✓ FreezeI have enjoyed using this app. I sail. Exactly what I need. So much that I subscribed to the annual plan. Since that upgrade the app freezes every time I open it. So bummed. Yes, I have turned it off and back on. Reinstalled. If I can get this to work like it did before I subscribed, I would highly recommend this app!.Version: 4.1

✓ Locks up during launch of new install or re installHello, I am very happy with the Windy.app and loaded Wind Hub thinking it would be good to compare the two on my new iPad. The windy.app and subscription work flawlessly. Upon install of WindHub and a new subscription it launches and then locks up and is unresponsive. Uninstall and re install and it still locks up and remains unresponsive. Very disappointing. Any help is welcome because I cannot find anything referencing this issue in a the FAQ..Version: 4.1

✓ Not free?May 31 feedback. Thanks for the feedback on my review. Front and wind barbs would be most appreciated on the free version. These are basic weather functions that I would like to see when taking an extended kayak trip (I will go about 6 to 10 miles in an 8 foot kayak). I do understand data costs and there is no such thing as a free lunch but frontal positions are not updated that frequently. Wind barbs, I use the Windy app as it covers my aviation and nautical needs. ✓ Trial vs Paid UpfrontThe app seems fine. But I can’t be sure because I’m neither willing to sign up and pay £39 now (with no trial) NOR £59 (after a 7 day trial). Get a £20 discount if you forgo a trial? That seems overly manipulative. Pay £20 more if you must have a trial? Final nail. On a positive note, it’s a great example of an anti-pattern. Comp Sci tutors will love the up to date reference. I’ll stick with Windy. 🤷.Version: 3.0
✓ Can’t see the reason to subscribe just yetI’m a delivery skipper and while the data is useful, I don’t really see any reason to subscribe as other apps like Windy, Seabreeze and BOM (for Australian waters) offers the same at no cost.
