✓ No landscape view on ipadThis app only seems to work in portrait mode, which is not at all convenient when you have a larger iPad (mine is a 12” iPad Pro) and/or a landscape-oriented iPad cover/stand (I use an official Apple cover/stand with built in keyboard). The app seems quite good otherwise, but as a usability professional, I can’t give it a higher score given the orientation limitation. A&C should consider use cases in which people (including, but not limited to, some disabled people) may also not be able to physically hold an iPad/tablet during use and instead have to rely on a stand..RDentVersion: 1.0.14

✓ Automatic scheduling of itemsThis makes it very difficult to alter as it’s not always obvious that an item has been automatically added for every week or two weeks. ✓ QualityThe first couple of boxes were very good, after that we had quite a few items that we didn’t order in the boxes. ✓ Good but slowThe app is good and you can do almost everything you need to work Abel & Cole in the app. The app is quite slow and it takes a long time to load into the app, then to load product list or even to load a WebView for receipts. ✓ Buggy app, signing up process and data not properly handledJust registered and I am not impressed. The app is bad overall, is not simple enough, it takes a long time to load (not my internet connection as everything else loads well), it doesn’t remember my cookies preferences so I have to keep saying that I don’t marketing or analysis cookies and it doesn’t recognise my postcode either. When signing up apparently there was an error on the details and wouldn’t let me sign up but also didn’t tell me what was wrong so I had to try and sign up multiple times until it worked (I tried both on the app and website). I haven’t tried the actual food/delivery yet but so far my experience has not been great and it feels like my data is not properly protected (as you collect cookies that I don’t want to even when I say no). ✓ Kefir arrived out of date!Just took a big glug of the kefir which was delivered on Thursday 23rd February and spat it out, Euch! ✓ Default weekly order selection is unbearableThe app automatically selects most item for weekly deliveries so you’ll end up with item you don’t wan the following week if you aren’t careful every single time you put an item in the basket (no learning from the machine, no option for other default mode).
