afford a new phone, also don’t really like the whole having to take a picture to clock in and out, where are those being sent/used/stored/ect.????
