Manifest sucksOn our 5th,6th7th? Manifest… they always work until battery runs low, then never reconnect…. Don’t recommend!!!!!! But at this point the fusion has no issues ? Fingers crossed it holds out , I know it’s not a app rating, but anybody that has this app is in the same boat as me, you have one of the stealthcam products, and good luck getting a hold of them!!!.Version: 6.1.1

Command mitigatorI purchased two of these, hoping to set them out in my yard for my wildlife. I thought it would be nice to have something that would connect to my cell phone. I set up my account and it says to push the sync button so that you can look at the photo to make sure it’s working properly. On the cover the box, it says plans as low as four dollars a month they aren’t they start at five dollars a month per camera I could not find anywhere, if you could hook two cameras to the same plan or if you had two different plans, but regardless, when I tried hooking it up, the app is terribly difficult to navigate You can’t look at the plans before you put in your credit card information Also, you get so many videos (depending on plan )and so many photos per month again depending on the plan however, there isn’t any way on the camera to set up for videos or photos If you use more than your plan coverage, they charge you $.25 per video There are no instructions telling you how to set it up for video versus photo there’s no button on the camera itself to decide which you want either video or photo I tried to go back through their app to cancel my plan order, and there is no way to cancel your order. You can’t find your account because it says that your email address is incorrect even though they sent me a email confirming my account set up Very frustrating big waste of time.Version: 6.1.3

Poor Customer ServiceI own 2 of the Stealth Cam Deceptors. Both started off great and one is still working fine. However, the second one back in October began draining batteries out of the blue, within a weeks time is was dead. This happened over and over after confirming settings. The problem then began when trying to contact customer support. I would call and go through the queuing process to my issue only to talk with a answering service that would take my information and issues and tell me someone would call back. Well after several days and no call I called again and then again for about 4-5 times. Finally, in mid November I got a call and was simply just sent a new camera and a sorry. Well once again that replacement is failing and not synching with the network. Once again I call and no return call service again and again. Very aggravating and not to mention I’m still paying for a service that’s not working while I get NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT..Version: 6.1.2

Customer serviceI experienced that customer service is plain non existent. After emailing multiple times with no response. And calling multiple times only to be told “we see you on our list and someone will reach out to you in a couple of days.” At this point I said forget it I’m cancelling and not signing up again. After waiting months only to be told we saw you on our list and someone will reach out to you in a couple of days only after I actually got to talk to a real person? No Thanks, I have other thing to do with my time and money instead of paying for a service that works under half the time and trouble shooting constantly. Hopefully others have or have had a better expirience..Version: 6.1.1

Cameras are ok, App is frustratingCameras: Bought 2 cameras in which I need to pay +$20 EACH for a month to upload photos. One camera works good but doesn’t always upload until hours later when I have it set for instant, and the one that does upload instantly doesn’t work at night. So I wake up to 30+ photos of a black screen (contacted support and have yet to hear from anyone). So, it takes 30 photos of the tree moving in the wind during the day, or 30 photos of a black screen at night when the animals are most active. I’m paying $20 a month for a camera that’s useless and no support to help me, so I’ll be canceling that one for sure… Video: When I want to download one of the photos to an HD Video, it puts in a “request” to download it which can either take 20 min, a whole day, or just says error and won’t let me download it at all. There’s been a few times where it downloads, but then the video is suddenly cut short to 1 second. The worst part is, I only have a certain amount of video downloads per month and then I have to pay per download and it doesn’t always work. Photos: Like I said, the one camera takes good photos and when the video does download it has great sound and quality. Just too bad the other camera doesn’t work..Version: 6.0.16

Worst cameras and appIf your reading this because your thinking of purchasing muddy cameras. Don’t. I’ve had nothing but issues. Bought the 1200 photo package and was told I’ve hit the limit with only 600 photos. I was forced to purchase the unlimited package. And when you call customer service, if you even talk to anyone, they’ll tell you that tech will call back. We’ll I’m waiting on 2 months and I call and call and leave my number for a call back with nothing. Doesn’t even send me notifications anymore. Save your money and go with tactacam. Batteries dying too fastI have two cameras, one works great but the other’s batteries die too quickly-like in a week or two. I noticed some corrosion on the battery connectors but cleaned it off the best I could but they still die quickly. Only the four middle batteries die while the other two do not. But the biggest problem is the lack of responsive customer support. Despite calling and emailing, I get no response. That is a problem! No matter how good a camera or app is, when you can’t get anyone to help, that’s a huge negative..Version: 6.1.1

