✓ App not working after paying !!!I am really disappointed. This is the 2nd time I have had to delete the app and re install and made a payment for the app to still not work. ✓ Horrible app- closes immediately after openingThis app has only worked 1 day since I downloaded it. It opens and closes right away. I’ve wasted days I already paid for!! I intend to request a refund if this is not resolved in the next 2 days as I have documented this issue. I will also let apple know of this issue. ✓ DisappointedI have used many workout apps and I think this is my least favorite. Mad i paid for the year. App force closes Apple Music when a new set is started. The circuits are not helpful for someone in a busy gym. The “nutrition” plan looked the same for everyone on the ignite program. Everyone should not be on the same calorie intake. ✓ Too many glitches but good workout structureLove Jen, she is great but the app needs some serious work. Wanted to love it but I don’t so much. Doesn’t track correctly, crashes a lot and the recent update put me on a different plan then I was on before the update. Upsetting because I was on the last day of the summer shred and then all the sudden I was on fit at home after I submitted my last workout. I was excited that I completed summer shred but then it just rolled into week 5 of the fit at home program. Confusing. Will be stepping away from app for awhile. Hopefully the kinks get worked out. ✓ Needs workThere’s no active calendar to see work outs, doesn’t log work outs done. When I complete work outs it just force closes and doesn’t log anything like I’ve been there? It would also be convenient to be voice activated with each exercise, rest and ques. ✓ Good idea, bad user experience.Downloaded the app and deleted it almost immediately. The experience of not seeing your complete workout to be able to plan ahead is not ideal for any gym goer as gyms are usually busy and you have to bounce around your workout based on what’s available. Love Jen’s workouts so I’m super disappointed. I wish the videos were optional and sets could be logged as you go, and complete workouts were shown at the beginning..HaileythecometVersion: 3.2.11

✓ Still paying for canceled subscriptionI have tried to contact support multiple times. I canceled my subscription after the month trial and have been charged for months even though my App Store says there is no subscription. Starting this month I’m getting charged twice. Create easier to manage subscriptions or a support team that can handle these issues promptly. I love Jen and her content but this is so frustrating.
