✓ Disappointing functionalityMy lights connected to the app immediately with no problems. However, it does not seem I can create a custom light setting. And of the endless options in the app, I can’t find any holiday light settings: red, white & blue for the 4th of July, green, purple & orange for Halloween or even just red & green for Christmas. I have young kids. The entire purpose of buying non-white LEDs was to set up holiday lighting throughout the year. So this is pretty disappointing..Version: 6.2.6
✓ ResetLove the lights till they got stupid and whenever I choose a color it’s the opposite of what I choose pick red get blue pick green and I get red I’ve tried resetting them and of course there no way too reset them back. The app is ok but rather have a actual remote which they did not come with one.Version: 6.2.6
✓ DreadfulThe colour titles do not relate to the colour of the lights. It’s utterly ridiculous. The flash patterns make no sense. I want a static colour but this set will not do that. I really wish I hadn’t purchased the lights at all, a waste of money..Version: 6.2.9

✓ Horrible appThe light is great, but I cannot get the app to connect even when I’m standing right next to it. I have set all of my permissions and still nothing. Very disappointing! ✓ DO NOT USE THIS APPI bought two lights and I used one controller for both and it was working fine with no issues. After I saw that I could use an app to control it I figured why not. After I downloaded the app it worked fine for about 5 min but then one of them changed color so when I tried to set it back to the same color and it wouldn't match. I would click blue and one would be blue the other one would be green and so on. When I tried to go back to the controller it would do the same thing. This app did something to the communication on one of the lights and it won't display the right color. So unless this gets fixed/patched I would not recommend the app just use the controller the package comes in..Version: 6.2.9
✓ Lack of customisationSo many different patterns to chose from-if you want the same 3 ugly colours together, or a rainbow effect, that is. Always check the product your buying to make sure it doesn’t use this app otherwise you’re pretty much limited to one static colour..Version: 6.2.9

✓ Please add better customizationI got these instead of Govee because they were a little less expensive and I was lighting my desk at work, but I recently moved to strictly wfh and decided to use these to backlight my head board. now I want to add more lights to the bottom of my bed and I wish I had just shilled out for the Govee ones. Govee let’s you program segments and make custom presets, this app does not allow that, which is fine if you just wanted a basic rainbow flow but I have some really pretty custom presets with govee that I wanted to use in my room. I don’t think i’ll buy these again. I did give three stars because if you just wanted a nice rainbow backlight it works fine..Version: 6.2.6
✓ They always disconnect and don’t come back on or stay onAfter about a week my lights turned off and wouldn’t come back on. The romper didn’t work either. Hopefully they fix these problems. Equipment should last a week before breaking down!.Version: 6.2.9

✓ Terrible appThe lights are cool, the app is horrible. My siblings and I got the same light and we can’t individually control our lights without manually disconnecting from each others before each use. I can’t upload my own music. I can’t save a preset color. The app is slow and glitchy. You can’t edit most settings. Make it possible to forget certain devices, possible to upload your own music/work with a seperate music app, and fix the bugs and the app would be much better..Version: 6.2.4

The Bluetooth doesn’t work even though I gave it permission to access my Bluetooth. Please, Tell us how to use the app because the owners manual tells nothing about the app so there’s nothing to do. ✓ HorribleI purchased this LEDS last year and downloaded this app as well. Set up was easy but there have been so many issues since. The lights don’t correspond to the color I choose and today for some reason the app has decided that it doesn’t want to connect with my LEDs at all I tried reconnecting the app as well as delete the app and reinstall it but it’s not working absolutely disappointed.Version: 6.2.9

✓ Worked for about a week…This application worked smoothly for about a week. One day I turn on the car and I try changing the colors and nothing. I cannot turn it off, change color, change brightness. The lights are stuck on white and will not change. ✓ A little disappointed 😕It connected to my cloud right away, and did whatever I wanted. After a bit I started to notice that the colors were wrong every now and then and I also found out that the music only plays on your device, not the cloud itself. So that part was kinda useless considering the amount of songs you can play was also very limited and it was super glitchy.