No HD Downloads | No Customer Service 👎🏼Pros: •Camera has solid picture quality •Cell delivery function works well for standard resolution images •Easy to change camera setting remotely - picture/video, single vs multiple burst, camera delay etc. Cons: • No HD downloads • ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - can’t ever get through when calling, the email they have posted on the app gets returned as undeliverable In 2021, HD downloads worked fine, I was pretty happy with app/camera. 2022, something changed, after you pay the $$ for the images you want, you generally wait until the next delivery cycle for your HD pictures to get uploaded to you. For the past two season now, every picture or video I’ve tried to get sent to me, the image comes back and says HD video/picture failed… not this time, but I’ve also had it where the pictures I tried to upload had their file corrupted, and I lost the images altogether. Not ideal if it’s the one good picture you got of your target buck. For the money, I think the camera and app do a decent job, but it seems like the product could be 10x better if they would just make sure it does what they say it will do..Version: 6.1.1

Can not get camera to work or a representative from customer serviceI got the new Matrix camera followed the instructions yet it would not send photos. Returned it for another Matrix camera that’s doing the same. I did the reformat process 3 different times, called customer service several times. Finally got someone on the saying it must be the new update and took my number several days ago saying someone would call me back to help get my camera going. Yet the 2 older muddy cameras I have work properly as always!.Version: 6.1.1

Doesn’t work all the time support is horribleSupport doesn’t respond or responds weeks later. One camera takes pictures when it wants to. Programmed for 4 minutes. When it takes pictures it takes pictures at 2 minutes many times. Many times it doesn’t send pictures that are saved to my sd card. Not happy. One of the 3 cameras seems to be working okay. It missed a lot of deer pictures that are right infront of the camera. I saw them when I was hunting. The camera never took pictures. I am going to use all 3 cameras as stand alone cameras and buy 3 Tacticam Reveals..Version: 6.1.1

GarbageI’d give this crap 0 stars if I could. The app randomly logs me out and will not let me log back in despite, uninstalling, reinstalling, and power cycling the phone like the app says. 4 out of the last 6 cameras I’ve bought randomly stopped working and I’ve been repeatedly calling customer service and get a “someone will call back within 24 hours” for 2 weeks from someone who speaks English as a second language. Spend your money on something American and understand that you get what you pay for. Nothing like having almost $1k worth of cameras and not being able to see any pictures during the rut, yet I still get charged for each camera plan in the app..Version: 6.1.1

No one will call me to resolve my problemsI used to get great customer service and seldom had any problems with my cameras. Since the last updates, however, one of my cameras only sends my scheduled photos every few days rather than daily as it’s supposed to. I have great signal and ample battery. I have called Customer Service three times and no one from tech support is available to help me when I call. I get promised that someone will call me back every time and the last time wa told my call was escalated. But, no one has called me back yet. Yet I continue to pay my monthly bill. It’s not workingI have to frequently delete the app and reinstall it because it freezes, it will not load pictures and says please try again and I’ve waited a week just to see but unless you delete the app and reinstall it the new pictures will not load, otherwise I like the quality and it’s too bad it has this glitch witch is so annoying..Version: 5.1.5

New Camera link upI bought a new fusion camera. It would not link up. I spent 4 days on hold for a couple hours at a time trying to get help. Final I phoned a different number and begged them to help me. They sent me a new camera. It won’t connect either. I now have 2 useless cameras and I’m afraid to phone and wait on hold for 5 more days. My first camera linked up to the app easily and works well. Not sure what the issue is, I just don’t have that much time in my life to waste to find out.Version: 6.1.1

Camera issuesHello, my name is Chris and I run an outfitter here in Oklahoma. I have ran every brand of camera out there but have used mainly your product for the last 3 years approximately. I love the convenience, price, and quality of the pictures but unfortunately have had several issues with the cameras this year and some in years past.. It seems like most of your cameras that are being made now only last about one year if I’m lucky. Just this year alone I’ve had to buy and replace probably 20 cameras. Some of them were brand new and some were cameras purchased last year that would just simply quit working. Not so much worried about the waisted activation fees but I am concerned about the reliability of the service and quality of the cameras. Having to buy and replace cameras each year is costly and time consuming. I run over 30 cameras almost year round and must have reliability and cannot afford to have down time due to network overload or other issues. We have enjoyed your product and hope to continue using it and recommending it to our clients. Thanks..Version: 6.1.1

