✓ Why I like my Trinity appI have a multi disease patient profile. I am 70 and am vigilant. I appreciate that I can contact my physicians and I receive my reports in an expedient manner. I study those reports to make certain I’m ok and be well appraised if I need to ask reasonable questions about my results. I do have a very decent medical background so understand doesn’t mean I know it all ,but a willing and informed patient is something all my doctors seem to appreciate. ✓ After major surgery…The app works fairly well. Certainly a lot easier to use than Follow My Health from another local hospital system. However, I had a hard time finding and interpreting information after I had a very large surgery and there were reams of doctors and nurses notes, and I wanted to find out what really happened. I would remember having read something about an event on one day but had trouble finding it again. Downloading leaves a messy set of documents and to print you need to make screenshots. I like being able to communicate with doctors and nurses, but I don’t want to take up too much of their time. I am not sure about the security situation. Can anybody see things besides me and the doctor or nurse who wrote it? I am concerned that deleting unwanted communications does not really delete them. ✗ My childrenNow that my children are all over the age of 12 I no longer have access to all of their information. I have called the doctor’s office and they said I as their mother no longer have access to test results or medications that they are on. I asked if I could sign them up for their own portholes and they said no because they are minors. How are we supposed to see any test results or request appointment if I can’t do this through the app? If I have to to call the office, why even use the app? I understand privacy, but they are under 18 and I am responsible for their bills. This is just wrong..Tulu2Version: 10.1.5

✗ Doesn’t recognize all providersVery frustrated because it would be nice to have a record of my Covid vaccinations. It was hard enough to get them in the first place. Keeping track of the dates and kind of vaccines are important, I hope. My last vaccine was at the Rite Aid in Pinckney. However when I went to enter the name Rite Aid in the search link it wouldn’t accept it, Didn’t recognize it. There is no space for a question regarding tech-support in their myriad of options. In addition, it seems to collect the same information over and over with no obvious purpose..Please restre photo storyVersion: 10.1.5
