✓ Unable to use rewardMy reward was activated and it stated I had four hours to use it. When I tried to use it online it would not let me so I lost the five dollar welcome reward. This is quite disappointing!.Msikora315Version: 1.2

✓ The app user experience could be improvedEach time I try to use the app by clicking on “Order” on the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, I receive the error message that there is no internet connection. However when I click on “more” and select “menu”, scroll down the page and select “order now”, I can create and place an order. Clearly there is no problem with the internet connection, there’s a problem with the functionality of the app. Please fix. Users should be able to select “order” from the app menu, not have 3 or more steps to navigate to place an order..SeriouslyqVersion: 2.1

✓ Rewards are good but online ordering is awfulI like the rewards program that goes along with the app, however online ordering is not functional because in-person orders are given much higher priority than online orders, and so it took over 30 minutes for my meal to come out. Not only that, but there was less food given in the bowl than usual. They also forgot parts of my order. I can’t say I’ll use online ordering ever again..Sporadiccommentator24Version: 1.0

✓ It’s ok...I ordered food through the app many times and they forget to put the sauces in the bag almost every time. There is no way to let them know that I need extra stuff when I order it online which is annoying. ✓ Add feature to upload gift cards to app!!!I love ordering Bibibop through the app! It is extremely convenient and helps me stay safe and healthy because I don’t have to stand in line with all the other people. Bibibop is my favorite take out place so I asked for gift cards to eat there for my birthday and the holidays. I was so excited to receive gift cards but I can’t upload any of them to the app. I am very frustrated and I think it’s ridiculous that the app doesn’t have a feature to add gift cards. ✓ APP CHARGES AND DOESNT DELIVERI ordered through the app, I have been charged and a few minutes later they canceled the order saying the store is closed. It’s 5pm, I called the store and they close only at 8pm. So the store is not closed. They couldnt explain why the order was canceled and can not be delivered. ✓ Rewards are decreasedI normally eat at Bipibop about 3 times a week. It’s good fresh food, and it’s right across the street. But it’s expensive (and the prices just went up). It’s $10 minimum for a tofu bowl, which means about $90 / month with my routine. However I could justify it a little because of the punch card, where every 8th meal was free. Now every 11th meal is half off. Plus I hate apps. Do I want another thing on my phone? No. I don’t. I don’t like cards in my wallet either, but before it was worth it because of the regularity of my visits. This is just a disappointing “feature” that doesn’t benefit me. ✓ So hard to useI love the food but I find the app downright frustrating. I can never redeem rewards or coupons on the app. I am unable to hit the back button without completely starting over. ✓ Previous rewards did not transferI usually don’t write reviews, however it’s frustrating when one of the main selling points of downloading this is that your previous rewards will transfer over. ✓ Rewards are unmotivatingThe location I would previously go to would give out punch cards and every 5th bowl was free. Then they increased it and every 8th bowl was free, which was fine. It was still worth it to go. Now, every 10-11 bowls I get is $5 off?? No thank you.