Photo review needs workHighly recommend incorporating a non sliding photo review mode. It would be extremely helpful to look at the same spot on the screen and transition to the next photo while looking at the same spot. When swiping through photos your eye naturally locks on to the moving image. Just two simple arrow buttons on either side of the screen to press and the next photo is displayed, no movement. Other than that it is a good app and I will improve my rating if this changes..Version: 6.1.3

New app doesn’t work - appalling supportI’ve got two of these cameras. Last weekend they took remote access down for 3 days. When it came back up (late), I have no access to photos. This rendering £700 worth of cameras useless. I’ve tried to contact “support” for the last 2 days, and have been on hold for hours, no responses. To be fair , before this outage, the cameras did work, but on the other time I needed”support” they did reply (poorly) after a number of weeks. Wishing I’d chosen a different brand.Version: 6.0.1

Garbage customer serviceI have two of the fusion cameras one worked for three weeks and then decided to freeze up. It is stuck in between erasing the SD card and a software update. I called customer service at least five times. I waited on the phone for 42 minutes and then I decided to email them while I was on the phone. I sent three other emails with no response. I called one more time and after 15 minutes got a hold of somebody who said that tech-support would get a hold of me within 72 hours that was two weeks ago and I still have not had any contact from them. The one camera that is still working seems to be doing OK. It doesn’t miss pictures however.. I don’t think I will ever buy from the GSM outdoor group just do to the customer service..Version: 6.1.1

The part time trail cameraThe stealth trail camera does take good quality pictures. But seems to be a little slow at times on capturing the pictures. Another thing I have against the cameras, they supposed to take a test picture ever day. One is set at 1:00 am, an the other is at 4:30 am, it will sometimes be days before it takes a test picture an yes I have it set on daily. And the reason I named this post the part time trail camera is cause it will go days an no pictures, and all of sudden pictures will start flooding my phone. Some pictures will be as old as five days when uploaded to the command app. To answer the question some might ask yes both cameras have good service and I have good cell service at all times. First time I had experienced a problem i was lost nothing on google or the stealth website to help me out. So I done a little digging on Facebook and found a group called stealth cam problems. Boy I was shocked quickly realized next year I am going with a different brand..Version: 6.1.1

Not workingI spend a good amount of money on cameras and plans for said cameras every year, I expect them to work however mine have not been working lately! I pulled the memory card and put a new one inside it about five minutes later it said I had 160 new photos however none ever showed up, the memory card I pulled won’t even register in my computer to see the pictures. I tried other cards and they work. Guess I just pay for nothing at all, I’ll be switching back to old school non cell cameras very soon!.Version: 6.1.1

Solar panel doesn't charge camera etcI have mine up in a tree in a spot where no one can steal it but it's a lot of work going up there so I decided to install the solar panel with it the camera last just as long as if it did not have the solar panel I have to keep going up there and changing out the batteries. Also I pictures on the camera that I cannot access for some reason. The whole experience was a letdown. I just really wish I went with a different camera. I did an entire day on research before picking this one at Costco because it was a good deal and I wish I went with one more expensive one that actually worked. I paid like six months of service just in hopes that they would fix the glitches but to no avail even after calling customer service. If I could I would give zero stars.Version: 6.1.1

No supportI bought two muddy cameras I was never able to use it it would not connect to the server so the other I got it connected it worked fine until this app had an update then it showed it was not connected so I tried to reconnect it but now it says it already connected to another plan. Will not sync with phoneUPDATED 2 YEARS LATER WITH SECOND CAMERA DO NOT BUY STEALTHCAM. Waste of money. App never works and customer support is nonexistent. Total trash. Worked for a bit then had to have a software update. Has not worked right since. Have not gotten pics since March or can communicate with camera since March. The Camera works as a normal camera but the cell aspect is horrible and this app is no help. Either is their customer service. If you are getting this as you already screwed up and got a stealth cam. Not worth itI expected more. My camera will show 3 or 4 bars of signal and I won’t get a picture for 5 or 6 days (including the daily test pic). So eventually you have to walk really close to the camera to get your pictures to upload. My 2nd camera took forever to sync to my account, like weeks and weeks and multiple calls to customer service which have huge wait times. Now that the camera is synced, it doesn’t work correctly. Will not take night pictures at all. Where the infrared should work, I get solid black pictures. Totally not worth trying to fix the issue. If I get a daytime pic, awesome if not oh well. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone..Version: 6.1.1

