✓ Next to useless.Can’t connect via Bluetooth, so you get very basic features via the manual connect option. 1-3 beeps to tell you hearing aid battery strength. I set up three hearing aid options, all of them revert to the same settings (volume 8) so no matter what setting you apply (volume and tone options) they all sound exactly the same. So in effect it’s an app that can beep to tell you how strong your battery is! *Following on from being in contact with the app developers it appears my device is wireless so this review isn’t fair as the features are greatly reduced for wireless hearing aids. Thanks for the clarification from Steve who went above and beyond to give me a full rundown on the app’s abilities depending on the type of hearing aid in use..Garth the GreyVersion: 2.6.1

✗ Same problemsI have an iPhone 11. Only one hearing aid seems to be connected to the app; there are no beeps to indicate the health of the battery in the right one; works ok in the left. The volume adjustment doesn’t work unless it’s on maximum (15) - it keeps returning in to the midpoint (8) when you close the app. Very frustrating..Stressed but fabulousVersion: 2.6.71