Price needs to be shown FIRSTI had to go through all the steps, got them all done and still no cost shown. I had no idea the camera would cost, to begin with. Then when I down loaded everything, it still showed no cost. When I got to the final step, it wanted me to add a credit card. I backed out and went to the internet and searched for a price. $20 a month. I’m not a hunter. I have animals that are being harmed and I need to catch who is doing it so it’s more of a one time thing. Do not buy StealthcamI have 6 outdoor game cameras from Stealthcam and I have had a series of problems with them over many months and I have tried in vain to reach them by phone, email, website submission form on many, many, many occasions and they have never answered their phones or answered my inquiries. Currently I cannot even use their app to view the cameras that I pay a yearly subscription. I can’t even ask for a refund for service I have not received. I’m looking for the company to contact me. At this point I cannot recommend any consumer purchasing their products which are unsupported. Considering the number of complaints against them on numerous forums, perhaps a class action lawsuit would be the next resolution..Version: 6.1.1

Can’t get any help on a new camera that stopped workingI own 6 stealthcam cell cams 3 of which are now working for their 3rd hunting season. I purchased a 7th camera in the beginning of October and set it up then put it out in the field. It worked great for a week, then quit working. I tried to reset it remotely then drove 3 hours to go try and reset it in person and had 0 luck doing so. I searched the app for any help and couldn’t find anything. I call the help line and wait on hold sometimes for over an hour and never get to speak to a person. So I’m thinking that I have wasted $140 on this one. Pretty sure that I’m not going to be purchasing anymore of these cameras..Version: 6.1.1

Really good camera when it worksI have purchased probably 14 or 15 of these cameras. They work excellent until around the time you have to change the batteries. Half of them continue to work well, but along about the year timeframe they seem to stop working consistently and break down. They have quick trigger catch most moving animals, but my biggest complaint is that they break down earlier than what they should. Some I have had stopped working within 4 to 5 months. I have two cameras right now that I’ve had to take off the land camera change the batteries, they still don’t work. the monthly fee can be reduced to five dollars or increase to $20 a month for unlimited pictures. I think that these cameras should have a warranty for two years because that is how long I think for the price the warranty should be...Version: 6.1.1

Let’s talk about itFor starters, this is my second year using these cameras. I love the picture quality, I love that I can adjust shutter times, I love that I can share clear pictures with others, I love the website. I’ve seen multiple other pictures from other brands that have 10 times worse quality. I’ve recommended these cameras to multiple people. My little brother just purchased two yesterday. I don’t understand why people are saying these are the worst cameras because I would purchase more in a heartbeat. So why am I giving a 3 star review??? It’s bc of this update. You know the old saying “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.” Welp that goes to this situation. I don’t like I cannot refresh my cameras. I don’t enjoy that I can’t see my sd card memory anymore. Not impressedFirst off, customer support is non existent. No one ever gets back to you. “We’ve created a ticket and someone will get back to you” . Called twice , wrote 2 emails and its been a week with zero replies. Im having Issues with setting up cell cameras and getting data plans so I just have 2 cameras sitting here collecting dust, when they should be out in the field . I cant even rate the app because I cant use it do to the cameras not being able to be set up. If I could give negative stars to stealth cam as a company I would. Nice camera but App is notThe camera we got has good camouflage and nice photo quality. Only thing I don’t like is the app. I took several tried to subscript the plan but it keep saying transaction failed. In addition, I cannot get the app to do push notification. And I tried with 3 different phone. I knew many people has been saying that the CS is bad but that’s not the stuff fault. It’s the system that make you wait on the line for so long. The lady who pick up my phone has been very nice and helpful. Sara help me get through the process very fast. If they fix the app, stealth cam is not bad at all..Version: 6.1.1

Log in issuesEven though I have the “remember me” box checked on the login screen. And I use the thumb print, I still have way to many issues and times where the app makes me enter my password. Not exactly what you want to be fumbling for and trying to remember when you’re up in a tree. Then multiple times I’ve entered my password and it tells me it’s incorrect and yet I don’t have trouble using it on my laptop. Please stop the login on the phone app! As hunters, we’re probably trying to see where deer/game are moving at other locations, while we’re at a different one..Version: 6.1.1
